They did not clean our room after the first night we stayed, which means we had no coffee for the next morning, so I had to go down to the lobby in my pajamas and get some. We asked them if they had a shuttle.They said no.And even though there were several options, they didn't give us any ideas about finding a shuttle, very unhelpful. They could have said, oh, you can catch one right outside. There was no conditioner in the bathroom... It was empty. Other than that it was wonderful.

Nice location and clean. We got stuck on the elevator for a few minutes. One of my fears. The living area furniture was not comfortable and the beds wasn’t comfortable. With that being said it may just be I’m use to my nice bed at home.

When I go to Orlando, I always choose this hotel. It’s right on IDrive and walking distance to a lot of things. I like that there’s a place to sit and hang out that’s not the main bedroom and you can separate the two with the door. I love having the full size fridge and options to cook in your room if you want to! It’s always clean and I’ve never had any issues!

Location , location location. Great breakfast some of the receptionist were wonderful helpful and great service. One of the receptionist refued to give us a room. Instead ignored us. She did not want to give us any service. However when the next person in line came she immediately assist. Shameful behavior!

As soon as you entered it was so inviting, clean and the scent was pleasant. Breakfast was top notch and so many delicious options. Everything is within walking distance. No complaints and will go back again next year.

The location is great. The room is quiet and clean. Good service. The pool lights stay on all night, causing a disturbance—even with the curtains closed—because they are extremely bright. Furthermore, you are wasting an enormous amount of energy. Please consider the environment. After 10 PM, there was never anyone in the area. The air conditioning unit is very noisy and blows a very strong draft, making it impossible to use for extended periods. Given the hot nights in Orlando, it was difficult to sleep without the AC, yet impossible to sleep with it on. The elevators were malfunctioning throughout our entire stay, and the issue was never resolved.

The location was perfect and the space was able to accommodate a large number of guests at the same time and still not crowded. I am just concern about the waste being generated by using disposable materials instead of using non disposable.

Everything, I usually don't give a review of 10, but in this case, my expectations were exceeded by far. The room was big and comfy, Breakfast super tasty and abundant. Great location, less than 10 minutes to Universal Epic and Universal Studios, half way between them. And the staff, super friendly ! I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Orlando.

We stayed there in August and again in April, which says it all. Excellent.

I have 0 complaints about this place. I checked in late around 11pm and the staff were attentive, they were great and friendly. I don’t remember his name but he was very nice and great to work with. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Especially for the price, I got a very big room. I’m not sure if I was upgraded or what, but it was amazing. Sadly I stayed for one night. But this place is definitely a must go

Cleanliness of the property. It was ideally located to the Orange County Convention Center, many restaurants, and attractions. There wasn’t any thing not to like.

Room smelled like housecleaners never changed their rags. Bugs in bathroom sink. Sink in kitchen was never cleaned. Garbage disposal smelled like onions. Carpet was filthy. I had to ask for ironing board 4 times before I finally received it.

One elevator was out of order for the duration of my stay. Only one was working. The exit door near my room was difficult to open. Hotel needs maintenance and oversight.

Apart from the breakfast being good and the front-end/ reception staff being nice, the room wasn’t the best. There were ants in the bathroom and vanity area, stains on certain linens, and the tile in the bathroom didn’t look super clean. For the price point, I expected a little bit better quality :/

On top of that, my toilet flushed repeatedly on its own throughout my entire stay. Each night I was awakened in the middle of the night due to the toilet’s constant flushing. It was definitely a major downer of the vacation and made the room a lot less enjoyable. Entire building needs a complete renovation, including spa pool. Everything was not necessarily dirty but dingy and not well maintained at all. The hotel staff was very nice and I did like that. They offer wine and light snacks on Wednesdays. Buffet is good too. Would not recommend nor stay again.

This was the filthiest hotel room that I’ve ever stayed in. I complained to the asst. mgr. who wasn’t really concerned even though I showed him pictures of the stained carpet, furniture etc. He just agreed that everything needs to be replaced. At one point he even said we could have moved to another hotel. During spring break in Orlando? The ceiling had leaked into the tissue box, crud in the corners, food wrappers and crumbs under the furniture, shower curtain too short to do it’s job. Unfortunately, when you arrive exhausted, you are too tired to complain much less move to another room. The manager agreed that he himself wouldn’t want to walk on that stained sticky carpet. He finally agreed to refund one of our two nights, but so far nothing. I’m not going to hold my breath. My last words to him were “people visiting Orlando deserve better than this”. I got the impression that he agreed

​Our experience at this property was far below the Hilton brand standards. The room was significantly dirty, with mold present in the bathroom and main room. The furniture was in such disrepair that it compromised the comfort of our stay. We were shocked to find the accommodations in this condition upon arrival and have photos to document the hygiene issues we encountered. I hope management takes immediate steps to address these sanitary concerns. The furniture looks like they just picked it up from the trash and throw it in there not to forget the carpet and the floor.

Yes, the carpet in the room and the sofa bed had lots of dirty stain, they really need to be clean. Also, we had a dog chasing and barking at us going to our room and we had to run to get into our room before it bites us

The property was close to our destination. Which was Megacon. The carpet and couches had stains. At least the beds were clean. The ceiling fan blade broke off at 2am. Luckily it did not hit my children.

The location was close to what we needed.The complimentary coffee, tea, and cucumber water when plentiful. We spoke to the staff and they were friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the shower not turning all the way off and it was immediately fixed. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Location I came to Orlando for a one-night event that I could not miss. I checked in at 6:00 PM and left the hotel before 7:00 PM to attend my event. Immediately after arriving, I contacted the property because the room was not in acceptable condition — there was mold, cobwebs, hair, and overall it did not meet Hilton quality standards. I was informed that when I return around 2:00 AM, a room change would not be possible. I was also told that you would contact Booking to arrange a refund or resolution. I would appreciate a prompt solution, as this situation is unacceptable.

The bed and pillows were great. The bathroom good, need more cleanliness. But in the kitchen there were ants and the fridge never works. Loose food cause the fridge and pastries cause the ants.

TV went out several times I'm guessing they have this or some kind of satellite because so many times throughout the stay the TV wasn't on couldn't get a signal. Outside of that outside of the hotel being a little dated it was fine.

Stayed with a family of 7 and absolutely love it. Location is so ideal to everything. Literally a 5 minute walk to the I-ride and Uber/Lyft to Universal was so affordable. The breakfast is predictable and delicious but for a big family on a budget it is a more than worth it. The rooms were always clean. Maria at the front desk was an absolute gem, it seemed like she was working 24/7 the amount of times she helped us out. Will only be staying here in the future once I visit Orlando with my family.

I will definitely be back! Great location- only thing is I think they need to look into changing their carpet. The one in my room had stains.

I like the great selection for breakfast and coffee was very nice the beverage station was lovely at reception and enjoyed the free cookies. Pool and hot tub was great reception staff was very nice. Room was a great size but sofa bed was not comfortable had problems with socket beside mirror and sink unit for using hairdryer had to phone reception three times about it they sent up maintenance staff to repair socket and then other days had to change socket and switch off power we did not need this inconvenience when we wanted to blowdry our hair

The daily buffet breakfast is awesome, with a large variety and consistent quality. Staff is extremely pleasant and the location is great for walking to nearby restaurants and activities. The rooms were nice, but housekeeping could use a bit of improvement in addition to the elevators. Great hotel overall.

Well the hotel is an awesome area next to a lot of activities, the breakfast buffet was very good. . food was good .I had reservations and when I checked in the front desk clerk was kind of rude she did not give me any paperwork what so ever on the property or times for breakfast, pool,etc .I asked for a receipt I was told I could not have one that I will receive a receipt at checkout. She handed me my room key told me to take a left at the hall use elevator to 6 the floor. .she didn't even mention what room number I had to look in the key folder to find out . We followed her instructions to find that the elevator isn't working hasn't been working there was a sign on the door.. Well come to find out they have two elevators both were broken so my family and I had to tote all our bags etc up 6 flights of stairs . The entire stay. I had a lot of difficulty and so did my daughter whom just got out of hospital two days prior to our visit. When asked about an ETA on both elevators I got a response from hotel of they have no idea when or what day anyone would be fixing them. felt very bad for guest whom had wheel chairs I don't even know how they managed. Did speak to supervisor upon check out he apologized and couldn't believe that I didn't receive paperwork on hotel policy's etc. and he sincerely apologized for both elevators being out of service and also said he was going to o contact hotels.com to refund 50 percent of my bill. Since I paid thru them. So will see if I do get it.

This is our go to hotel when we visit Orlando, which has been 5 times just this year. I’m sad to say that it will probably be the last. The elevators never work. We are always put on the 5th floor and climbing those stairs after a full day in Orlando is not fun. Also the pool was closed on a Saturday at noon so they could pressure wash it. Why didn’t they do that at 7am when guests are still sleeping? When I asked the front desk if anything could be done, he offered to take off the $20 they charge us for parking on the premises. That shouldn’t be a charge in the first place. Clean hotel, convenient location but I would find somewhere else to stay. For the amount of money you spend, you would think parking would be an accommodation and working elevators would be a priority.

Great location to walk to convention center. Breakfast was good. Loved having kitchen and full size refrigerator. Only 2 elevators and one stopped working. We used stairs from 3rd & 4th floors. Sofa and carpet in room had stains. No USB ports in room. Only 1 table lamp in living room and ceiling light was harsh. Quiet room.

however, every single room i have stayed in has stains on the carpet and furniture. the upholstery was coming off the bottom of the chair.

Absolutely will NOT come back to this hotel! Front desk service from Maria was absolutely horrible and when I called her out on it with my mom, she left and came back with a bit of an better attitude. Still was a horrible way to get to the hotel. At night I noticed the couch bed sheets were left on and dirty. Called the front office was left on hold for 5 minutes when I decided to call back. When I called back right away someone answered me. His name was Tommy or Thomas and all I have to say about him is he needs Intensive training in customer service and kindness. He hung up on me when I told him I was on hold and needed new sheets. We went back and forth to later him telling me to come downstairs to get the sheets and hung up on me. Marcus greeted me downstairs and he was absolutely great. He was very apologetic and understood where I was coming from. The next day I wrote a review and got a call from the general manager(Emma or Erie something with an E) from the front desk. I told her everything and afterwards she apologized and understood my concerns. She informed me she would not charge me parking for both nights and would give me 10,000 points. We still paid for parking and I did not receive any Hilton Points. They will always have business because it’s cheaper and closer to Universal but they lost my and my families business. I’m a travel agent and I would not recommend to my clients. Oh and the elevator sounded like it would crash every second. Just horrible overall!

Stayed for AAU nationals. Great location enabling walking to convention center. Great breakfast options amd room was spacious and comfortable. No issues and would stay again!!

Great Stay at Homewoood Suites!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay the staff were helpful, the service was timely would recommend to others.

The stay was good yet elevator was terrible shape and over look parts sticking out rails hanging. I was concerned it would break down with us in it…. On the last day of stay we had to walk down three flights of stairs due to the elevator being broke… I am handi cap and had luggage this was exhausting and reason for the above comments.. also furniture in lobby worn not a good look and our room was nice yet furniture again was blue and one piece was white plastic seat … terrible look… and no ice ??? In building full size fridge loved it and no ice.. than I had to pay for parking and it was so full I had to park off site and walk yet still pay $10 a day… not good w that so yes I liked your place but needs some work ..and I feel I paid over the value of what I received.. also the sheets did not even cover the mattress and if we have a king size bed why twin size pillows??

Once in the room, I noticed a noise and found that it was coming from the shower. The faucet wouldn’t turn completely off and water was running. I think this should have been reported by housekeeping or staff before the room was assigned for new guest.

I will never stay at this location. I will be staying at Homewood suites out near the airport this particular hotel on Idrive is horrible and need to be looked into, not clean at all, staff is incompetent, rooms smell like roadkill, just absolutely ridiculous to have lost money on this hotel

There was no clarification about the size of the beds, the advertising stated doble beds, but they are full size when most of the places offer queen size

The property itself was very nice. The room was comfortable. I would have stayed here again. However I am very unimpressed with the customer service. I left an important item in my room and when I called when I got home, they told me I needed to call back the next day for a manager. When I called the following day, they first put me on hold for 10 minutes.then someone got on the phone and told me they could not help me and I need to fill out a Lost and Found report online. When I asked if anyone could just check the list and found because I am semi local and I would come back and get it, they said they would not check. I asked for a manager and they just left me on hold. I understand that it was my fault that I had left my item there, but nobody was helpful to even check the lost and found or take my name and number if they were busy at the time. It tainted the entire experience and would prefer to stay at a friendlier hotel next time.

The bathroom setup was frustrating: the shower wouldn’t completely shut off, and the curtain was too short and set too far from the tub, causing water to leak all over the floor every time I used it. Not only was this messy, but it also felt unsafe. Around the property, cleanliness and maintenance were clearly lacking. A dirty, used bandaid stayed embedded in the pool deck area for three days, untouched. The couch in the room was stained and extremely dirty, which made it uncomfortable to sit on. The elevator situation was also unsettling. One was broken, and the other had a very loud, alarming door that made riding it feel anything but safe. Customer service was mixed. The breakfast staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful, really the bright spot of the stay. The main front desk woman, however, came across as unfriendly and cold. Even though I had a late checkout confirmed, housekeeping knocked repeatedly before the scheduled time, which felt intrusive. That said, the breakfast options were excellent, fresh and varied and I appreciated the cucumber water and all-day coffee available in the lobby. With some deep cleaning, staff retraining, and basic repairs, this hotel could offer a much better experience. Until then, I’d recommend with caution.

Best breakfast ever. Slightly dated furnishings but good condition rooms. Booked 4 nights thru expedia for $105/night. Staff that says good morning is awesome. Location is prime. Parking was so safe with our cadillac

Have visited this property numerous times no issues . This time as a 650 room hotel only one elevator working on the opposite side of the building. We were on the top 6th floor & had to use the stairs due to the time having to wait for the elevator. We are over 70.

It was comfortable and mostly clean. A few of the silverware in my room were dirty. The only thing disappointing about customer service is, I called the front desk a few times and the phone just rang; I eventually hung up as no one answered. The most disappointing part of staying at Homewood Suites is they only had one, I repeat, one elevator working. There were times I waited 15 minutes to finally get in, because it was full each time. There were times that while in the elevator, the elevator does not go to the floor you need to go to. I push the 1st floor button, but it goes up instead; or you get in the elevator to go up and someone else on the floor beneath you wants to go down, the elevator goes down first and not on the floor you want. An employee mentioned that this issue has been going on for almost a year now. Management told me that they are waiting for the part to come in. Really? Almost a year for an elevator part? That's sad.

My stay was wonderful I loved the room it was clean and the breakfast was nice I loved that they had a lot of options, I gave it a three because the elevator did not work my entire stay and the mound of trash outside the property.

Overall it was a good stay. They can improve on the elevator as the closing of the door makes a weird sound

Clean, spacious accommodations for a reasonable price. Breakfast was included. Property's location was very good, with lots of eating places nearby. It is on the i-ride trolley route as well.

Loved the room and location!

Upon arrival from airport for 1 night stay. After a smooth easy check in I went to Coffee station. The hot water for tea was cold and the coffee was also old and cold and both needed to be microwaved. Service was avg. Bed was 6 of 10. Pillows flat and uncomfortable. Breakfast good and crazy with no seating for many who had to stand and wait for tables. We opted to sit outide under an umbrella in the rain as we had times to meet so no choice on waiting for a table. When we left breakfast most of the ppl were still waiting for tables and the lights went out at the breakfast station promptly at closing time. They immediately turned off coffee, juice machines, pulled all the food and left only a few pecies of break and pastries. Alot of ppl waiting never had a chance. It was pretty crazy how fast they closed up breakfast. Maybe 3-4 min they took everything away.

Highly recommend. Wonderful staff.

the property was so close to many things to do in the area. most within walking distance, but sat back far enough off the road to avoid the surrounding noises.

We had a family of 6 and our room fit us all very comfortably.
