This hotel was really good the rooms are small but all you do is sleep there anyways I mean you’re at the park every day I had two kids and my mom and I was there so it was a little crowded but he wasn’t there a lot so it was OK the food is kind of a hit and miss I had food that was amazing and I had food that wasn’t that great and then I had the same dish one was great one not so much but the staff there if you need anything you just text them and they answer any of your questions your balances left on your food vouchers or what you’ve charged to your room or if you need new towels just an amazing time all the way around I would definitely recommend this place it was a blast

Staff was courteous from the front desk to the kitchen staff and even bartenders. We loved every aspect of the hotel. We told others to stay there as well. Room was clean. Pool was beautiful. Could not have had a better experience!

Great location, love the free shuttle to all associated universal locations and getting early entry into the parks was key for us. Overall, good rooms but great convenience.

The property/resort is fairly new and very well maintained. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The outside of the Hotel is very beautiful with its colorful outer decor. The landscaping is very nice and is well kept. The rooms are very simple but nice. You feel like you’re on a ship or space craft. Its great to have options as far as food is concerned and the hotel does provide it. There are also many offsite options in the area. The pool/jacuzzi are big and spacious with great hours. There is a Universal gift shop in case you need something. Avis does have a rental car counter on site incase you would like to rent a vehicle. I was very impressed with the park shuttles. They were on time and frequently running. Parking at the property was easy and plentiful. I liked the hotel resort and will definitely stay again.

Great hotel, very modern, awesome pool and gym, food was brilliant, Staff on reception were super helpful, especially after I forgot to bring my ID, very patient, Friendly and understanding. Very noisy at night, people slamming doors till early hours of the morning so I didn't get a great sleep, makes me question if I would stay again, Also the walls are very thin which is disappointing considering the look and feel of the hotel.
