The pool was huge and they had lots of pool toys, floats, and games on the deck for people to use. We were very surprised by the quality of food in the cafe and the reasonable prices at the coffee shop. We’d definitely stay here again for a quick trip to Orlando.

The property is well kept , staff very helpful and friendly. The only dislike I had was the room was dusty and affected my allergies. With that being said I would still stay at Stella Nova again.

Really enjoyed this property. Even though it was just my wife and I. The rooms are set for family’s with two queen beds. They have no king beds, and a lot of the rooms can be paired with a lock off for bigger groups. Room was clean and spacious. The good in the Cafe was very good (croissant sandwich in morning and Stella burger at night). Proximity to Epic was walking distance or you can do a quick bus ride. Pool was open late, which was nice to cool down and relax after a long day in the parks. Bus transportation is well thought out and easy to get to any of Universals parks. Well done Universal!

This hotel was amazing! We were there to visit a couple parks, including epic. Because it is right next-door to epic you can literally walk across the street and get an early access. Wonderful environment and will definitely go back in the future!

The care made such an impactful difference to my family, and my mood. Greatly appreciated the receptionist Francisca! Her empathic care was able to re‐energizing us back to the fun frame of mind we needed. Unforgettable memories! Thank you so much! ? ???? That we had to leave. Lol

This was our second time staying here and we cant recommend it enough.The hotel is so clean,bright, modern and the food is so nice and great value.The rooms are a good size and very comfortable. The staff are always very helpful and friendly, it gives the hotel a really nice vibe.Being a 6 min walk away from epic universe is also amazing and buses to all the universal parks is really helpful.It is also a great location for the florida mall and international drive. If you’re planning to go to Universal Epic Universe, this hotel is a great option. Besides being new, clean, and overall excellent, it offers early park admission — a perk that can completely change your strategy for the park.

The hotel is nice, I expected it to be in better shape since it’s so new. The only complaint was that upon arrival our bathroom smelled like it was mopped with dirty water. The room credit promotion was awesome as the food at the onsite restaurant was always fresh and hot. We never waited more than 10 minutes for any shuttle service which was great! Epic park is in walking distance and at night it was a pleasant walk but the direct shuttle bus was helpful since we do so much walking already at the park. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

It’s in an area that’s a little away from crowds. Cleaning of room is infrequent as stated but our room went 4/5 days without being replenished.

Buses run regularly but there’s a path for a very short walk to Epic. Food options are good and food is tasty. Room cleaned every second day with plenty of towels provided. Nice clean pool with lifeguards very vigilant and pools provided poolside

Worth it!!! WORTH IT! Gorgeous new hotel. Love the breakfast options. Proximity to epic is unbelievable.

They should have blankets in the room. A bedspread is not enough for someone with poor circulation. The other thing I suggest is more benches in the smoking area. One bench for a smoking area was definitely not enough.

Lovely pool, plenty of sunbeds. Great room with comfortable beds. Buses to Epic park need to be more frequent although you can walk in 15 mins but it is very hot waiting for the lights to change. Also quick service dining was quite expensive for what you received but tasty.

Nice new hotel and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was geared up for families. We took advantage of the free Universal shuttle bus after purchasing the park passes from the vacation desk on the premises.

We had a great stay here! We were going to Epic Universe and it was really nice to be so close. The room itself was well decorated and we slept well. The staff was really friendly at check-in and made sure to answer all of our questions about Epic, making suggestions and offering advice, too. I would stay again!

This hotel is perfect for a Universal Parks trip! There are shuttles to take you to the parks and you can walk to EPIC Universe in 8 mins. The food choices at the cosmos cafe are excellent, there is even a Starbucks onsite and a grab and go snacks place. The gift shop is loaded with fantastic items. The pool area is amazing. There is a large pool with a poolside bar, outdoor games, loads of lounge chairs and a hot tub. We will definitely stay here again!

This is close to Epic Universe, with a bus service to all the rest of Universal. The room was functional and comfortable, with a coffee machine, fridge and safe. Loved the view looking out towards Epic Universe. The food was typical fast food, burgers and chips etc, but they also did pizza delivery to the rooms. However, I’d rather eat in the park than the hotel.

Absolutely loved this Hotel. It was spacious clean and super modern decor. Ideal for the universal parks. used the park shuttle bus for IOA and Epic. Loved it would definitely stay again. The Pool area was also excellent we had a pool day during our stay. Also Ubers to International Drive were cheap and quick to come the location is perfect. There is even a 7-11 within walking distance. The bar drinks were a bit expensive. Would be good if there was footpath to Universal Boulevard i had to cut through the service yard to get that way to Walk to 7-11 / Walgreens.

The check in and check out process was very smooth. I had requested to change my room after I had checked in because the floor was too noisy with cheerleaders and the front desk was so happy to accommodate! Also the shuttle buses to the parks super convenient. And convenient cafe and restaurant downstairs too!

Excellent location — just a 7-minute walk to the park. The hotel has a very modern, stylish decoration that makes the whole stay feel fresh and well-designed. Not exactly a deal breaker, but a breakfast buffet option would be nice, instead of ordering ahead for pickup.

The location was ideal for exploring Epic Universe, right across the street! There are shuttle busses available to get you over there, but there's also a dedicated walking path, and that's the route we went with. The hotel itself has a stunning aesthetic and leaves a big impression! The breakfast options in The super-modern designed cafeteria area were excellent and we had a lovely breakfast before we checked out.

I want to start off by saying the staff was incredible but our stay was wrought with broken amenities. We got in late after a delayed flight and a long car rental line only to get settled into our room and discover the shower broken. The staff was very helpful getting us into a new room and refunding us one night but the following night we came back after a long day at Universal and the hot tub was broken. 😩 First world problems but I think this hotel has some issues. The staff is NOT one of them-again, they were awesome!

We had Stella Nova Booked for two nights, but we were able to head up the day before and there was rooms available way cheaper again, so we booked it when we arrived they added it to our two nights. Our room when we walked in at night was directly facing the park. This hotel is new and feels new, ultra clean, and we fell in love. 10-15 min walk to the park but the busses come regular and quicker, don't waste your feet. But we loved everything about this place ! Aussie couple hawaii is or YouTube and we have a full video coming asap. To be honest we had no issues, everything went super smooth and was great, no issues at all. We loved this place. so no there was nothing we didn't like about the hotel stay . Have to be honest . It is how we fell.

We had a great stay. Did not eat the breakfast but got coffee in the mornings and had a burger for dinner one night and it was delicious. We had an issue with the AC in one of our rooms and was fixed immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast made me sick, and it was $52.00. It was large enough to share with my daughter but the eggs are powdered, the bacon was tasteless, thank goodness for the waffles because it was the only good part. Also each water or coffee is $6+ dollars so you need to buy the refillable cup for $19

Fortunately a manager decided that was all crazy and allowed us to check in. That is baffling and shady because no telling how much they double dip at the consumers expense. The walls and floors are pretty thin as we were woken up by cleaning staff from the floor above. Property is decent and close to epic universe.

The room is nice, but the walls are very thin. At 1:30 in the morning, they were vacuuming for at least 20 minutes in the hallway. Most of the staff is very nice although the lady who checked us in was rather flat. I would definitely pick another hotel the next time I come to Universal.

There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, similar to urine. Although there are six elevators, they seemed to stop on nearly every floor each time we went down, making the elevator ride take about 5–10 minutes. The staff is good, close to epic and shuttle to the other universal.

Pros- Brand new clean resort!! Access to epic universe in few minutes. Shuttle services to all Universal parks are easy. Resort swimming pools, hot tub, sand play area are too good!! Cosmos cafe and in house restaurant serves very delicious food!! Loved their chicken wings, pizzas, coffee!! Cons- Some staffs in cafe and restaurant mainly billing seems to be rude and didnt help with some pricing questions about the drinks!! There was many staffs very very warm and helpful also!! Rooms could have been bigger with more walking space. Big drawback is ,there is no access to elevators on both sides of the floor! Since it is built like a space ship, you have to always walk a mile to get elevator, if you get a room at the tail end!! There are atleast 100 rooms per floor!! Super long walks in the busy mornings to catch the elevator is annoying!! We changed our room just for this reason!

The best reason to stay at Stella Nova is being able to walk to Epic everyday! We loved the easy access to the Universal buses which were always clean and on time. The resort was nice and clean, hot showers and clean linens. We spent one day at the pool (a little cold) but the hot tub was nice. I wish there was more shade outside around the pool deck. Rooms are great but the coffee makers are the cheap kind with flat packets of coffee. You'd think in a resort it would be nicer quality. The coffee shop is very expensive and had very long lines in the morning. The on site restaurant was good quality and pretty fast but also very expensive. $20 for a plate of spaghetti but the portions were large. I was told the specials are always the same so don't plan to eat there more than once or twice. My only real complaint is the $30 per day parking charge that I was not expecting.

Stayed at Stella Nova Hotel for its unbeatable location right near Universal Studios Epic Universe entrance. The modern, beautiful architecture really stands out — sleek and stylish from the moment you arrive. Sadly, our 3-day stay was uncomfortable and concerning: The room’s air conditioning was impossible to control. Thermostat barely worked: room stayed hot and humid the whole time. Brutal in Florida! Bed linens arrived visibly soiled — stains that should’ve been caught by housekeeping. Worst of all: after a day at Universal, we returned to find our door completely unlocked and slightly ajar. Cleaning staff clearly didn’t secure it properly after servicing the room. Serious security risk — anyone could’ve walked in. Management & staff: fantastic potential with this prime spot and striking design, but these basics (AC issues, dirty linens, unsecured doors) ruined it and put guests in danger. Please fix HVAC, enforce strict linen checks, and retrain housekeeping on door security ASAP. Clean, nice staff. Good location to walk to Epic. Shuttles very convenient to visit other universal parks. Luggage holding service makes it easy for you to enjoy the parks while you are waiting for the check in time or after you check out in the morning.

Beautiful hotel and not crazy busy like Disney hotels. Lots of room at the pool and hot tub. Food is over priced at the hotel like everywhere in this area. I feel like is an on going problem for family’s as we have to pay double for regular food that is not that great.

Room was not very clean. There were hairs visible on bed and pillow sheet had stains. Also hairs visible in bathroom. Mostly the food was really bad. Threw away more than half of the food. Staff was friendly.

I asked for an exemption and the front desk person told me to text in the morning and ask for housekeeping for the room. The next morning I texted and asked for housekeeping to make our beds, take out the trash and replace the towels and they instructed me that they would not. They said they would empty the trash and bring by clean towels. I asked them three times nicely to send housekeeping to our room while we were out at the amusement parks and each time they told me no. The in room coffee supplies were not restocked either. Since when does a two nights stay not include housekeeping? We will not be staying at that resort again.

Spacious room and a great view of the pool area. food options were limited but what was there was good. Super close to the new park and the transportation to the other parks was nice.

All is new and perfectly upkept. 6 big elevators, mostly no delays. Rooms with ample space, very big closets with enough hangers for us 3 for 2 days. The safe in the room is very wide and deep, enough for laptops of typical size. Beds are extremely comfortable, not just because we are very tired after a full day in the park. Good space in 4 drawers and over furniture. Shower soap was bar soap, not in dispenser. Sofa gives extra space and comfort. Hallways and doors are wide enough to use the luggage carts easily. Blackout curtains really do their job. Cleaning service to the room is every other day but all you can need can be requested through text message. Luggage storage has lots of capacity and they take your lugagge before check in and after check out to conveniently enjoy the parks and/or hotel amenities. Can also park at the hotel before check in to go to the park. The shuttle is very convenient, included Epic Universe Park, but the path to walk to Epic is also very convenient, safe, and not long.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. The pool area looked really nice, although we didn’t use the pool/hot tub, there is a lot of seating/loungers. Great walking distance to Epic, plus they have a lot of buses to Epic and the other Universal parks.

The property has a minimalist "Jetsons" vibe. Room 2046 was clean and comfortable. Shower/toilet are separate from the sink which is helpful with multiple guests, sink lighting is not good for makeup. Charging ports did not work, perhaps they had a separate switch but I couldn't find it. Also there are two sconces with switches on the fixtures that were hard to find. It was frustrating the first night when we were trying to go to bed. Hospitality at this property was outstanding, and I did this to be true at every Universal Resort touch point.

The property is immaculate and really easy to navigate. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is quite large with tons of loungers and lots of space for kids and adults. It was an easy 10 minute walk to Epic Universe (or you could wait for a shuttle). My only complaint were rooms were only serviced every other day, which is not acceptable at a hotel at this price point.

The room was clean. Your staff very friendly and they gave us good dining recommendations for the parks. The bus service was always available, we never had to wait going to and coming from the parks. The building theme was neat with so much detail that I was able to appreciate as we got closer. And at night from the pool so cool!

Everything was great, the staff the room and the amenities were 10/10. The cafe stood out to me the most on my stay, proves were expected but the portion sizes were great and the quality of the food was excellent. Definitely coming back here for my next stay.

Great property- has everything you want, nothing you don't need. Bring extra money for all the extras. $6 bottle of water? $14 beer? Yeah, it's all pretty pricey. A beautiful stay though! And a short walk to Epic :)

New hotel, lobby and pool area excellent.. Rooms nice, clean,very basic a bit small but set up nicely with a curtain dividing between bed area and sink area allowing for added privacy.

Stella Nova was truly an out of this world experience. Everything's was top notch!

Beds were comfortable So close to epic universe and the bused to all universal parks were so frequent and easy to catch.

We liked the staff, the cleanliness and the meals. The only item we did not like was there are no chairs in the room to sit in to watch tv. There is a bench but it is under the tv, so we had to sit on the bed. Other than that we loved the place and would stay again.

We loved Stella Nova. The staff were amazing. The room was clean and fresh. The food options were great. We especially liked the pool area and the outside bar. The proximity to Epic Universe was fantastic, being only a 10 minute walk - there are buses all the time too. Meaning we were able to take a break from the park in the hottest part of the day, have a nice swim at the hotel, then head back over in the evening again. I would thoroughly recommend.

This a great property but I would not stay here if I wasn't going to visit Epic universe. This is close enough that you could walk but a quick shuttle ride. I would place this hotel in the same category as Dockside and Surfside hotels. Its currently priced a little hirer then the low end hotel because its new but its nothing super crazy. If this hotel fits your price range I would book it.

My only quibble was the dinning situation. It was a fast food only if you’re starving situation. Nothing for Vegan and GF patrons but then nothing worth noting for anyone. When you get hungry make plans. The busses are very convenient.

It was absolutely beautiful. We will be back! The only downside, for me, was no microwave in the room. I bring my own tea to wake up to and had go keep going down to get hot water. Staff was lovely, the place was lovely and oh so convenient in getting over to Epic World.

The hotel is new, but the cleaning is very poor. The carpets in the common areas and hallways are very dirty, as if they have never been cleaned at all. The room cleaning is also not great, especially in the bathroom.

But there were some positives: The entryway looks very nice and the rooms appear clean. Food options are pretty limited for people staying upwards of a week. It was nice to have a cafe there to sell coffee, even if it is about $10 for a latte after tax and tip. The food quality and choice are only okay values. There isn’t anywhere to walk to for other food options, so you are pretty much stuck there unless you want to Uber somewhere. Front desk people were very nice. My beef is with the management.

Friendly hotel staff, but they were unhelpful in receiving a delivery order I had that went missing, so the staff are not trustworthy with personal belongings or food deliveries. The bathroom is small but clean. The big window is cool but fogs up half the day, so you cant even see out of it. Overall I think its worth the convenience if you plan on visiting Epic Universe, but otherwise there are a lot of other hotels in the area that are more worth the price paid.

We stayed for 4 nights and loved everything about the property. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The male bartender was great and knowledgeable about different types of alcohol and made us feel like old friends. The pool and hot tub were great as well.

Not worth the price in my opinion. It is a new property and comfy beds. Didnt like that they clean the room every other day. The only day that they did clean wasnt a detailed cleaning, very superficial not even mopped and took care of stains. Decent pool its walking dostance from epic and has free shuttles to the other parks. I dont think i would stay there again because for the price it wasnt worth it

It was very quiet, except when there was a fire alarm false alarm in the middle of the night, also the towels and pillows were not great, but the pool and room were great and the proximity to Epic Universe was very convenient.

This is the budget friendly epic universe hotel. Early entry. The hotel feels like you are undersea or on a submarine. The AC was amazing. The food service in the lobby was good. The staff was friendly, and you can walk to the park in 5 to 10 mins depending on when you catch the traffic light for crossing the street.

Way too expensive for such a stripped down hotel. Fewest amenities of any universal Orlando hotel.

Amazing theming. Good food available onsite. Staff was great. The pool area was well maintained and was large enough to not feel overcrowded even when lots of people were there. The only negative thing is that the room is small and doesn't have a lot of storage space or a microwave, but if you plan on spending most of your time at the parks, it's not a big deal.

I had a frustrating and disappointing experience at the Stella Nova Hotel. The room was missing several amenities that were clearly advertised on their website. Despite multiple requests and being assured repeatedly that the issues were being addressed, nothing was ever delivered or resolved. As a gesture of apology, the staff promised to waive our parking fees—yet those charges still appeared on the final bill. To make matters worse, the hotel charges $30 per day for parking, even for guests. Sadly, the experience did not live up to expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Our stay at Stella Nova Resort in Universal Orlando was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was super clean, modern, and beautiful maintained. From the moment we arrived, the Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed!! One of the best parts was the location: just across the street from Epic Universe, which made getting to the park a breeze, even though they have shuttle buses to all Universal Park including Epic. Highly recommend this resort.

I lost my camera in the resort that was a very expensive purchase recently, went to the front desk and they check with security and they did have it! Really happy that they are very diligent and trustworthy would definitely recommend.
