Perfect StayCation destination for my mother and her grandbabies!! She can be critical about cleanliness and such. She was very impressed by how clean the unit was. The location and proximity to stores and such. She was a happy camper, as were the littles. Highly recommend this property!!

Perfect location and comfy beds! It’s well furnished and super convenient. Groceries and restaurants are within easy walking distance. It’s close to parking and pools. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean, modern, cold, smelled good! The location is perfect, everything is a short distance away. The resort is very quiet, and seems safe. We gave this stay 3 stars because the wi-fi was terrible!! It did not work 90% of the time. Because of the wi-fi not working, the tvs did not work. The garbage disposal had a bad odor coming from it. Some off the furniture seemed unstable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Only negative is the check in process , when we coudn’t get into the unit right away because the electronic door wasn’t connected to wifi (the router was off when we got in) Good thing that the customer rep was able to help us over the phone. So it was still a good experience. Minus 1 star because of check-in mishap. I was expecting that when you arrive , I’ll be able to get in and rest after a long flight. The check in and check out staff were all very helpful and kind though

All was good; everything one needs is here. The staff in particular are prompt and helpful with service requests! Daniel even helped me to find an excellent hairdresser to get me ready for a wedding. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

The condo was comfortable and very clean! The pool complex was huge. Lots of good restaurants and Publix are conveniently located right by the complex entrance. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

This specific condo needs to replace the frying pans and the screen is broken so you can't really enjoy any outdoor space from your condo. The pool is nice but really crowded. Convenient location can't be beat for access to the convention center

We enjoyed our stay in Vista Cay. This was our first time here and our family absolutely loved it. The location was very good, only a few minutes to our destinations. The amenities were very good and clean. The condo was very clean, it had everything we needed and there was no smell. The place looked very well kept. LOVED it. Thank you!

Our family fit perfectly in the 3 bedroom condo. Beds, towels, & space with a kitchen equipped for almost anything. We loved the pool & closeness to the Universal parks. Our week-long stay was absolutely awesome & we will be returning.

Really loved staying here—the condo was spacious, clean and perfect for a family. It was also very convenient to Universal. The pool area was lovely and the nearby Publix and Walgreens were super convenient.

The place was very nice!! This was a great value for our stay. The rooms were clean and everything was in good shape. Now a few things to note, not bad, but things to know. The Master suite had a very low bed and a low toilet. Being no longer young, these presented a bit of a challenge. The stove had been cleaned so many times all of the heat settings were wiped away. We had a threee bedroom suite and it was massive!

Room had many things wrong with it. Broken bed frame , dirty dishes, later than expected check in.

Also request a top floor unit or you will not get any sleep. We were on the second floor and I woke up every morning to the sound of pounding running footsteps above me and back pain from the mattresses. There are only blinds and no room darkening curtains as well. The place is beautiful and spacious and clean and stocked with amenities but the whole purpose of going on vacation is to have a warm bath and a good night’s sleep, and I didn’t have either of those. Management would not remedy.

The apartment was very nice. The staff at the Clubhouse was below average. I had simple questions, and I was treated like I was a bother by the guy at the counter on the right. I wish I had not bothered walking over to the clubhouse.

Looks like pictures, close to universal/good location , down fall the curtain in kitchen did not close all the way for privacy, also wasn’t told where the pool towels were I txted and got a response next day other than that it was a good stay.

We were in town for business, and it was the perfect place to stay, close to the convention center, and the place had all the amenities for us to not have to travel anywhere. Our place was extremely clean and well-decorated.

Need directions to the pool

We loved the space of 4102 #107. It was perfect for the us and our daughter. The main hot tub didn’t work while we were there but we were so able to enjoy the two pools and hot tub on the newer side of the resort. Adam, the pool bartender, was absolutely amazing! Super friendly & made great drinks.

The room smelled horribly - even after the ozone generator was ran. The staff was responsive and moved us to a new room. The new room also had a mold issue in the shower ceiling and the smell permeated throughout the unit. We do not have the humidity of Florida in our home state so maybe this is not unusual. Unfortunately, the mold did make one of our rep's sick and she was unable to attend the conference. Again, the staff was lovely but some of these units need to address the mold issue.

The room was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of room for a family of 5. The pool area was great and the pool was well heated for January as well as the hot tub. It was a nice quiet safe area and a convenient location. We had a few minor concerns and the staff was quick to respond and did everything they could do to help immediately.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds were super! Best sleep I've had in a while. A nice, quiet and clean community. My only negative is that it was a 3 story unit which was not make clear upon booking, and I had my 18 month niece with me - so the stairs were a bit nerve wracking. However in spite of this, I will definitely return. Thank you.

Overall cleanliness was excellent and the apartment was large. Our apartment lacked a few modern amenities and some minor maintenence issues. Would have liked to have a few extra toiletries.

The location was perfect for our trip. The room was clean and noise for the facility was minimal. The sinks in the bathroom seemed wormed, so updating those would be my only recommendation.

We really enjoyed and felt comfortable with how clean was the space. All needed to spend a couple of days : enough towels,pots, cutlery, trash bags, etc. If we needed something and asked for it, immediately gave us a follow up or provided what we needed. The apartment was so amazing it was very clean and very spacious. It was so nice having the full kitchen and the washer and drier with my two small children. I couldn't recommend this property enough! When we first arrived we couldn't get our door unlocked, customer service answered within 3 minutes and we were inside just a moment later! The entire grounds are so nice and having access to both pool areas was fantastic. Both pool areas were gorgeous and so wonderful for kids! We will be staying here again!

We enjoyed our week stay at the property. It was very clean, had all the equipment we needed to be able to cook, plenty of space for our family, and very close to the Universal parks and shopping. Check in and out were both extremely easy. We will be staying at this property every visit to Orlando in the future.

We back for a 2nd time! The water slide is open and the kids can stay till 10:30pm!! Kids had a blast! Family of 7 and we didn’t feel crowded at all the 3 bedroom apartment! Only 5 mins from EPIC so awesome! Great options for food very close by! We will be back again next year!

The location is super convenient. The place was very nice except for a wonky iron, broken couch, and poor water pressure. None of these things ruined our trip tho. We would stay there again!

Awesome property! Very spacious! A/C malfunctioned late at night the first night, however it was fixed the next day as soon as I notified management. The property is exactly as advertised! We will definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful apartment. The amenities were perfect. It added so much to our vacation. We will certainly return.

This is my 4th time at Vista Cay Resort. I love the Resort because feels like you are staying at home with 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining area, balcony with chairs, free parking lot and pools. The location is so perfect to visit all Universal Parks. I highly recommend Vista Cay Resort.

Most of the furniture in the apartment was old wooden furniture that the finish was coming on. The front door was filthy dirty there was nothing nice about the place. Nothing that was made me feel that you were staying in a in a nice condo.

This property is amazing! Very specious, clean, quiet, beside the pool. Many attractions within short driving distance. We really enjoyed our stay. From 1-5 stars it is a 5++++++. I would highly recommended this property and would love to stay here again.

This is a very nice, clean resort

We have stayed at several different properties at Vista Cay. This was one of the better properties, we were very pleased with this unit. However, the service at the clubhouse and pool worsens every year. They hound everyone about bringing in outside food and drink or even just water bottles to the pool area. They will not even give out cups of water or ice, just so that you have to buy a $6 bottle of water and overpriced food.

The photos online did not do this place justice. It was very clean, nice, and very spacious. My favorite thing about the apartment was the bed. Felt like I fell asleep on a cloud. It was some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. Would definitely stay here again…. And again…. And again. 🙂

Honestly the hotel room was kind of a dump. The door for the bathroom was on a slider with 0 handle. The view from our room was of a glass triangle dome. Honestly will NEVER go back here.

This place exceeded our expectations! We are a family of 7 and the apartment was a great size for all of us. We are definitely coming back in September for our sons’ birthday

The apartment far exceeded our expectations. Only downside was the pool by our apartment block was under refurb which we did not realise when booking & we had a long daily walk with the grandkids to the other pool on the other side of the complex which required crossing a major busy road. But I cannot fault the apartment - it was awesome!

Would strongly recommend for staying.

It's been very quiet and comfy while I've been here going to many different Dr. appts and visiting my stepsons. We've been able to spend time together, despite my illness and just take a breath and relax.

Great property and perfect for families. Gives you room to spread out. Good locatio n One of the pools is being worked on so we had to use one access the street. There was a pathway to get there. That pool was like three pools put together and built for families. The little kids enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend.

We loved the space we had for our kids to sleep comfortable. Everything was very clean very peaceful never had any issues with noise and the rental had everything we needed even laundry detergent. I would definitely rent again from here for my family's comfort.

This is a great place to stay for easy access to Universal and surrounding Orlando activities. We found the property to be clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was great to have access to the pool at the Reserve. Free parking is also a nice perk. Definitely recommend for families and groups - it was so nice to have the kitchen and for everyone to be able to have their own room and space during the trip.

Nice area, good location, partially renovated. Pool area was nice. We stayed in one of the older apartments that were not renovated so it was quite old and worn out. The dishwasher was not stuck to the bench and had a tendency to fall out. We had a blockage in the drain (but they came and fixed it quickly). Choose a slightly more luxurious room and I would recommend it!

No extra blankets. Bed covers were thin. One small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Half a roll of TP was all that was provided. It would be nice to have at least 4 full rolls for 5 days for two bathrooms and 4 people staying, extra blanket for beds. Would stay there again, but would bring blankets with me.

Overall it was a decent place, room was a little beat up, stain on mattress, very wobbly legs on chairs, chip tiles. In other words the room has seen some use. It had everything we needed. 7 out 10

Just an apartment facing more apartments. Not a resort. Pool is closed till end of February. That was not disclosed when booking and would have completely affected my choice. Looked nothing like the site pictures. I would not have paid 800 dollars for 2 nights in a mediocre apartment. None of the floors had been swept. Lots of hair and particles. Balcony door jammed. Unwashed forks and knives in dishwasher. Microwave uncleaned. 10 year old tvs with HDMI cable issues so it was glitching. I had a cable in my car that fixed it. Infuriated at high cost and poor value. My home is much nicer so I went home early. 200 dollars in fees for what? If you want to rough it and stay in an average apartment complex for the weekend this is the spot for you!

Very spacious and modern condo. Room size and beds were excellent. The towels didn’t seem fully cleaned but the rest of the place was well-cleaned. Was bummed the pool area was closed during our stay as I believe the posting said it would be reopened by Jan 15th. Maybe I read it wrong? Overall loved the place and was very convenient to have a shuttle to the convention center.

We rented the condo for a volleyball tournament, sharing with 2 other families, 6 people total. Condo was very conveniently located to the OCCC, along with being even closer to restaurants, grocery stores and Walgreens. Condo is very clean however there was very minimal toilet paper, paper towels, all soaps nearly got us through one day. There were no wash cloths and the small toaster was broken.

A wonderful place to stay! I was in a party of 5 adults. We were all very comfortable. The property was well located, safe and comfortable.

The unit we stayed in was spacious, in excellent condition and was a great alternative to a hotel. We had 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom, an additional bathroom by the kitchen and it was very comfortable. The pool area was gorgeous and it was easy to get in and out of the complex and had a Walgreens, Publix and many dining options within a short walk. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a quieter location still within a short distance of major attractions.

Vista Cay is a very nice resort. The room was excellent condition. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. It was easy to get back and forth from the Disney parks. We will definitely look to stay at Vista Cay again and recommend to others.

Everything was good. The cleaning was basic could've been much better. The master bedroom bed squeaked every move you make. Restless nights from the squeak. The bedroom with twin beds is standard bed only one person can fit too small for regular adults. They almost felled out the bed. Kitchen trash can lid dirty. Dust on fans and kitchen ceiling. Look like the ceiling fan was repaired in master bedroom and ceiling pieces on bed and floor. All of this triggered my family allergies. Master bedroom sink drawer like was broken. The patio door handle was loose. The apartment is large. It just minor cleaning issues that can be corrected. I loved the self check in with informatin and updates. It was very quiet. You can feel the floor shake while other people walking around never encounter a floor shaking while walking around. It was basic and nice.

We stayed at apartment 306 building 4024 however after a day we moved to building 13 4814 apartment 103 due to the first apartment being dirty and requiring upgrading..There were dead flies, dirt which looked like it had been there for days to weeks. The inside of the microwave oven was rusty and along with the kettle, needed replacing. The cooker required a really good clean. Furniture was dated and falling apart.. We contacted Daniel Waldron of Orlando Resorts Rental who offered to move us to an apartment which had become available that day and had recently been remodelled. He had used the apartment for their website photographs. Expedia was aware The second apartment was very clean and the bathrooms and kitchen had recently been modernised. Although the furniture was a bit worn and the washing machine and dryer case were rusty they were useable and we had a very enjoyable stay. It was well stocked with bedding and towels and Daniel arranged to have the apartment cleaned halfway through our vacation. There was plenty of parking. The apartment was in walking distance of the pool complex, Publix, shops and eateries. We particular enjoyed Beths burger bar and NYPD pizza. Daniel was always available, phoned us back and treated us fairly.I have rated the apartments overall.The first apartment was very poor and below my overall rating and the second was good, above my overall rating and Daniel was very approachable and we felt confident he would sort things out.

I've stayed a vista cay 3 trade shows in a row and this was the worst one I've been in... I was very disappointed by the lack of care to the townhome we rented. There was un-mopped floors and dust everywhere. We were left with one trash bag for the entire unit.... Honestly, I was fooled by the cute decor at first but within 30 minutes I notice sticky floors. The AC would not cool. Low key disappointed.

Cleanliness and large house

The place was clean and had everything we needed for the 2 nights we stayed. Location was great near supermarket and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Would stay here again.

This is my 3rd time staying at Vista Cay and really enjoy the facility.

Safety and very beautiful

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! Also the fact that everything we needed was on our next to the property which was very convenient!

Really nice place. A few things that fell short probabyly was not enough soaps in the bathrooms and kitchen didn't have enough pot and pans.

Everything was better than advertised. Definitely worth the money. Property is close to everything. I will stay again. Thanks. Enjoy.

We have stayed at Vista Cay properties for years and this was the first time we had 3 seperate floors and a garage :) This would be a perfect place for two smaller families traveling together. First floor had a huge one bedroom which was nice and private and a full bath with small patio off the back and through a door. Second floor had a giant open concept eat in kitchen which transitioned into the dining room and living room with 2 full sized sofas ( 1/2 bathroom off kitchen) . Third floor had 2 large bedrooms each with their own full sized bathroom with shower/tub. Comfy king bedroom in one bedroom with walk in closets with so much space to hang and organize clothes . Bedroom 2 had two full sized beds with a nice sized closet . Bonus is the garage to park your car in which kept the car out of the hot sun and was nice and cool when we entered the vehicle - the garage had a washer and dryer which worked very well . We are very pleased with this property !

Great Location next to the convention center & Publix. They upgraded our room from 2 bedrooms to 3, which was great. Room cleanliness was just okay.. The master bed was not sturdy at all & the shower pressure wasn’t great. Good size for the price.

This stay was amazing!!! The apartment was spacious and clean. Check in was hassle free as well!

Stayed for a week and really enjoyed the property! Would stay again. One broken blind and knob missing on one bedroom dresser but everything else was perfect. My husband and daughter wanted to take the beds home because they were so comfortable and helped their back issues. Staff answered our call after midnight when we hadn't received info for access and sent it immediately. Loved the balcony and peace and quiet each morning as the sun came up. Played pool and arcade at the clubhouse and swam a bit on our down time. Close to grocery store and restaurants and had easy access to Universal Studios parks in 10 min. Safe and gated parking and property. Felt like home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay! The condo was super spacious, private, and clean! We had our own private patio which was nice! Our family of 7 stayed here very comfortably and we will definitely be staying here again! The pools were very clean and nice too!

Very nice apartment, for the most part, clean. Disappointed that our socks and feet were dirty from the floor on the first day we got there. Silly things that were not present in the apartment that really should be like, baking sheet (for oven cooked fries) oven mitts, salt and pepper shakers and scissors.

The staff was amazing an accommodated our early check in. The room was not as clean as I expected. I kept finding hair on the beds.

We love renting with Orlando Resort Rentals at Vista Cay. We’ve stayed in this same unit now multiple times and have enjoyed it. It’s spacious. Every room has a smart tv. Overall would recommend and stay there again.

Cons: The vertical blinds were broken with missing blinds so it didn’t feel private. I know that the property allows smoking on the balconies but the smoke was coming into our unit and on one of the days I had a huge headache because the unit smelled so bad. I think if smokers could be kept on the higher levels and non-smokers on lower levels that might fix the issue. I don’t think people with kids would be too happy with it. I would have given a higher rating if not for the smoke issue.

This was probably one of the best places that we’ve stayed in while vacationing in Orlando. We will definitely be staying here again next time!

Cabinets and drawers were damaged, tub had a black ring that couldn’t be removed, knob in bathroom kept falling off but the resort itself and the amenities were great.

We will definitely recommend Vista Cay to anyone wanting to stay in Orlando. It was a huge condo with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. There were three adult couples, and we loved the fact that the family room and kitchen were on the middle level. This meant that anyone who was sleeping was not bothered by television or the kitchen early or late. We loved the pool and the bar. There's a DJ on weekends and it was just so much fun! We also loved how the area wasn't very busy and we could walk to restaurants and stores. Excellent price as well. Loved it!!

The property was safe and secure. The area was nice and clean. You had an option of two pool area. Rooms were a nice size.

Not impressed with kitchen dishes, pots and pans or silverware. Super cheap. Wish you included basic salt and pepper and basic oil, butter etc. seems so wasteful to buy new all the time.

Great apartment in a very good location. Everything worked well (though I didn’t use the dishwasher or washing machine). Great pool, adequate gym, good hospitality at the club house, easy parking. Great for families or a group of friends.

Comfy beds, big kitchen, comfy leather couches. Nice area, lots of safe walking options if desired. Walking distance to grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shops and more. But in some areas, rooms starting to look tired. Over all, would stay here again.

I like the home it was nice and cozy.

We loved how comfortable, clean and spacious it was. Planning our next trip and booking at the same place again.

The unit could use some maintenance and updating. There were rust stains on the refrigerator and the shower door did not slide well. The washing machine also made a loud squeaking noise. But overall it was comfortable and clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely consider Vista Cay for our next visit. It was very conveniently located to the Orange County Convention Center as well as the theme parks.
