Reviews

View from our bedroom overlooked park and was wonderful at night for the water show. Loved how well located it was in the park being central as we were able to go back and forth to the hotel with ease. Everything in hotel is spotless

The in and out benefit is great where you can take a break throughout the day to refresh and reset.

PROS-get a room that looks over the park, amazing!! Rooms were nice and cozy. Loved the shower head and the hair dryer worked so good. The market was our favorite place for breakfast and a late night treat at the hotel. Loved the early access and the convenience of having the hotel to take mini breaks when needed. Also, the shuttles worked great for day2 getting to the other parks. CONS-We made reservations at Helios bar. Spent almost $200 on a couple of small starter plates and 3 drinks, which is insane. Not a lot of options for families to dine. The food at the pool bar was cheaper and so much better. Colorful nachos was the win for my family. I didn’t give a bad rating for this but our floor had a horrible smell the second night through the rest of our trip. Not sure if someone got sick on this floor but every time we stepped off the elevator, there was an overwhelming stench. We power walked to our room and down. And they didn’t really offer an accommodation or fix for the power but I assumed we weren’t the only ones complaining.

Fantastic hotel, excellent service.
-
Hotel was great! The room was a bit small and there was a problem with the shades in my room. They wouldn't open or close with the remote like they should.

The hotel facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. Every team member went above and beyond to make us feel valued and ensure we had a memorable experience. The location was perfect, making it easy to enjoy nearby attractions while still having a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day. Thank you to the entire staff for providing such exceptional service. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

You are right on epic park. So easy to get into park. Staff is wonderful. The restaurant is very good. Great for large party. You have a pool and hottub that stays open late. It has a wonderful pool bar with snacks and nighttime movies. The gym has nice equipment that our college age guests used nightly. The rooms with view of park are worth the extra price to see the light show. We noted the games room but did not take advantage. We loved the Gelato selection at the cafe, a nice nighttime treat. Wonderful hotel!

Nice and well-maintained property. Both the restaurant and the bar at the hotel were excellent, good quality food and drinks. The only thing is that the room itself and the food are quite expensive, probably a little overpriced for what you get though overall excellent quality. We had the theme park view room, which we thought was worth the extra price - amazing view of the fountain show at night and nice to look out over the park the morning of our visit to Epic Universe.

It makes going to Epic Universe more fun. I had the opportunity to do 2 nights in mid may with a park view room on floor 5 and it was worth every penny. Wow! From driving up, to walking in you def feel the grand experience. Check in was a breeze. There were three rooms [our booking was park view) for us to choose from and I was relieved because we had come around 11:30am. [Note we did arrive on a monday] But yes, if you can book the PARK view! You can see the night fountain show and if you are really quiet and sit by the window you can hear the music. It is muffled but it was cool. The pool was amazing too. We booked a grand cabana for the expieriece and i say its worth it. The grand cabanas are no different than the standard ones other than price and location. They sit right at the pool (theres only 3) whereas the standard ones are several rows back from the pool. The pool itself is long and curves so you feel a sense of privacy wherever you sit. The food is great! If you have a chance order the cookie ice cream sandwich. Its SO GOOD! Flora Taverna was so pretty. We had the buffet breakfast there and it was like eating in a pretty garden (while inside). Pastries, bacon, eggs, pancakes it was nice. There was a menu option to order from but we just chose the buffet as we had a busy park day ahead.
