Property was 👍 awesome 💯! However my flight was delayed due to weather and the staff was unwilling to give me a later check out time even though I was willing to pay extra . I was told to be out the room promptly at check out time! I had to book another hotel near the airport for a few hours until flights we available. Absolutely fail on management!

Our villa was spacious, super clean, and felt just like home — having a full kitchen was a game changer for our family. The pool complex is absolutely amazing. The lazy river alone is worth every penny! There's always something fun to do, with water activities and live entertainment to keep everyone happy throughout the day. The location is perfect, close to all Orlando attractions yet peaceful enough to truly relax. We're already counting down the days until our next visit. Highly recommended

Place was amazing will definitely be staying again. Pools are amazing. Rent a golf cart to explore the whole property this place is huge!

The kids absolutely love it, and the location is perfect, close to everything you need while still being a great place to relax and unwind. It’s ideal for a long weekend getaway, and the villas are always spacious, comfortable, and well kept. We always have a great experience here and look forward to coming back every time. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a fun and convenient place to stay!

The place was good. Too big and hard to figure out where everything was. Villas were Very nice. Overpriced everything else. At 1 restaurant they charge u 18% gratuity no matter what but don't tell u so u give them more of a tip when u didnt need too!

The property was super clean and beautiful. My only complaint was not having any sort of instructions for taking out garbage, getting clean linens, and what needed to be done in the villa upon checkout.
