We had reserved a king room with a pull out sofa, the room was prepaid. When we arrived we were told they only had a queen room even though we had RESERVED and prepaid. We were very disappointed! They did offer a free breakfast at the buffet and a drink from the bar. We were unable to use either. When they refreshed the towels the net day, they also refilled the coffee, but not the cups. A bit hard to make coffee without cups, they also didn’t replace the face wipes. So although I loved the location, the room wasn’t worth what they charge, especially when you don’t get what you reserved and paid for.

Property has mgmt issues, room booked and paid 3 months in advance, day of all king rooms sold out?!? Room with dble beds wasnt cleaned well. House keeping knocked at 1030 even though DND tag was on door and checkout was noon.

It is clean and the location is ideal with shops and eateries around. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is little bit expensive.

The staff couldn’t determine if I had pre-paid breakfast included in my reservation (I did) and had to get them resolved at the front desk every morning. When I went the first morning they served me an undercooked egg and potato dish and part of it was frozen. Barely any one was there to even keep the breakfast items stocked. We ended up wasting the money we spent the next two days because we didn’t want to get food poisoning. Barely anyone was at the front desk most times and we’d have to wait for someone to come out from the back. It felt like the staff was hiding.

Front Desk Rep was at the bar, took a minute before he was ready to come and greet me. He didn't greet me until logged into front desk computer. He could have said hello, maybe give me his name, perhaps ask how I am, maybe ask for my name.

So clean, wonderful staff, and I felt very safe traveling alone with my son!

They did not have enough staff that front desk is not covered and no one picks up your calls to the desk once in the room

The room and hotel itself was great. The staff was not. Didn’t know how to check someone in, and at check out there was no one at the counter despite me waiting for a while so unsure of what total room charge was. Tried chatting with them after I finally left because I had a flight to catch, and no response. Also tried calling and no answer. I’d stay there again for the hotel itself, but the staff needs work.
