Staff was helpful recovering an item i left at the front desk that another customer picked up. No continental breakfast.

The sheets has stains and we’re still wet and had sticky stuff on it. The floors were sticky on it

The room was so dirty. There was an actual roach in the bathroom. Dirty, disgusting washcloth over the shower head. The tub, toilet, and sink were all visibly unclean and had hair on them. The towels smelled bad.

The room was not ready by 3pm for check in. The only thing they did was change the sheets on the bed.. nothing else was cleaned. Mirror was dirty with toothpaste splatter. Floor had not been swept or mopped. Counters were still dirty. The staff thought it world be a good idea to vacuum right outside my door at 230am and play loud music. Absolutely ridiculous..

Well I got charged twice but the place was generous enough to refund my money so I'd have to say they're respectable people The fact that I got a bed and got to sleep
