Very friendly front desk staff. That’s the only positive thing about this hotel. Bad smell, dirty walls, floors, and baseboard, stained towel, paint on the bathtub drain. We did not feel comfortable walking around barefoot or even taking a shower. It was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. I would never stay here again and don’t recommend it.

Friendly folks all..the breakfast setup was a little different but once I understood the reasoning, it worked for me. Room was plain but every thing was clean and working. The gift bag is a nice gesture. I would stay again. Cheers.

Despite the name, this property is actually a motel, with exterior doors. When we arrived and saw this, and the condition of the area around the motel, we decided not to use our room and to instead drive 8 hours to our home.

She seem like she deleted our reservation because as soon as i tried to check she sent a message on Expedia to us to say nothing. Proceeded to seem like she was checking us in. She asked for the ID clearly seeing it was a Nebraska one then turn to us and said no locals allowed. Place and the website is a scam. We didn't get our room and it's damn near impossible to get our refund from either. This why I took the time. No one help still.

I bought the insurance for protected stay but wasn't allowed to cancel the room after encountering road trouble and not making it.

We were looking for a night lodging while on a cross country trip. This place was wonderful!!! The staff were more attentive and helpful than any other we have encountered recently!! The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Absolutely no complaints. We would gladly stay again.

I liked the fact that it was less than $100 to lay my head down and sleep for a few hours. But I wish I would’ve spent the extra money and gone up the street. The fan/air conditioner worked fine. I will just hit the major issues. The TV did not work, the front desk actually called us at 10:35 to see if we were going to stay another night. I felt like we were being kicked out because checkout wasn’t until 11. The shower is made for very short people/kids. Even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, I could tell it had been smoked in in the past. A frozen breakfast sandwich was provided, but the staff person acted like I was bothering her when I asked for one for myself and husband. It cooked ok in the microwave

The only hotel that makes the guests feel like an inconvenience to be checked in. Heather's condescending attitude towards the "guests" with a facial expression that says customers never understand anything. I understand that having to refill the coffee again for the guests that already had their morning coffee but really not wanting to go to the trouble of having to refill it again for the customers who hadn't had any yet. And never have I ever had a hotel not accommodate a guest who wasn't feeling well. I had a headache during the night and was unable to sleep. After getting coffee I went back to the room and fell asleep. Of course I woke up late and called to say what had happened and asked if could I get an extra 15 minutes is all to finish getting ready. I was told, we prefer that our guests check out at the 11:00 time. Sure enough at 10:59 she was calling to make sure I was doing just that. So I went down there turned in my key and said fine I will finish getting dressed out in my car! But I'm not you leaving the room until I've used the blow dryer on my hair that's soaking wet! I have never been so angry at a hotel. Maybe the management of the hotel didn't realize that Omaha had a lot of events going on that weekend. After all it was memorial weekend. You can bet I told everyone how my stay at your property went. I won't stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was ok, it is an older hotel so it small of age. The beds was treble, had 2 queen beds, one was so hard and made a lot of noise and the other one was hard and lend to one side.
