Loved the shower so much! Very spacious room. Very quiet and relaxing place even with the hotel fully booked & a room very close to the elevator.

Hot tub had bugs in it. Room 315 tub took a very long time to drain. The pull out bed was not in good shape, very sunk down.

We love this location as is easy to get to and close to our family. We always stay here when we go to Omaha. The staff is so friendly, clean room and good breakfast. We will stay again when in Omaha!

The facility was clean and well located The bathroom fan was on all the time and it had a high pitch that was so annoying… we tried closing the door tightly but even my husband who is hard of hearing was bothered by it! There was no way to turn it off!

Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade.

The a/c heat did not work. Room would not cool down.

The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine that my grandson kept coughing and couldn't breathe. We had to leave after about 15 minutes. Let front desk know.
