Comfort Inn & Suites Omaha Central

I just expected better. The building & grounds were well maintained. The room was clean, however, the tub was too stained to consider using it. The toilet was extremely short and there were no accessibility bars. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. The muffins were frozen, there was no butter for toast, and the floor was sticky in multiple places. There didn’t appear to be any staff available to restock. With the number of guests, it would help to have two waffle makers.

Absolutely filthy and smells like cigarettes and whatever they are trying to cover that smell with. Lobby and breakfast area floors so sorry your shoes stick to them, room carpet was stained and frayed, curtains were missing, and sink didn't drain well. Clearly they have updated the bar minimum to keep their Comfort Inn flag.

The cleanliness standards were not met, and requests for assistance went unaddressed. Attempts to communicate with the staff proved unproductive due to a language barrier.

This place was awful. We stayed not even 12hrs mid early morning checkout. The air conditioning units were so loud we couldn't sleep. No way of making it not clunk & clatter. No one was at the desk when we checked out that early in the morning. Just a bucket on the desk to drop your key off. If you need a hotel just to sleep for 4hrs for a flight out find something else because you're not getting any sleep!!

The room was in terrible condition- unfinished repairs, things out of place and just overall not very clean. The breakfast ran out by 8:30 and there were no cups for coffee. I would be ok with these details however for $400-500 a night, I would expect better. I would not recommend staying here for that price.

Nothing Everything. Ever been to a hotel where you feel like you need to keep your shoes on while you’re in your room? This is it!

Most of the building needs upgrades

This location was not well-maintained. While there was nothing necessarily wrong with the accommodations, the rooms lacked a polished feel. The paint was peeling from the walls, paint was chipping in the shower on the tub and during a storm there were leaks throughout the building.

The colors. And the convenience The beds were hard. The pool had a bunch of dead bugs in it. The breakfast was bland

We got as far as check in and immediately asked for a refund and checked out. The lobby was very run down and filthy. All of the furniture and rugs in lobby had stains. Our rooms had broken drywall, stains and liquid on the table, small black hairs on our bedding with a couple stains on the sheets. The room and hallways had a very musty odor. The only positive was the front staff didn’t question our refund and immediately honored our request

The carpet in our room seemed stained but hard to tell on a dark-colored carpet. The walls were banged up and patched. The outlet in the bathroom kept shorting out. I had to push the reset button several times. The elevators were dirty. But the bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good.
