The staff was excellent.

I had to add a third night and was told by front desk rate would be $143. Actual charge was $299. Upon checkout desk clerk was unable to help me as there was no manager on duty. Very frustrating.

Friendly check-in, clean room and bath, great breakfast right off I-80. We must have been upgraded because we got a suite.

I booked this room because it was close to where I needed to stay. Also, it had decent reviews about cleanliness, especially the bathroom. I did not find this to be the case with my room. The carpet was not vacuumed very well, and my bathroom was NOT clean. There was black hair everywhere… in the sink and bathtub, as well as on the countertop. I would have asked for a room change if it hadn’t been so late at night when I arrived, and I was tired after traveling. Also, I did not find the staff to be very helpful with answering questions. There were 2 bottles of water in my room, and after opening one, I discovered that they were NOT complimentary, but I would be charged $3/ bottle! With the price I paid for the room, they could have given 2 bottles of water! I decided to not open the second bottle, as I was led to believe that I would not be charged for the second, as long as it was not opened. I was still charged $7.50 for the water when I checked my credit card statement a couple of days later. My breakfast was good, but pricey. Understand that this is also NOT a complimentary breakfast! When I booked the room, I was given the option of adding my breakfast for $12.00. I decided not to do this as I don't eat much. I was just planning on having some fruit and yogurt and coffee. That was even expensive! I highly recommend that you pay for the breakfast when you book, if given the option. I do NOT recommend this hotel and won’t be staying again.

Cameron was incredibly sweet throughout the entire check-in process and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The customer service was exceptional from everyone we interacted with, from the front desk staff to housekeeping. The entire team went above and beyond and truly made our stay enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to extend the breakfast hours, but otherwise everything was wonderful.

This hotel is a 3-star. Too much noise, rowdy guest and parking is utilized by many 18 wheeler trucks!!!

Great staff and nicely decorated, comfortable room. The pillows and sheets were excellent, but the mattress seemed rather old fashioned with springs; not very firm. Toilet paper holder was falling off, otherwise everything was in nice conflation. Wouid stay here again for sure.

We stayed here Friday-Monday. We had no hot water until Monday.The hotel said it was due to them being booked at capacity for the past 3 weeks and to reach out to Expedia. Expedia took way too long to respond on chat and I really just wanted to enjoy my vacation. If you decide to stay just call to see if they will have hot water.

Booked a suite with a king sized bed for 4 nights. Found a bed bug the next morning. Tried to get a new room and the only one they had was a room with smaller bed. Told us it was queen sized but seemed more like a full. There were 3 of us including my 4 year old and it was very uncomfortable. We've used queen sized before and wasn't like this. Next day, we tried to get another room with a bigger bed. Told us that we would have to wait until they called us. We were on vacation and didn't want to wait around. When we asked more questions, they told us that they were spending tons of money to clean out the old room and the two adjacent room. They also told us that their staff couldn't find any other bugs, and that the only proof was a picture that we took. To us, they implied that somehow we were responsible and being unreasonable. They tried to back track and said that's not what they meant but it certainly felt like it. Eventually we asked for our money back and had to book another hotel at the last minute. We also asked for an incident report just to document in case we bring the bug home with us. Was told they don't have a form so we couldn't get anything in writing. All we had was a note in their PC system. We would have much preferred something in writing since any info in their system can be changed. Would not recommend. Now we also have to wait and see if we brought any bed bugs home with us. They did como us for 2 days of breakfast so there is that.
