We absolutely loved this hotel! It is clean, well maintained, and modern. The staff is amazing and so friendly. Parking is super easy and it’s in a great location with a lot of shops, eateries, and even a movie theater within walking distance. If I had any criticisms at all they would be that the pool is a bit small with no hot tub and the beds are a bit firm, but even those are pushing it. We would, and most likely will, stay here again.

Walking distance from lots of activities/food The indoor pool was extremely small, but worked well for the kids. The staff member in charge of cleaning/shutting down the pool was very rude and tried to close the pool 30 minutes early because she wanted to clean earlier. Staff member then proceeded to sit in the pool area and watch everyone while they were swimming after we complained.

I loved how welcoming it was from the moment we walked in. You can tell the people take pride in keeping the building clean. The only suggestion I have in making it even better is cleaning the elevator in the parking garage. There was an odor in there.
