Great always every time I stay here is good

Room smelled like urine, hallway was noisy next to loud ice machine, no towels available throughout stay.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. There were stains on the carpet and couch cushions and it was obvious that the bed on the let out couch had not been cleaned from the previous guests. However, the staff was very friendly which is always nice.

Room was clean and the staff was great!

From check-in to check out, every employee was attentive, helpful, and super nice. Everyone was eager to be sure that everyone’s needs was met! The room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing. The overall hotel was beautiful and spotless. I will definitely be staying there again to bed is super comfy. The water pressure is perfect and overall just a great place to stay in. The location is also very convenient.

It’s a good location to stores, restaurants, gasoline and the freeway

Arrived at hotel having booked almost a month in advance and when I checked in I wasn’t told that my double bedroom that I had was changed into a single bedroom wasn’t given any extra linen’s to accommodate the 4 guest that were in my room when asked for extra towels we were told that there wasn’t enough and when we exchanged the towels we did have we were given back smaller towels the service was horrible never again.

I enjoyed the lobby, but my experience in room 209 fell short of my expectations. The refrigerator was unclean, and the carpet had stains that looked like someone had scribbled on it. I requested towels from the desk clerk but never received them; later, I learned they were short on towels, which seemed unusual for a hotel. Thankfully, we received some the following day from a very accommodating housekeeper. On a positive note, the breakfast and parking were excellent. However, I addressed all my concerns with the front desk clerk, and they went unnoticed. I believe there’s significant room for improvement at this establishment.

Best Western plus DeSoto was terrible in Olive Branch Mississippi, our room had a king size bed and a Sofa bed, the king size bed was good, but the sofa bed was terrible had pee stain on it overall it was nasty and couldn't nobody sleep on it. Ask the clerk for a different room she couldn't give us another because of a big family reunion, there was no extra towels, blankets etc. Will not be staying there again.

The room was dirty, the bed was unmade, the bathroom was dirty and had dirty used towels on the floor and in the shower and on the sink. The trash bin had the previous guest garbage in it and the floors were stained and dirty. I reported to two front desk clerks and the supervisor the hotel, my room was changed, but only to another dirty room and I asked to be moved to another room and I was told no other rooms were available because they were booked solid and no cleaning staff was on duty until the next morning and they still didn’t clean my room. I asked to speak with the hotel manager several times and left my name and number and he never responded. I ended up reporting to this to the corporate office and still nothing has been done.

Staff was great and very helpful.

All around positive experience

The location was good, the lobby is very welcoming . The room was nasty , large stains in the floor. Worn out mattress. I wasn’t expecting to see this being in such nice hotel and the location the hotel is in . It was reported the Front desk and I was only told it would be noted. I requested a better room and the attendant on duty said no more rooms were available.
