    The location is good bc there's restaurants & stores nearby. The hotel is old & has a noticeable old smell. When i tried to check out no one ever came to the front desk even though I yelled "hello" for 15mins. The pool looked unkempt & the pool furniture was dilapidated! My room didnt look like the pictures online & were obviously edited to appear nicer than it was.

    Nothing - property is need of renovations. Breakfast station was terrible. Unkept, variety was non existent. Desk clerk/Mgr (not sure who he is) stated, "well if you don't like it there's a waffle house across the street". Required a $50 CASH deposit that I then had to retrieve upon checkout - that was returned to me all in $1 & $5 bills. Parking - there's not even enough spots for the amount of rooms.

    We asked the manager for an explanation on why his staff would not have secured his belongings and he had no answers for us, no recourse offered. He filed a police report and was then asked to leave the property. I will never stay there again or recommend otherwise.

    Roaches, enough to know that the problem is not new and not being dealt with. I only planned to stay the one night, so i just bagged my things up in order to not carry away any unwanted passengers. The room was clean, though. But, once roaches are present, you must take extra steps to control the issue.

    We were stranded here for 2 days during the big January 2026 snowstorms that shut down the entire Northeast. With limited rooms available in the area it was quickly becoming difficult to find a place to wait out the storm. while other hotels were raising prices these guys didn't. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I would 100% stay here again.

    The room was clean, towels thick. No toiletries, but did have a coffee pot and coffee in room. Breakfast was almost non-existent. Minimal selections, waffles, yogurt, prewrapped danish, cereal. Watered down juice which was undrinkable. Coffee though was good.

    Our room had roaches in the fridge and then i killed two more roaches on the nightstand. We were moved rooms that were much cleaner since we were only there one night and it was late we didnt fuss too much but that will definitely be out last time at this hotel.

    The staff were friendly but there was a weird smell. Maybe it was their choice of cleaning products or maybe it was stale air. The continental breakfast had the waffle maker but not much more. A few cartons of yogurt and 5 packets of instant oatmeal. We didnt stand watch to see if they put more food out as people came through so its hard to judge. The hotel is is walking distance to a Waffle House which is what we wound up doing.

    Breakfast was minimal. Hot items: waffle, oatmeal pack, or toast. Cereal and milk, yogurt, apple, and bananas. Prepackaged danish. No muffins, bagels, or mix ins for the yogurt. Carpets have exceeded their life and have sticky areas. What the help can clean, was clean, mostly. Check in/out staff very pleasant.

    Pool was not open like it said it was online before i booked and the staff literally took out 2 pieces of vread from a loaf of bread and thats what they out out for breakfast and i had a group of 4 people. My gmas room wasnt clean from whoever stayed there before. And our rooms smelled like mold and everything was so damp.

    The location was good ; I was there for a funeral; the young lady at the front desk was not nice, she wanted full payment before checking into the room. I requested to see the room first. She had an attitude but she allowed me to see the room. It looked okay, I paid. However, when we settled in, we noticed the microwave was dirty & refrigerator had a large pile of ice at top, it needed to be defrosted. The ironing board was broke. I saw a bug & ants in the room. The staff workers couldn’t speak English. Two workers at front desk couldn’t speak affluent English. At checkout there was one person who spoke clear American English. Much beatification is needed on property. Windows, carpet, bed linen all need thorough cleaning or replaced. Hotel name, “Quality” doesn’t reflect advertisement or service. We did not get to take pictures but I/ we do not plan to stay again. Free breakfast was offered but we did not eat there.

    Room smelled like dirty feet and corn chips, mold on ceiling, lamp shades were cracked and had bug feces and not sure what else on them. Exposed wiring on loose outlets. Mirror frame in bathroom was broken, carpet floor- keep your shoes on! Keep your shoes on and run away from this property! Dining area had food leftovers on the walls, cracked vinyl seats, no juice- the machine only dispensed water and there were 3 Sunny D’s in the cooler. No one attending dining area to refill coffee. Outlet on floor with no cover, outlets on wall next to food were covered with dust! It was gross. Shower pressure was good and the tub and towels were clean.

    I came in late Saturday night i asked front desk if she had a restroom i could use before i checked in she said give me your ID and credit card first. She didn't care that i was in distress because i had to go the restroom. When i got my room key i ran to my room so i can use the restroom. I was so sleepy i took bath and went to sleep in the middle of the night i got up to charge my phone. I found electric cords and power strip was the only source of power. This was so unsafe the hotel had evey source of power coming to this strip. I stayed up for the rest of the night wondering if anything would start a fire.

    Arrived at 1:30… asked if I could check in early..check in time is 3…was told there were no clean rooms, asked if one came available if I could have it and was told it would be $35!!! Two other people came in and got their rooms. A drunk man kept coming in and out carrying beer bottles. The room was clean but smoke detector was broke. I would not stay there again

    The staff was friendly, but the room definitely needed quite a bit of maintenance and housekeeping definitely needs to do a better job cleaning the rooms between visitors. I stayed one night and the front desk staff was friendly, but when I walked in the room I found the shower curtain rod completely ripping out of the wall on both sides. It’s a curved rod so it was hanging down and I could not close the shower curtain because it would just slide to the center of the rod. 3 of the 4 light bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out. There was a dirty tissue stuffed above the bathroom light fixture, the smoke detector in the room was ripped off the wall with wires sticking out and the smoke detector sitting on the desk, the toilet seat was falling off the toilet, the little night latch on the door was loose, and when I opened the closet there was a dirty pair of shorts and boxers hanging from the closet rod. The beds also looked like someone had sat on them after they were made. Besides all of that, the room was fairly clean and its in a pretty good area with a lot of places to shop and eat close by. But the hotel definitely needs to do a better job of cleaning the rooms between guests and there is a ton of maintenance issues that need to be fixed. None of them are big issues either, all stuff a handyman could fix in 20 minutes. I stay in this area almost every other week for work but I don’t think I will be staying at this hotel again.

    I stayed in rm 227 the face towels had hair on them, the 3 of 5 pillowcases were dirty their were stains on the walls, and to top it all off I killed a roach in the room!!!!! But it's my fault........you get what you paid for!!!!

    Had to change rooms cause the first room smelled like feet & booty and had a hole in the bathroom wall didn’t feel safe with the double doors and it being unlocked. Went to the front desk to see if i can get my money back only to be switched to another room that smell bad. Beds wasn’t queen size one bed felt like the covers wasn’t changed the heat didn’t work.

    Horrible! They told I could check in at 11:00 am got there abs told I could not check in til 3:00 pm. She told me to come back and I could check in at 2:00 pm. I get back they tell me the check has been telling everybody that and it was not true. This clerk said she would let me check in at 2:40 pm. I left and came back and was allowed to check in. The room had no hot water. The wall had spots on it look like someone smeared something on it. The comforter was all ripped up. The bathroom door would not close. The breakfast was horrible. The orange tasted line it was spoiled. The apple juice was spoiled and water down. The waffle machine barely had mixture in it to make waffles. Had to ask the clerk for spoons to stir the coffee. This hotel sS horrible. We will not be staying again.

    This property was horrible. The room didn't have an iron or ironing board. The TV and microwave didn't work. The water pressure was terrible. They changed the shower head and left the tub dirty. The lighting is also bad. Housekeeping never came to clean the room. The outside of the property is also unsafe. The need to fix the pavement and walkways.

    The rooms could use some deep cleaning and some much needed repairs. There were holes in the walls my room had to be switched 3 times I asked for a refund but was told no because I went through Expedia to book the room. I finally found and OK room suitable enough to stay 1 night! This hotel really needs to invest in new linen and more towels and turn up the hot water tank never again will I stay there!

    The property and room itself were very pleasant. It was clean in the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The blanket, however, was very thin, and there was not an extra blanket in the room. We were only given one bath towel for two people. I went down to the desk and requested more towels, and was handed two bathmats. In addition, the shower curtain did not stay closed and water went absolutely everywhere. The quick breakfast in the morning had very little with most of the bins being empty.

    Check in was at 3pm like all. We arrived at 330 pm was given a room not ready. Waited over 30 min. Had to request another room. In the 5 nights we stayed we were moved 3 times. Housekeeping everyday, but they would wait till we left for 45 min in evenin to come in our room after they moved us last. Why??. Ants ,, houkeepers were the nicest but no English to communicate

    I liked that they offered continental breakfast . Outside the front door the bricks on the ground were broken and a hazzard. When the lobby doors opened it smelled like cigarette smoke in the lobby. When the room door opened it smelled like mold. The room felt moist and the carpet was stained and disgusting. The chair in the room was stained and dirty. This hotel is trying to mix old with a hint of new. Will not recommend this hotel

    This hotel is way overpriced. The bathroom ceiling, sporadically on the walls, and the shower curtain were covered in black mold. The TV was broken. The smoke alarm started going off when I used the hair dryer. I had to physically unplug it from the wall as it would not stop beeping. I tried to contact Orbitz for a partial refund, and the chat service goes in circles. I was moving cross country, and did not have to proper time to call them. I will not be using Orbitz after this experience.

    Stayed one night with my son. Not a bad area but as soon as you walk in it smells like cigarettes. Also, got to the room and the bleach smell from the bathroom was soo strong so it was a combination of bleach and cigarettes smell. Other than that staff was nice.. everything is ready close like stores and restaurants .

    This was not worth the money. The hotel is below average and shouldn’t cost more than $50/night. The room was not very clean, i could see traces of spilled drinks that were not wiped clean. The sink was plugged and there were people chatting outside way past midnight.

    This hotel is fairly old and is in need of modernizing. That being said, I'm not living there I just needed a night of sleep. What I can't overlook was the fact that the person in charge of cleaning my room should be fired. Trash on the floor in the restroom combined with a tub that didn't appear to have been cleaned and dried urine on the toilet seat (came up on a towel when I wiped it) was very frustrating. The closet door wouldn't stay closed. The water wouldn't get very hot at all and there was next to no water pressure. The bed appeared clean. I am in the area often for work but I won't be returning.

    I read several reviews about the Quality Inn in Olive Branch and like to say that I am glad I stayed there anyway. The room furnishings were new and very clean, HVAC was good, bathroom was modern and very clean. The complimentary breakfast had a broad spectrum of foods available.

    Tiny pool, next to nothing available for breakfast. Very dirty everywhere. Smelled like cigarettes throughout the property. AC was restricted at about 69 in our room. Bed was OK, front desk was nice and helpful

    While our room was okay, (not great, just okay) the bathroom - specifically the hairdryer- was in need of cleaning. The hallway was filthy and, although I had to sign a “no smoking” agreement (which was fine; we don’t smoke), apparently several other people on our hall smoked. A lot. All night. Between the 4 of us, someone was awakened every hour throughout the night by someone running and screaming up and down the hall and the stench of tobacco (?) smoke permeating the room. We had an unexpected need for a room for one night we opted for “cheap”.

    Smelled like weed and cigarettes in the entry. Sketchy people staying there. Building is being remodeled. Outdated. Room clean as in no bugs or smell- curtains moldy and hair in the tub. Pool nice. Lots of restaurants close by. People at the front desk very nice.

    Stayed there for 3 days and few issues had not met like missing handle to bathroom and remote control is not working properly and tried to turn on captions and it is not working properly either. No hot breakfasts in morning only cereals and fruit snacks also biscuits.
