    The staff was very friendly and werr able to let us check in earlier than expected arrival time The pool was closed for maintenance and nothing was listed about that prior to arrival. Also, the room was nice but found some hairs on a towel and in the shower. Also, to no fault of the hotel, but there is a restaurant right beside the hotel that attracts a lot of motorcycles that like to rev the engines up through the night.

    My room was filthy. I called the front desk and was told by the front desk manager, she was with a customer and she’ll get back to me but never did. I had to call back to the desk. My shower had hair in it, hair was on the top of the door leading out the bathroom, the shower head was filthy and the shower floors was nasty. The air conditioner was filthy and had dirt on it. The shades didn’t open. I don’t think that room had been cleaned in months. When I finally got the manager, she told me she was booked and didn’t have another room but she could try in find me one or cancel my room, she even asked me for my personal cell number as if the hotel room phone didn’t work, I didn’t give her my number. She hung up and when she called the room back she told me to come with my things to the front desk. When I got there she told me she was loving me to another room. When I got to the new room given, it too was filthy and smell strongly like bleach, the carpet needed vacuuming, hair was in the bed and the side tables were nasty. I went back down to the front desk and told the guy that was there, they could cancel my room that I was leaving, the front desk manager came up and ask what was going on, I told her. The guy that was there was going to cancel my room but the front desk manager stopped him and said she would take care of it but charged me the room anyway. Now the manager will not face me. Give me my money back, I left, didn’t stay in those nasty rooms. I got pictures

    Sinks were backed up and the floors are dirty. The sink in the bathroom backed up and the pipe up the sink started linking all night long, then the beds are hard and I got up use the bathroom in the night, and slipped and fell from the linking pipe under the bathroom, then roaches started coming up through the water in the sink and that is just nasty.     The actual hotel is not like the pictures on the website. The front desk attendant seemed very bothered to be checking us in. We had to wait at the front desk for a few minutes before they came from the back. I said, hello, how are you? They said, can I help you? I knew right then how the experience would be. I had to change rooms because the first one was not clean. The bathroom floor had not been swept etc. I will say, the 2nd room was much nicer. There were a lot of people loitering around out front and in the lobby for such a late time on a weeknight. I would not choose this location again.

    The hotel was not well maintained. The carpet in the first floor hallway was so filthy. My bathroom was not very clean, there was dirt in the corners. The manager was having an altercation with another guest in the hall as I was going to my room. Overall, I felt like it was not up to Hilton standards at all, especially for the price I paid for one night. I would not stay there again.

    The room smelled like feet. It didn't feel clean. The shower floor was very slippery when it was dry. There was a red stain on the bathroom light fixture. The air was not cold. The elevator was broken and the agent at the front desk did not tell us this when we arrived. The covers made my husband itch. The bed was noisy.

    The property wasn't bad. I just didnt like how the light fixture was hanging open, floor had a stain, and look as if it hadn't been swept or cleaned by the closet. I had the room with the sofa couch and ottomans. It was very spacious. My biggest disdain was the fact that for the bathroom light shines bright in your face and their light was conjoined for the inside of the bathroom and where you come out to wash your hands. They should have been separated. However overall stay wasn't bad just need some little things to tidy up. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice. I would suggest housekeeping do a thorough cleaning for the rooms but other than that it was fine. Pillows could be firmer also, just a suggestion as well.

    Room had broken AC unit. Had to wait 36 hrs for maintenance to fix, because they would not switch room. Had to wait around and then actually assist maintenance person in removing old unit. The room’s floors were mucked up afterward. A lovely view on a three day stay, marked up floors with old, dirt and dust from the AC replacement. Lastly, housekeeping was incredibly rude and condescending when asked politely for a towel. Told mgmt, they said they’d speak to the individual.Whether they did or didn’t is unknown.

    Room 212 has/had a very musky smell. I sprayed Lysol and plugged in an air freshener. The door does close but have to lean in to it. Hard to open (stuck) when first opening it.

    The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was dirty, and unkempt. Checking in was a breeze, but the room stunk of urine. We were put into a second room, but it was occupied when we came in. We were put into a third room which was acceptable. I would suggest a deep clean to all rooms and only allow pets on the first floor. We are dog owners and the pet smell was very apparent even on the upper floors.

    Room 123 was horrible! The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were very worn out and not soft. No extra pillows for pull out bed. The room was very cluttered. The shower door wouldn't close. There was a hole in the ceiling. The indoor pool is not heated. Its freezing. The fridge is in a super tight cabinet and extremely hard to open. Won't stay here again. Room looks nothing like the picture.

    We were very surprised how run down the property was from room decor, carpets through building, elevators, floor boards and bathroom. The entire stay we smell strong odor of Marijuana use. We made our reservation and paid for hotel in advanced, had we notcwe definitely would notchad stayed past check in. Staff seemed unfriendly and lazy about wanting to assit you!     This location is not up to par with other Hamptons- Im curious if it was a former Motel 6. The room was dusty and there was mold in the shower tracks- the shower door fell off the track and there is no housekeeping for until day 4- which was not disclosed despite my being told 'theres a sign in the room'- there isnt.

    The fact I couldn’t cancel my stay. And get my refund. I booked the wrong hotel. I didn’t even stay in this hotel. So therefore because I couldn’t get my money back for something I didn’t use. It’s a terrible rating

    The room was filthy. Something like milk or whipped cream was on most of the furniture—some was so gross we put it out in the hall. We did not use the shower because it was too gross. The only reason we stayed is that is was so late and we had car issues so no choice. The staff was rude and the maid cursed at us as we were having a late checkout which they did not approve of. Do not stay here.

    Went there on a 5 day business trip the wifi would not let me log in i went to the desk and they were able to give me a guest log in. All was good. The next day I went to use the businesses center and there were boxes in the room and a unplugged printer. I walked out and a lady that worked at the front desk walked around the corner questioning how i hot in that room I told her my room key like every other time i use the business center. She replies to me we do not have a business center really rude. I asked her to read the sign nest to the door that says business center.

    Beds VERY uncomfortable. Soap dispensers were a good idea if they were full. Breakfast was gross. The construction on the tile where the ice machine was a big distraction & inconvenience. Staff was very nice

    The ladies checking us in at the front desk were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. Every single staff member you passed would greet you with a smile and kind word. The staff is amazing, friendly and professional!

    The stay was a little under average. The first room we got assigned to stay the night…. The floors were dirty…. So dirty that it stained my wife’s feet. When she washed them off on the bathtub. The water was almost close to black. We went downstairs to put a complain and the guy working was relaxed and super friendly. He assigned us to another room and it was better. Unfortunately there was a seat at the corner of the room that looked like it had a brown stain on it…. The reception was kind but unfortunately the cleanliness was unacceptable. The housekeepers are not doing their job…..

    The floor under the ac unit had popcorn cornels under it. The trash can by elevator was over flowing and had odor coming from it. The laundry room looked as if it had not been clean in over a week. The lady at front name Jennifer has the worst attitude. She asked if we were checking out and we explained to her that we reserved the same room for an additional day but she claimed she did not see our reservation. I gave her code and magically it appeared on her screen. I had already confirmed with the night clerk at front desk. She proceeded to tell me how to book rooms in the future at any hotel. I will never come back here at this hotel even though its 5 minutes from my family when I come in town. She has the worst customer service skills. Her attitude is stank.

    We stayed here twice, a week apart. While the room was decently cleaned, I noticed that the inside of the fridge was dirty. My kids also used the pool, and there was about 6 dead flies all around the pool. It definitely wasn’t the worst experience.
