I loved our stay here. No ghetto drama like Baymont. It was nice & quiet. Comfortable beds & pillows. No bed bugs whatsoever. I’m able to store decent amount foods in the fridge. The ac works great. The house keepers don’t steal your stuff. But as for the comforters it did have a smell to them. The housekeeper did a great job getting me new ones. I will most definitely book again. Thank you for great hospitality & service.

Inexpensive, nice owners. Clean sheets. The toilet did not have an attached toilet seat. Which if your a dude working in an oil field is no problem... but if you have a 3 year old daughter makes it kinda tough. I hope they just bought this place and are working on making it a business they can be proud of. But they referred to an employees as some random guy, I mean I guess it was my fault b/c I assumed they were related but we're not. The owners also have employees. If it were my business I'd be busting my ass making it nice but of course then you must have clientele that respect your hard work! As they're is a lot of male do.inated oil field customers they may or may not have that.

First room they gave me was filthy and in need of major repairs. Second room was cleaner but had no toiletries and I had to go ask for towels. The door would lock but was not very secure as a good yank or push could open it. No other hotels had vacancies so we were stuck with it. Was not sound proof. I ended up staying up all night scared someone would come in

Outside of the place is real dirty nasty it's not worth living there

Young boy, I suppose manager was nice. I didn't like that I reserved a night stay and once I received the room key, I took my belongings and went to relax, maybe 20 min after I was in my room they young boy knocked and let me know they placed me in the wrong room and needed me to take the keys to the front desk immediately. Another night I got a room upstairs and as I walked in it was dirty, the toilet seat was completely broken off, there was food splatter on the wall, tv, and floor, as well as drinks in the freezer, there weren't any towels in the restroom. The closet door was completely off, and the faucet knob was broken and water running. With two beds that were more like cots, instead of a king bed that I had reserved. As well as A.c leaking causing the entrance to have a little water. With a towel to stop it from spreading out I suppose. Also dirty wash cloths hanging from the shower curtain rod. Lady implying every male that would walk in when I was checking in or out " If they were with me, or if they were my boyfriend"

I requested a non-smoking room. They didn't have one. It was filthy. So bad I had to go sleep in my car. The desk attendant attempted to give me a refund, but I haven't seen it. Very dirty, dead insects, burned linen and bath tub cigatette marks. Noisy area. Cigarette smell everywhere.

Nothing It’s very dirty pillows had yellow stains and toilet didn’t work very very dirty i told them gave me another room and it was worse no light on bathroom and furniture very dirty with stains i left got another hotel and now i am having bad time getting refund back

This is a great example of the axiom "import the third world, get the third world". This hotel is run by Indians and given the cleanliness of the room, I felt like I was staying in a slum in Bombay, not in an American city. The floor was filthy, the bath towels had been left on top of the toilet, and it was only after I'd gotten in bed that I discovered that the sheets were dirty as well (by that point I was too exhausted to bother moving to the other bed). I picked this hotel because it was well rated. I'm now convinced that it's well-rated because the owners set up multiple sock puppet accounts and gave themselves an excess of good reviews to boost their ratings. Given that running scams is huge percentage of the Indian GDP and as integral a part of their culture as breathing, I'm not shocked that this hotel resorted to such underhanded business practices to get ahead as opposed to putting in the work and providing a good product/service for a fair price.

Do NOT book this place! We had a room reserved AND paid for, but when we arrived, after driving 12.5 hrs, a very rude woman told me "he overbooked ". Then she tells me they didn't have a reservation for me. After a couple of back and forth words, she called asking for another woman to come up there. That woman was even ruder than the first one. Even after I showed her my itinerary, she insisted they didn't have a reservation for me. It wasn't difficult to see why all this happened. The place was filled with construction workers at a higher price.

The room was dirty, there was bugs in the room and bed. no hair dryers no iron and the door was broken. there were no keys for the room since the door only locked from the inside. Other occupants hung around outside and talked until after 1am.

Shower curtain dirty. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Inside door handle came off. Wouldn’t recommend.

I am not a picky person. I can sleep in just about any bed, and I don't have to have top-notch accommodations. Even for me, however, I deem this place unworthy of habitation. One egregious example: the sink in my room had remnants of shaving cream and male facial hair from shaving--a clear indication of a lack of cleaning. Likewise, the toilet seat was dirty, and I had to clean it before use, and the shower had not been cleaned, clearly. Safety is also an issue. Not judging the other patrons, but given the location, the room doors should be secure, at the very least, as with every motel. Mine was not. The door did not close completely, it didn't fit the frame, leaving significant openings on all four corners, and it also showed evidence of forced entry (by whom? who knows!). Also, if you're a sensitive sleeper, you will likely be awakened multiple times during the night because of running trains directly across the street. I could go on, but suffice to say that in short, there is absolutely NOTHING executive about this motel, and if you seek a standard stay, book elsewhere.

The room I stayed in was very comfortable. The owner is very accommodating. Safety is his main priority for his guests. A lot of people who stay here are working people who stay during the week. Very quiet during the evening. Highly recommend

This property has damaged dloors, and broken toilets. They will also lie to you to take your money, and then make you uncomfortable on premises. They have no respect for their customers. I do not suggest anyone stay at this hotel.

For your own safety it is advisable to not stay here. Very dangerous and unsafe.

I've said here before and it was rather nice compared to this time, tub had excess hair in it, you could tell it had not been swept and mopped, it's was not good, this time I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Not until there cleaning service get on the ball and do a better job!!

I enjoyed my Stay.

24 oz Beer was still in the fridge opened and full and hairs inside the bath tub .i booked a king bedroom non smoking & I showed up and ended up with 2 bedroom Smoking room only. It most definitely smells like a smoking room but doesn’t seem like they try to rid the smell or even wipe down anything inside the place besides change the sheets but even those have a smoke like smell .

Overall great hotel just needs to have better ac's but other then that 10/10 would recommend

And morning departures seem to be as if our work schedules are staggered from 5:30 am to 10 am.

Didn't like the noise from the train that kept going by. Didn't sleep much. The remote didn't work well with the tv. There were no towels. Microwave was dirty. The drawers kept opening.
