The elevators are a wait.

Very good hotel on Times Square

Lifts are a mess. Sometimes it takes 20 mins to get to your floor.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was very clean. It was right in Times Square so just a little busier than I like, but that's my own fault lol Our only issue was the elevators taking FOREVER. Again, very crowded hotel, with 30+ floors, only 4 elevators. Some guests were very rude and would cut or overcrowd the elevators. Really my only complaint but a big one since it's a safety concern and at the end of a long day of walking all over the city, the last thing you want to do is walk up 14 flights of stairs (or more) to get to your room. Next time I won't stay right in Times Square. Again, my fault but something to be aware of, especially if you have mobility issues or small children and can't go up and down stairs.

Location and hotel, all good. The only issue, and every guest I spoke to had the same comment, the lifts/elevators were nuts, you put your required floor number in and the system chose what lift/elevator you had to use, but it took an extremely long time to come and members of staff then started to put guests in other elevators and manually input their floor number, which confused the system, slowing down even more. Strange system

The restaurant had very good food, both breakfast and other options. Staff were really helpful and nice when sorting out various issues around billing. The restaurant was a bit too loud for our taste. The total price for the stay turned out somewhat higher than we expected, as the "amenities fee" that has apparently become common practice in New York caught us by surprise. Breakfast was included in our reservation, but this didn't seem to be noted on our reservation so we had to ask for it explicitly and show the reservation on the booking app. The payment also didn't seem to be visible in the hotel's system, we had to show on the booking app that we had already paid, and still ended up with a double authorization held on the card for several days.

The overall hotel was really nice, the view was really good as well. The only problems were that the rooms were really small and it will take upwards of 15-20 minutes to get an elevator because they have 4 elevators, but none of them are designated for just up or down. The staff were super helpful and the rooftop bar hostess (I can’t remember her name but she was really pretty and had a short curly bob) was super accommodating to us whenever we went up there. I would recommend this to anyone who is wanting to be in walking distance of pretty much anything near time square/ Central Park.

Close to Times Square. I already paid the city tax, sales fee and amenity tax through booking.com and also paid the same fees at the hotel.

Exceptional

It was decent for a $20 card to buy coffee and sandwich. Thank you for this amount for the breakfast. Only thing is the size of the room. It was a bit small and don't have a dest to work with laptop. But the cleanliness, and the silence in addition to location is great. I think it is ok for price & value balance.

Loved the location- easy walking to sights, easy access to subway. Was a great place for a central location. Beds were excellent- super comfy. Elevators took a while on several occasions, which was frustrating- I did not like their system. The rooms are small and tight, bathroom is small, but they did the best with the space that they could. Just not much room for suitcases and definitely not for more than 2 people.

The room was so tiny that there was no place to lay my luggage. I had to put it on the bed to open it get what I needed close it up and put it back on the floor. In order to sit, I either had to sit on the bed or the toilet. The space between the walls and the bed was so tiny I could touch it with my arms. To walk by the foot of the bed I had to turn my feet at an angle and I wear a 7 1/2. I have never been in such a small room. It was clean and it was modern.

Rooms small. No drawers or closet in room with double bed. 2 of 4 elevators not working day FIFA tournament started. Staff great. Ice on 2nd floor. Gym on 3 rd. When busy, can wait 20 minutes for an elevator. Trash in stairwell half the day on 20 th floor major hazard if fire. Alarm went off 2am but was a false alarm and did not need to evacuate. Did wake us up

Workout room limited. Lots of noise from Times Square, even on the 25th floor. Clean but small rooms, great staff.
