Clean Room! Pleasant bathroom, soaps, shampoo, and lots of shelf space for my toiletries and supplies. Hangers and drawers were plentiful. Air conditioning was terrific. Helpful staff, gave directions to subway and travel. Would have liked a small microwave oven. TV Remote was hard to use, probably needed batteries. Comfortable bed. Bench, seating and desk were comfortably laid out for small (NYC-spaced) room.

Room was immaculate upon arrival and the staff was kind enough to help us with an early check in at no cost. Lovely building in a lovely area.

The hotel rooms were a little small. We would have loved a small refrigerator, but this was more significant to us because we stayed 11 nights. Mild to moderate outside noise. Overall, great value. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice clean hotel. Not a lot of amenities but you are in mid town and there is a 24 hour bodega a block away. My queen size room was very clean. Typical New York size hotel small room. The air conditioner vent was pointed downwards right at the bed. It was a huge vent and a strong hvac system. When the cold air came on, I was freezing as this happened all night long. Poor water pressure. And small bathroom.

Location was perfect, staff was helpful, room was clean, just had issues with the shower not draining properly & would leave a black residue

Friendly staff. Rooms are small but furniture is simple and adjusted to room size. But bathroom was not well cleaned. Teabags in the coffee tray were already opened.
