Our stay at Holiday Inn Express and Suites Columbus New Albany by IHG was everything we would expect from responsible hotel business. Our room and all amenities were spotless clean, staff was very attentive to guests, coffee and breakfast were good!

The best hot breakfast I've ever had at any hotel I've ever been to.

Low water pressure,not a very good shower head! Grab bar by shower was very loose not stable!Also mechanical mechanism to engage from bathtub to shower was not working properly!Hotel was very hard to get in touch with with directly. No one answered the phone after making many calls!

Breakfast was plentiful and nice. Staff good. Very new property on edge Columbus. Garage and couple restaurants very nearby if needed. Overall v.good stay if a little pricey (but Columbus is pricey so this was better we’re value than others!) Pool Quite chilly - great if heated!

Absolutely amazing, The room was beautifully renovated the AC was blasting and amazingly cold, bed, pillow and sheets very very clean, room and bathroom very clean, breakfast was amazing biscuits and gravy for breakfast I’ve never seen that before. 10/10 I will be using this hotel again. PHENOMENAL

How clean the stay was, the Lady doing the continental breakfast had it very clean and the food was prepped well, pool was awesome! I didn't like the the bedding for the sofa bed wasnt readily available, but when asked for it, the brought it promptly!
