We were here for a lacrosse tournament. We would not stay here again. It’s way overpriced for what you get. Our bathroom had hair all over it, the shower head was coming off, the door wouldn’t even close at all, so it had to be left cracked because the floor keeps it from closing. We did not get a balcony or patio, even though I booked that option, so I’m unsure why it lists that as an amenity. The staff just told me there was nothing they could do. We will actively avoid this one.

The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean room, great towels, clean bathroom, comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and professional. No free breakfast… Starbucks bar on site. Convenient restaurants nearby.

Easy location, very easy check in process. The room was quiet and right across from the stairs for easy access. They let us check in at 2pm rather than having to wait until 3pm. I couldn't adjust the TV volume down. I had to turn the TV off for it to return to a volume that was tolerable after I had accidently had the volume too high. Walking around the one side of the bed at night I kept thinking I was going to bump into the ledge on the sofa.

I liked that the incidental fee was only $20 per night and that check out is at 12 instead of 11.
