Very clean, staff was friendly but I felt it was very over priced. There was nothing spectacular that would warrant the high cost of the rooms. No restaurant, no bar, no hot tub or sauna.

I like the area and the quietness. Also the front desk people were very nice and friendly. The reason I didn’t like this hotel no body clean the room. I stayed three nights without cleaning I left the room. I told the front desk, but she didn’t give me reasonable answers. Without cleaning the room, the room had bud smells.

The whole experience was excellent,,,all the comforts of home,,,everybody was very friendly and accommodating,,,the room was exceptionally clean and the tv was relatively easy to navigate,,,if we ever need a hotel room in New Albany again the Hampton Inn is where we'll stay,,, I can't think of any bad things about our stay,,,it was all good,,,

Hands down one of the nicer places to stay in Nwe Albany

Breakfast was good, lots of variety to choose from. Would have liked seating with tables & chairs to be a little more separate, but it turned out good. Staff was extremely helpful at the front desk and in kitchen. Would stay here again if needed to come to Columbus.

We booked though Expedia. They never sent reservation to the hotel. No rooms available. No help from either place. Un expectable and very disappointed. I don't think I will ever book though Expedia again.

The real standout for me after dozens of stays at Hampton Inns across the US was the breakfast. It wasn't that the offerings were unique, but the guy making them?! Everything was cooked to perfection. You might laugh but we all know those eggs are always hit or miss. Over my stay they were all spot on. Room was nice. Staff was excellent. Overall, a pleasant HI .
