Aden Hotel Cappadocia

This property is very small, may be 10-15 rooms at the most. Good location, nice and clean, but the lobby is very small and has no windows or any amenities like wending machines or coffee etc., but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also breakfast was very good quality but you have no choices, they bring multiple items but don’t have any oatmeal or cereal options but they tried to accommodate our request to the best of their ability. Room was clean but fairly small and same for the bathroom. I gave them 8 because of the staff otherwise it’s not the money I spent. The view from the terrace is beautiful but again it is not what you see in the pictures. Sunset was beautiful from the location.

The only thing we liked about the room was that there was a balcony. It wasn’t very private but still balcony was something we wanted. Compared to the other hotels, it was way worse. We saw the price in Booking.com but we didn’t book online. Instead we made a reservation on phone. When we got there the price was 8000 tl, but it was 4200 in Bookings. When we said that, they said it was impossible because the prices in this time of the year are more expensive. So we showed them another date for the same room and the price was 4200. So we said we are going to book online and asked him to cancel our reservation. He did that but he also increased the price right in front of our eyes to 6000 so we had to pay 6000. If we booked from Bookings, we would pay 4200. This was the reason we chose this hotel because it was reasonable price. We could have stayed in a much better hotel for 6000. The building is old, the tv isn’t working at all and the key card stopped working at some point. We had to wait for someone to fix it for 40 minutes to go out.

Friendly staff, good location, big breakfast, cozy room, easy check in and out. If I really have to pick, may be more racks or vanity in the bathroom.

The location was great, close to Üçhisar Castle and with a view over the famous Cappadocian Valleys where the majority of the balloons fly. The hotel is clean and modern. The breakfast was great with multiple options, not just Turkish style. We had no trouble parking right at the door of the hotel during the multiple days we were there. The beds were super comfortable and spacious. They gave us free water and tea which was nice. The staff always helped us when we needed. We had a problem with a balloon tour we reserved through the hotel (they offered us a balloon tour and we didn't understand it was in Çat Valley which was very far away from where balloons usually fly) and because of the difficulty we had communicating with the staff in english it was very difficult to come to a solution. They eventually gave us a refund but it was a steep hill to climb. Other than that the only other thing that bothered us was that the light switches in our room didn't work sometimes. But still a great hotel, just watch out for the tours they offer and ask for all the details.

Good place to stay! great location and views, breakfast was very good and diverse, clean, staff very friendly, i definitely recommend! Internt was at times poor but still usable.

We took room for 2 people on the first floor with big bed, shower, tv and air conditioning inside (Aug 2023) for 239 Euros for 5 nights. Everything was in good condition, no mold or something like that. The 3 stores hotel is decorated with antique items and carpets. Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was very delicious - traditional food, all you can eat service on the wide terrace. Also you can use open air terrace space for dinner! It's a shame the hotel doesn't have restorant, you however could visit very nice steak house which is next building. It's a bit far from Göreme so you need to take 2 km walk to observe balloons, but Üçhisar is less crowded place and we less hot we reckon.

Very friendly staff. Wonderful balcony, with an excellent view to Göreme other villages in the valley. You can also watch the balloons at sunrise. Nice and clean room, good shower, comfy bed. Very good breakfast. Parking coud be difficult, the hotel has only few places. However, we always found one. The fridge is not cold enough.

All the facilities are well maintained. Good hospitality and staff Baggages were kept safe even after checkout Room size are small however well maintained

Everything was great! The hotel room clean and bed was comfortable. The view was great and able to see a panoramic view of all of the hot air balloons at sunrise. The breakfast exceeded my expectations and was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Customer service is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the attention at breakfast was very good. They helped us with our concerns and helped us out. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I would return. The breakfast was great for me, because it was Turkish, but there are people who prefer to have American breakfast options.
