Nice staff. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to Broadway and much more. Nice bar. Workout facility was nice.

Rooms were clean. Staff was amazing. The parking was alittle inconvenient unable to go back to your car if you needed anything

Great location and cool vibe. Enjoyed cocktails in lobby bar. Staff was friendly and efficient. The room needed a deep cleaning. Looked like walls and doors were wiped with a dirty rag, lots of streaks.

This is a really beautiful hotel. The room was super spacious and clean. This is the first hotel I ever stayed at with a street level lobby that was just an entry and an elevator lobby. Ride up to the 5th floor for the usual lobby and check-in desk (and little restaurant and really nice outdoor deck). Parking is on levels 2-4 and rooms are on the 5th floor to I think the 12th floor. The staff are all really courteous and helpful.

Loved the location. Staff was accommodating. Quality experience Elevator on 5th floor leading to rooms has a weird hitch to it. Sometimes it doesn’t detect keycards and door opens instead of going up. Sometimes it will also go to the highest floor first if multiple guests are on the elevator going to different floors. Wasn’t a huge fan of the ceiling in my room aesthetically, but not major. There was a bit of a smell in the room, almost like mold. Wasn’t extremely strong but it was noticeable. Website promotes full breakfast options but I didn’t see any indication of cooking on site in the mornings.
