Bode Nashville

Different in the best way!

It was fine beside the excessive noise from the update guest. Could hear everything. Every step the took..thumping around. That was unfortunate, since we had taken a red eye flight and we're really looking forward to getting some rest.

The location is great - walking distance to many things, easy access from highway, parking good but expensive (but also secure). The rooms are pretty small - motel like, with limited storage. No daily servicing of rooms unless you request. Advertised live music in court yard but that never happened.

So enjoyed our stay. Location and atmosphere was excellent. Would definitely consider staying on our next trip to Nashville!

Good location close to the activities in downtown Nashville but a couple blocks far enough to be away from the noise. Dropped a star because I did not get the check-in details the day prior like promised. Turned out they didn't have my phone number (possibly because I booked through Expedia). They were very responsive when I reached out right before we arrived, and once they had my phone number I immediately received the necessary details.

Excellent makeover of rooms. Great location. Could walk downtown easily. Much more affordable than most located that close to downtown.

The amenities were and staff were fantastic. The coffee shop was amazing.

I liked the security and safety features as well as the decor. It seemed strange to me that housekeeping wasn't available when I asked but it would be the next day for an extra fee. It was a nice stay overall but for the price I don't think an extra fee for housekeeping was appropriate.

We stay here every time we come to Nashville which is 2 or 3 times a year. Place is great and location is perfect. Close to everything yet several block away to get away from Broadway.

Nice place, within walking distance to downtown Broadway area. Our bathroom had the odor of urine and needed to be sanitized. Blinds do not block the early daylight. Staff was very nice, and location is great!

What an amazing hotel. It is situated perfectly for easy walking into downtown Nashville. Even though it is so close it is a little haven of peace and is decorated to a high standard. Would 100% stay here again.

Great location to Broadway. Spacious rooms with modern, cool aesthetic. Sidebar is a great spot to grab a drink before heading to Broadway. Great coffee shop.

Very nice staff, good location, comfortable bed, but very noisy and loud old air conditioning

There were 6 of us staying. Location was good for walking. The suite was clean and bright. The shower was excellent - hot and strong and never ran out of hot water. Large bedrooms and the beds were fantastic with excellent linens and very comfortable. It was wonderful to have an elevator as we were on the 3rd floor. Be aware location very noisy with loud motorcycles, ambulance, police sirens - we were woken up many times in the night. Kitchen needs more items - no paring knife, no tea kettle, only 4 coffee mugs and cereal bowls, frying pan looked rough. Not enough living room seating for 6. Coffee shop staff were very unfriendly and rude. Homeless people living out front a bit bothersome.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and well stocked but it didn’t smell fresh as if it had been closed off for a while, a little musky. I loved everything else about my stay. The location is convenient to the downtown area. The design is comfortable and unique. I will definitely stay there again.

Cute remodeled motel within walking distance to downtown activities. Room was clean with a comfortable bed and modern decor. Complimentary bottled water would have been nice. The room wasnt as dark because of lights from outside. It would have been more comfortable if there were curtains or darker blinds. Overall it was a good atmosphere and a reasonable price.

Love the cool vibe plus the location. The live entertainment and bartenders in the lounge were an unexpected treat!! ! They made fantastic cocktails, better than anything we had in Nashville especially on the main street where everything is served in plastic cups.

Very clean! Super comfortable bed and pillows. Our room (king bed) was small but completely adequate for an overnight stay. Toiletries smelled great, too.

The rooms are spacious with a balcony opening outside to let in fresh air. Beds are comfortable. Any requests we had were handled in a timely manner. We had an issue with our lock the first night so we were unable to get into our room, but another room was provided for us. The staff made it a priority to fix the issue quickly the next morning allowing us to get settled into our booked room in a timely manner.

This hotel is very chic. No regular housekeeping. If you're looking for a beach Herman apartment experience you'll love this. Comfy bed.

What a great find. Perfect 2 bedroom rental vs. having to book 2 hotel rooms. Location is ideal for walking around Nashville Broadway area. We were there for a show at Bridgestone Arena and it was an easy approximate 4 block walk to the venue. Although we did not use them, there is an attached coffee shop and bar. Live music some nights. We will definitely book again on our next Nashville trip.

Clean, modern room. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was clean, with a large sink that also had a handy shelf for holding our stuff. Loved the large showerhead and nice, hot water with good water pressure. The elevators were quick. The staff were very responsive, kind, and friendly. I loved that we could text rather than call and always got timely answers to our questions. The breakfast at Dawn was better than expected for pre-made food; my friend got a latte and said it was really good. The common areas were great. I loved that there was a swing in the one closest to our room. The snack selection in the room was also good and the prices were on par with what you'd expect ($5 for a big bottle of water). Loved the option to have items delivered to our room on the day of arrival, as well. We ordered a case of water and it was there when we arrived. The proximity to Broadway was great. It was just about 5 blocks away, although the walk is a bit uphill coming back and that's hard after a full day and night of walking! We also felt safe on the Bode property. The room was small. To be fair, Bode is transparent in their description of the rooms. We got the most basic room on their site by choice, as we were looking to save money. I did not realize, though, that the room does not have a dresser. There are just four very small drawers: 2 in the nightstands and 2 very long, shallow ones in the desk. I hate not having a dresser. It also doesn't really have much room for hanging clothes; there are two hooks on the wall with two hangers on each. I knew about only having 4 hangers so I brought my own but there was no room for more on the hooks. The walls are also thin; we could hear our neighbors laughing and talking (not the content, just that they were talking and it was louder than I'm used to when staying in hotels. My friend even remarked on it). It would be helpful to have more hooks in the bathroom, as well as a make-up mirror (close up mirror). There aren't too many restaurants in the immediate vicinity that we saw; most seemed to be several blocks away (maybe we missed some?). However, the overall location was great for the price. We loved being within walking distance of Broadway without the Broadway noise!

A fairly good location, walking distance from Broadway. Our room was tiny, probably the smallest hotel room I slept in in the U.S. and it had a horrible musty/ moldy smell. The one small window didn’t open, which didn’t help. The cover on the window was a flimsy shutter that allowed sunlight to flood the room at 5:30 am.

The pocket room was on the smaller side but the hotel itself was fantastic. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The Dawn market was convenient and efficient for fast breakfasts, especially when you want to get a head start on your day. I loved all the outdoor seating and the balconies. The hotel felt private and quiet, despite the bustling downtown section. We didn't feel like we were too far away from all the action. Everything was in easy walking distance. One thing I wish someone would have warned me about is the hill leading up to Bode-be prepared to work your quads and shins on your trip! :)

Bode is a fantastic hotel. I will stay there again the next time I visit Nashville!

Felt very safe with gated area to get to rooms. Clean rooms and property with corn hole, fireplaces and tables and chairs in court yard. On the first floor needed to be careful by window large gap to walkway outside.

The hotel was adorable and the cafe place is so nice! The only problem is that you can hear the people next door to you so if they get home late and make a lot of noise, you will not be sleeping. Also, you can hear the police cars and fire trucks go down the streets all night and morning. Luckily that doesn't happen too often. Their bar is only open from Thursday-Sunday, and one night it was closed for a wedding, so that was a bit of a bummer! Overall, it was a really cute place with a fun vibe and I loved the bed and pillows!

A small shop next the reception area sold cold drinks/coffee and snacks, along with small travel items like suncream and some souvenirs. Chilled water was always available-still/sparkling/flavoured. A light-filled shared lounge space is also available to use there too. Outside offers seating in a large open space to enjoy the sunshine, as well as games to play (tossing beanbags into a hole in a wooden box). We loved the live music outside on the Friday afternoon/evening.

Everything It was very cold in the rooms

The hotel says self parking available. It doesn’t say it’s $35 a night which I think is a bit misleading as this is an old apartment building turned motel. The floors are poorly laid fake wood that click when you walk on them but it’s good for durability. The beds were comfortable and the hotel 2bdrm apt was spacious so that was nice. It was strange they had a full kitchen but no washer dryer as they removed them. Furniture was decent.

The staff is amazing, and the location is fantastic. The grounds were kept up very well and quiet. Overall, I had a great experience until I woke up and found two small bugs in my bed. Listen I know this happens, but still it grossed me out. I emailed the hotel as there was no manager on duty when I left, and got a generic email back saying “it’s unfortunate” and that was it. So while I enjoyed my stay, I will not be returning.

Very spacious room and we loved the no contact concierge. They were very responsive to any and all text messages whether we needed more towels or dinner recommendations. Awesome location close to Broadway too. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The pocket room is extremely small. It is OK if you are one person who just needs a bed to sleep. The two-bedroom was much better for a couple staying in Nashville for over a week. Sirens from the fire trucks were blaring throughout the night, making sleep almost impossible.

Well the place is cute and a close enough walk down to Broadway. We checked in and we were provided with a code to get into our room, but when after we went out and returned home after a long day of travel, we got locked out of our room and out of the hotel at midnight, we called the phone number to get in and the night attendant hung up on me- so we were both texting him to get a new code and it took him about 20 minutes to return a text message to get us into our space. It felt like a nightmare I had to go around, knocking on all the office doors trying to get in. We were looking for any other way to speak with somebody so we could get a new code.. if you’re gonna rely on this code system for one you probably shouldn’t change people’s code in the middle of the night and into at least have a somebody that will answer phone calls or text message quickly. The whole thing could’ve been resolved in two minutes.. when we spoke with someone in the morning, they were not apologetic at all and quite rude in fact. So overall, the space was nice and the staff was terrible.

Amazing hotel. Room was huge! I felt like I was in an air bnb. My 16 year old appreciated having her own separate bedroom and bathroom. We were sad to leave. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville. A super short walk to Broadway. Loved everything about our stay.

Loved the location. Incredible to walk to Broadway but actual unit very average. The bathroom configuration was terrible. The rooms were poorly designed. 1 bathroom for 2 couples was less than ideal.

Lovely stay in our deluxe room - more like having an apartment. Staff was easily reachable and very accommodating. About a ten minute walk over to all the action on Broadway.

The property is an older building that has been totally redone with a more modern feel with a retro vibe. Nice touches all around that make it unique and comfortable feeling. The look is sharp and lots of little to yes that make it fun, stylish, and comfortable.

Clean room with a massive bed. The cafe and outdoor seating areas are really well furnished and maintained with good quality food.

The location is fantastic,very central and easy to walk to everything downtown. It made getting around super convenient without needing to rely on transportation. We booked the 2-bedroom suite and were really impressed with how spacious it was. It felt much larger than a typical hotel room and worked perfectly for our group. The only thing that would have made it even better is having a second bathroom, even just a half bath would have gone a long way. One thing we really appreciated was the little coffee shop attached to the hotel. There aren’t a ton of great coffee options right around the main strip, so having that right there was a huge plus. The only downside, something others have mentioned as well, is that you can hear people walking around above you. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but definitely noticeable at times. Overall, a really great stay with a lot of positives, especially if you’re looking for space and a walkable location in Nashville.

The breakfast menu was limited and very expensive. The bar was okay with a limited number of drinks available, but they were pricey too.

Room was very large, very clean, except there were no clothes hanging abilities in the second bedroom the toilet in the primary bedroom leaked and the toilet in the second bathroom did not flush well and was very slow. Had to be plunged several times outside property was very nice except the smoking area outside of the fence could use a bench or some sitting area right now. It is right by the electric scooters very inconvenient and thoughtless for smokers.

Wow. You know when you read really good reviews and wonder if it could just be paid employees writing them? Well that’s the pessimist in me. I was genuinely pleased from check in to check out. Staff was fantastic, bartender was great, food and coffee at the cafe were great, rooms were beautiful. 10 out of 10 stars if I could. HIGHLY recommend Bode Nashville.

The room was clean and neat but SO HUMID. Even with the air conditioner running nonstop, the room had a cloying humidity. The sheets felt slightly damp and the air was uncomfortable enough that we struggled to sleep. When we left this morning, we walked past some rooms that had condensation on the window so our room was not the only one.

Spent three nights at the Bode Nashville and enjoyed every minute of the stay. The two bedroom suite was very well appointed, simple in design, and chic in decor. The ease of check-in and fantastic location make it a must stay for your next trip to Nashville.

Bode, Nashville is a quaint boutique like hotel situated just blocks from Broadway. They have contactless checkin/check out, so when our room was ready we were texted a door code to access our room. They texted during our stay to make sure everything was good and checking if we needed anything. I look forward to returning to Bode when we have a longer stay.

I love the location as well as all of the extra amenities available onsite! All staff (especially Isaiah, the bartender/mixologistst Sidecar) were phenomenal! Nothing to not like!

We had to cancel our reservation because of a winter storm. Authorities advised staying off the roads. We were traveling from out of town. The city was declared a federal disaster. We were informed it was too late to cancel and were charged for the room nonetheless.

You could yes every notice on the roomsnect door and above, I had to move rooms once because of the noise. My friend couldn’t sleep the whole night because there were 15 guys from England partying next door, the hotel didn’t offer any uogrades. There is no gym and no coffee machines in the single rooms so if you want coffee in the morning you have to walk outside to the lobby in cold weather.

Good: Security, communications before, during, and after stay. Just fine but could be a bit better: The water in the shower was warm, but never hot (over 3 admittedly cold days), and the room had a faint odor that annoyed my Wife (but wasn't a spoiler by any means). And the towels need to be upgraded from the scratchy commercial ones in the room. But don't hesitate to stay here - we'll be back! Overall The Bode is an affordable, convenient, and welcoming experience!

Very convenient location and groovy, spacious apartment style room with kitchen. Unfortunately there is no front desk. You deal with unequipped coffee shop bartsias, QR codes and texting the off site BODE personnel to figure things out. I was fortunate to book room in aftermath of ice storm, but check in was unwelcoming, unhelpful and frustrating.

The only upside is the proximity to Broadway. If you enjoy being awoke at night due to the paper thin walls and the smallest amount of noise coming in the room, this is the place for you. It’s an old place that was renovated and it’s apparent that only the looks were renovated, the structure is still garbage.

Everything about this place is awesome!

Room was large and clean- lots of room for 4 women, had an apartment feel which we enjoyed. Check in was in the cafe as the “front desk” which felt confusing. We did not receive our room upgrade as a Gold Member perk, even though the hotel messaged the day before offering one for a fee.

Bit disconcerting that even though we were there for 6 nights we didn’t get any service in the room without paying an extra fee. Also breakfast was overpriced and disappointing. $14 for a slice of toast with a spoon of avocado. Really!

Regarding VIP access, I did inquire about any perks but wasn’t offered any. At check-in upgrading wasn’t offered. I did request a few extra bottles of water (there were 2 in the room and I stayed 3 nights) but was told that I would have to purchase them. I found Dawn, the restaurant, disappointing and ate elsewhere ~ I had hoped to eat at the hotel each morning. I hadn’t thought to look into if there was an onsite gym and there is not, the hotel offers a deal at another location but it isn’t convenient. My last night at the hotel there was an electronic tone that lasted for hours: I didn’t feel like I could go to Dawn/restaurant area and request a room change so dealth with it. I would not stay here again.

When I parked they did not even give you a price or a bill. I just saw my credit card then next day. That is even way more than what I paid at the four seasons valet parking. That is robbery.

This place checks you in via a code on ur phone. They want yoy to send a pi of you holding your drivers license and/or credit card. They dont let u check in till 4 PM..and we were told we would be able to check in by 2 PM..at 4 PM we still didnt have a code.. they argued refunding the money..and when told the rooms better be clean..they then said theybwould refund my money..when ask for it in writing..they tried to refuse.. the smell of marijuana was everwhere u went outside.. Worst place ever!!

Checking in was such a breeze as it was virtual, the rooms were spotless, the amenities were fantastic (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, tea), the rooms so spacious, and loved the little cafe!

Great basic room. No frills but perfectly adequate at an unbelievably great rate. One concern. After I booked through Expedia and paid in full, I got a text and an email from Bose requiring me to upload a photo of my id, a selfie of me holding my id, and a credit card before they would send me a room number and key code. I called. They would not accept the requested info over the phone. There is no traditional check in desk on property, so I understand why they needed in information, but it felt like a scam at times.

Very clean. Beds were so comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Fully stocked with everything we needed. The onsite bar and coffee shop were amazing and a really nice added perk. The outside area with fire pit and games was so fun and an added bonus as well! Easy two block walk to bars and restaurants, one more block and you’re on Broadway. Will stay here again!

Bode was a perfect hotel for our party of 3. We shared a 2 bedroom unit. There was a kitchen area and lounge which we made good use out of. The hotel is in a great location for downtown and lots of great restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

We stayed in 237a there was no TV in all rooms.. Our room had no place to hang our clothes or a mirror to get ready. That was inconvenient. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay!!!

The room was absolutely perfect.

The room was clean and comfortable. With the rooms accessible from outside, the traffic and emergency vehicles are fairly loud, into the early morning hours. Haven’t seen a hotel charge for ice from the ice machine before. Not expensive all things considered, but $3 for a small bag of ice that they bag from the ice machine, was just a nickel and dime nit that didn’t need to be there from an experience stand point. Stepping over dollars to pick up dimes. Won’t stay again.

The staff was absolutely lovely. We really appreciated all of the people working there who were very kind, especially Angel who went out of his way to give us a number of suggestions as to where to eat and where to go upon our arrival. The only negative was how noisy it was. Traffic from the road was really noticeable, so many sirens, along with the sound of the elevator dinging into our room every time someone pushed the button. Other than that it was a great location, easily walk to all of the action, but blessedly removed from it once back at the hotel.

The bathroom floors could have been a bit cleaner. Checking in was not great! My reservation was for a 2 bed 2 bath. At first, they put us in a 2 bed 1 bath. We had to lug our luggage back to the front desk. Then instead of just assigning us a new room, she had to talk to someone on phone first. Luckily, I had my email from when I booked the room. I don't think we should have had to pay for early check in!!!! Other than those issues, it was really nice!!

I would suggest some darkening blinds. Especially when their is a light right outside the window.

Loved the property and my stay. The one thing to note is a large number of unhoused men live on benches in front of the property and along the street you're likely to travel to go to the Bridgestone or Broadway. If you are a single woman, I would recommend an uber for safety at night vs walking. If you are with a group at night or even traveling alone during the day, it's an easy walk.

My daughter took an almost empty body lotion thinking it was free and i was charged $15US Some of the staff were awesome, some clearly did not want to be there. I have always loved the Bode but it wasn't as good as previous stays.

Everything was excellent! From texting questions up to the check in to accommodating us a late check out. Can't wait to come back!

Wow! Lovely hotel in the middle of a bustling city . Chill , warm , boutique and a perfect alternative to the impersonal larger hotels on the strip . Do yourself a favor and just stay here , zero regrets . Not a big Nashville person but if I come again , this is the only place I’d consider staying .

I loved this hotel! The most comfortable bed ever. I would literally come back just for the bed. The rooms are so spacious and the management and staff is so kind and accommodating. I come here a lot for work.. I will literally never stay anywhere else!

Honestly this hotel we could’ve stayed the entire time without really going out. The cafe had the BEST espresso martinis i’ve ever had, and the customer service at the bar with Holly was AMAZING! We slept in the most comfortable bed, enjoyed the atmosphere, and truly had a great time.

Very convenient, very safe, veey clean, quiet. Downtown Nashvile close by. We walked everywhere.

Loved this renovated spot with large suite-style rooms to accommodate our family travel to Nashville. Property is as described - it is as short walk to Broadway and the cafe and bar onsite are great/cozy/good hours. Vibey place with parking if you have a rental car. Safe and clean. Was fun and cute!

Really neat place to stay for a weekend, still close to the Nashville entertainment district but just far enough away to have a quiet, relaxed stay.

Closeness to Broadway was the reason for the booking. The place will be a reason I'd book again.

Not what I expected but pretty cool! Feels more like renting your own apartment and I thought it was hotel vibes, but the cafe is cute and the space is really good.

Very safe and walkable for two young women. Plenty of space and would be ideal for a longer stay. Check-in process was also very convenient.

This place is a gem within walking distance to all of the great things downtown Nashville has to offer. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. This is a 10/10 and I travel often. Will be booking this again!

You can’t call the hotel directly, you can only text. Took two days to get help checking online since you can’t check in at a desk upon arrival. They requested a confirmation number, but Orbitz didn’t provide me with one. Spent two days texting back and forth for someone with the hotel finally provided me the confirmation number they needed. Parking said you could pay for parking in your room or in the lobby or on the sign in front of the space. The room didn’t have any info on paying for parking, the person at the front area was too busy making iced coffees for people to help, so I went back to the parking spot. The site it directed me to had such a small calendar to select the day I needed parking, I mistakenly select two nights instead of one. The hotel texting group couldn’t help me change the information and said I had to email a separate company. It too 8 emails with this company to finally credit me the charges for the second day. Terrible experience since you can’t speak to anyone, and they don’t control even the parking on their own property. Also, came back to the hotel from a concert hot, sweaty, and thirsty only to see everything was closed in the lobby area. I will never go through all this hassle for this hotel again.

If you are going to a Concert at the Ascend or want to be down town this is the perfect spot. Google maps says its a 26 minute walk, however is less then 5 minutes to the venue, with crosswalks the whole way. I saw a Concert and was in bed sleeping 5 mins later. It was great. Lol. The place was clean and very quiet.

Great location in SoBro, just blocks from the action on Broadway! Bode has a great bar open in the evenings and a cafe open most of the day. One day, there was a guitar/singer outside and another day, there was a two-piece combo in the Sidebar. Definitely recommend!

The staff was great and the rooms were huge. It was very loud, paper thin walls and deafening HVAC. On site bar only open certain days and the huge parking fee was unexpected.

This is my second time staying at Bode, and I will book with them every time I visit Nashville. It feels very safe and secure, walkable to Broadway and very comfy if you just needed a relaxing day inside.

The location was good. It was convenient to walk to restaurants nearby. I liked the onsite coffee shop and the customer service. Text messages from the hotel about check in and check out were great. We had an issue with access to our room and they responded right away and fixed the problem. They have security onsite which was nice to have. Parking was very convenient. The floor in our room was a little dirty and I didn't like how our hotel room door opened to the outside walkway like a motel so I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Nice property, location, and room. Only cons were it was very bright in the morning (needs blackout curtains) and road noise could be heard.

We loved that the property was so close to Broadway! We walked everywhere. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and absolutely will be staying there again. The beds were so comfortable and the room had everything we needed!

Beautiful hotel with easy check in and access in and out of property. The onsite cafe and market was great and convenient. We would probably not stay there again ONLY because of its location. It is surrounded by very busy streets. There are loud emergency sirens all day and night as well as noise from big trucks.

This place was very nice. It didn't feel like a hotel but more of an Air BnB. They texted every few days to make sure we had everything we needed.

Electronic check in was pretty smooth and room was ready earlier than requested.

When we arrived there was only one person at the desk. She was busy making coffee for other customers. Each coffee took several minutes to make. We waited a long time before being helped. Everyone else was great.

It’s quite noisy with the rooms above and around and people coming in very late, but it was Nashville on a Friday night so you couldn’t expect much different A very short walk to the heart of where everything is happening in Nashville The singer in the lounge, the hotel was really good. The staff in the Byron lounge were very nice, but there’s very little interaction with staff otherwise to gauge and measure. Everything is done online, which is also nice. Parking is through a third-party app and extremely expensive $70 for the one night, which is not talked about anywhere online while looking The room was very nice and very comfortable. You just have to be prepared for hearing your neighbors which on a Friday night in Nashville is kind of creepy.

Check in was done by text. As soon as our room was ready we had access. The main area in Nashville is only 10 minute walk away

The two-bedroom suite was both spacious and clean, offering all the amenities we needed. While there was some street noise at night, it wasn’t the property’s fault. We did face a challenge with a parking ticket, despite having paid for parking in the front lot, which I believe is managed by PMC, as they issued the ticket. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful experience overall!

This waa the perfect place for our group trip to Nashville. The suite was beautiful and clean, the staff was amazing, and the location was perfect and perfectly walkable to broadway and other areas. Can't wait to come back!

LOVED this property! You can even rent scooters and go around town that way, instead of walking! Bode was the perfect way to house 3 of us in a 3 bed apt and still have hotel amenities like onsite coffee shop and bar. The staff were super friendly, also! Would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay that’s within walking distance to Broadway! We stayed Sunday - Wednesday in a 2 bedroom Bode and really enjoyed the full kitchen. It seemed pretty quiet, but note we stayed earlier in the week. There’s no front desk, but the guest hallways (outdoors) are all secure. Looking forward to our next stay!

This was an amazing little spot. Cute, private, clean, and spacious. The cafe has some delicious pastries and walking distance to many restaurants and attractions.

Great stay. We had the 3 bedroom for our group and it was great very comfortable for all 6 of us. Had a full kitchen with a living room. Service was great when we used it. Definitely coming back

This was our first time in Nashville, on a mother/ daughter trip. Bode was the perfect spot for us! Super spacious rooms, loved that we each had our own space but could still be together! Perfect for exploring downtown Nashville!

Slightly disappointed i had to pay extra for parking at their location. Check In was digital, which was ok. Had to pay extra for room cleaning service and fresh towels Room very small. No dresser to put clothes in. Walkable to Broadway which was an extreme plus.

Dawn cafe was cute and cozy. Convenient location. Property is pretty clean, it a bit worn. Some very surprising choices for this price point. No housekeeping, except by request for additional charge. Full kitchen, but no refills of coffees, waters, etc. Bath towels were clean but in fairly ratty condition. Some maintenance issues with the unit. Staff was friendly and responsive. Not sure I'd stay here again considering the other local options at similar prices.

The staff is amazing very responsive to all our questions. The property is in a great location from Broadway… be prepared to walk up a small hill. Loved having kitchen and separate bedrooms. One bedroom was much bigger than the other. Only complaint is the south side faces a fire station and the sirens went off several times a night. And we wished they had better black out curtains for the bedroom

This hotel was beautiful clean and was near everything!

The living area in the 2 bedroom was exactly what we needed.

Loved the property but the communication between the reception staff and Bode was terrible. We were charged the maximum cost for early check in, although we did not check in until later. We queried this with the staff and they then had to go through to a central office of BODE who then text me and the reception staff, so there was a 3 way conversation going on all the time. Loved the property but the communication needs working on.

fun hotel - loved the games out to play and happy hour - a bit noisy from the street and no curtains over the shade to block the sun in the - but great if you want to get up early

Absolutely best place ! We had a group stay in the three bedroom- two bath- very spacious,clean, comfortable beds and linen- great outdoor space with fire table! Close enough to walk everywhere! Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

That said - I’d definitely stay here yet again, but those things could be clearer and improved.

Water in the sink and shower would not get cold.

Perfect distance from Broadway. Property was very clean & up to date. Everything is done electronically thru text messaging..check-in, check-out, housekeeping,ect….But staff in Dawn was excellent to work with. Only negative we had was that we had a late flight (9pm) on Friday, and we were unable to get kind of longer check-out which was at 11am, but they do hold your luggage for you.
