The pool was very hazy which is gross. The food was unexpectedly good for breakfast which was nice. Not a fan of the valet prices. Would like to park my own car and have access to it when I need to get things out. Overall not a bad place for the price point.

Free shuttle to broadway, Good value for money, clean and breakfast was a bonus Nothing - I think people who come for broadway might want to be closer but there is a free shuttle

Nothing The parking was so bad. No where to park. Staff was not very helpful when asked about the parking. Location of the hotel was not in a very good part of town. We cancelled our stay before we even checked in.

Great location if you happen to have the need to be close to the Sarah Cannon Cancer Center. Great restaurants and shops with walking distance.

The property was always clean. The location was great. We were just within minutes of everywhere we were wanted to go. The staff were amazing. They were friendly and helpful. The valet guys were amazing as well. They were always opening the doors for us and friendly.

Great service! Very clean! The only thing I didn’t like is you HAVE no choice except to pay $54 a night for valet parking making it hard to have access to your car.

Friendly staff, room was pristine as far as cleanliness, free breakfast was fresh with a good assortment. I would definitely stay here again.
