Reviews
The Graduate Nashville hotel receives generally positive reviews for its unique, fun, and cute decor, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. However, guests frequently express dissatisfaction with the expensive valet parking, lack of room service, and limited amenities, such as the pool and rooftop bar, which often require reservations or are unavailable to hotel guests.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. Spent good money and still couldn’t use pool unless I paid extra? Crazy

All the employees were super informative and helpful with restaurant recommendations, sites to see etc. Valet parking was a little pricey but once we parked, we took Uber everywhere. The hotel is adorable. I loved everything about it. The roof top bar was really a fun experience and the coffee shop in the lobby was very good. We only got to stay one night but really enjoyed it.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect. We had the best service and the hotel staff is the sweetest and the rooms are adorable. I loved my entire stay.
- 4/5
The Graduate is all about the vibe. Lots of bachelorettes which you need to be prepared for. Employees not very talkative during check in and seemed to be bothered. Coffee shop needs help very slow service and finally just gave up trying to get coffee.

Personally I feel this hotel could have spent a little more on the practical and a little less on the ‘quirky’ decor. Not a ‘bad’ hotel by any means but definitely not worth the money per night compared to other Hilton hotels. Period.

We had coffee at poindexters each morning and dinner at White Limozeen was excellent. I highly recommend the seafood trio; oysters, caviar, tuna tartare. It was delicious. And Kevin really stood out as exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. He stood out not only at white Limozeen but honestly provided the best service we had the entire four days that we were in Nashville (and we had great service everywhere.)

I would have given all 5 stars, with the exception of watching the valet watching me struggle with my luggage and not move an inch. Loved the hotel and staff besides...

I left at 10:00 am on one day of my stay, returned at 5:00, and the room had not been cleaned, bed had not been made, and no explanation from staff. Very disappointed.

Decor was great. Very bright and cheery. Room was a great size. Most Staff were helpful. I left at 10:00 am on one day of my stay, returned at 5:00, and the room had not been cleaned, bed had not been made, and no explanation from staff. Very disappointed.

The first day they forgot to come clean our room and I had to go get towels at 11 o’clock at night for the next day. The experience was fine. The staff was helpful and they have a fun karaoke bar and a rooftop bar restaurant that was fun as well.
- 4/5
Cute kitschy hotel with an old Nashville theme. There was an event at the pool, so very crowded for a space that is much smaller than the photos. Powdered coffee in room with a tea kettle and no tea. There is a coffee bar in the lobby though. You can self-park in a garage with security adjacent to the hotel. Cheaper than valet parking. I'd recommend for tourists.

White limozeen had delicious cocktails and shareables. Poindexter coffee and pastries hit the spot. The complimentary water is a nice touch. The staff is lovely. The elevator and hallway carpets could have been more meticulously maintained, they distracted from all the other great things about the graduate.
- 4/5
Fun place, great girl time! The pool was shockingly small and tight space, however the white limozeen makes up for it!

Very disappointing stay. I just had one overnight and planned my trip around my stay so that I can visit this Dolly inspired hotel. I was hoping to visit the rooftop bar, and pool but they had it booked for a private event, I asked the concierge and they were rude completely dismissing me. I even asked if I can visit the next morning and was told it would not open until 2:00 PM…what a disappointment, and they even charged me a resort fee.

The room was very nice and clean. The outside rooftop bar area is very nice but definitely needs a refresh and a good cleaning. Inside is nice the staff is kind of indifferent not engaging or welcoming. The valet did not great us or open our doors. They literally just stood at the stand we had to go to them to deliver keys and no one to help load or unload luggage. Maybe they aren’t suppose to help with luggage but as a valet they should at least greet you
- 4/5
Unique and different in a good way. Very boutique feel and design. Killer coffee shop in the hotel. Front desk staff friendly and welcoming. Valets on point. No issue whatsoever. Location is great ! Price is reasonable, It’s a hidden gem 💎💎💎💎. Will go back again

Under the mirror in the bathroom the gold paint was starting to peel. The bottles in the shower looked nasty and the metal part behind it had gunk. There was dust on the bathroom walls, and scuff marks all over the walls in the room
- 3/5
And on top of all of the above, we were given a key to someone else’s room when checking in. I entered the room to find someone else’s belongings as well as the bed messed up. I had to go back down and address this. They said housekeeping at flagged it as being ready/available. Also, I want to add that there is no parking, you have to pay $55/day for valet. The vibe is so adorable and I love all the decorations so very much! But the amenities aren’t worth the stay. I would just suggest visiting White Limozeen (their rooftop restaurant) and leaving it at that.

Friendly and Helpful Staff!

We loved The Graduate Hotel! They thought of every little detail. It was very well done! Staff was friendly. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay at a Graduate hotel again! Would love to see a Graduate Hotel in our hometown of Madison, WI. Perfect college town for it!

I brought my sister to Nashville for her 49th birthday and I am so glad we stayed here at The Graduate. It is the most Darling place that we have ever stayed at. Not only was the hotel so cute, but the staff here were so pleasant and very helpful. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and the beds very comfortable. This is close to The honky tonks but far enough from all the busyness of it. There are plenty of restaurants lose by as well. The white limousine here at the hotel is nice the food is ok for quick bite the drinks were delicious. Would recommend 100 times over!
- 5/5
I loved this place.
- 5/5
We come to Nashville several times a year for appointments at Vanderbilt Hospital. The Graduate is the perfect location, just down the street. In addition to being an incredible hotel (the corner king room is amazing), it is walking distance to wonderful restaurants.
- 5/5
Such a beautiful and unique hotel! Would highly recommend. My only reason for giving staff 4 stars vs. 5 is because it was very hard reaching a live person after calling the hotel multiple times. The chatbox was also of no help. I'd suggest removing that feature as it doesn't provide assistance.
- 5/5
Reception and bar staff all very good. Attentive and informative. Although the hotel is "quirky", its not trashy. Its a 20-25min walk to the main Downtown area but it felt safe during the day and night.
- 5/5
The rooms are super cute and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
I didn't have breakfast at the location but I did use the coffee bar downstairs everyday. The coffee could have been better, but overall it was good & the rooftop bar outdoor area could have been set up better for winter. I'm sure it's great in the summer though.

This was a really lovely hotel. Great staff and beautifully and creatively decorated. I was there for a conference and the food was good and we especially loved the rooftop restaurant. I would definitely look forward to going back there again.

We had a very nice stay and ended up extending 2 more nights. The location was great and the staff were very kind and helpful.

No, we had a room that had dirt in the bed but they quickly got us a new room. The shampoo was empty and a little dirty and they fixed that right away too. The hotel was awesome though. Great vibe and great food upstairs and fun downstairs!!
- 3.5/5
It was a charming property and great location That 10 days later there’s still a hold on my card, even though the final bill cleared and when I called told me it would fall off within 5 days.
- 5/5
Spotless and creatively designed rooms

Unique, fun theme, close to everything fun to do in Nashville. Bed was super comfortable.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 2/5
The light in the canopy above the bed on the left would not turn off. I went down to the lobby about 8:30 pm to notify someone and try to get it fixed, no one was at the front desk. I went back to the room and called the number to try and reach an employee but the phone just rang over and over. I called again and reached someone and they told me they would send someone from engineering up. No one ever came to fix this. I kept calling and no answer. It was very difficult to sleep in a bed with a light on the entire night. It was also very concerning that I wasn't able to find any employees of the hotel to help me in this situation.
- 5/5
Amazing interior design. Clean room. Staff was beyond great. The free waters in the fridge are life changing. Nothing
- 4/5
The decor in the lobby and in our room was awesome and my wife loved it very much I didn’t care for the handicap handheld showerhead that caused our bathroom floor to flood
- 5/5
Beautiful space. Friendly staff. Just overall fun for a girls night out! If the bathrooms had a little more light it could be nice!
- 4/5
Loved the decor and the White Limozeen restaurant on the top floor. Great for a girls bday party night!! The bed was so comfortable and we slept so well and the curtains blocked out the light so well. We had some dirt blowing out of out air conditioning unit onto the bed all night long. The maintenance guy came to clean it but it still blew dust out so much that we moved who slept where so that they wouldn’t get dirt blown on them all night.

Staff and valet were helpful and friendly. We were given a handicap access room, which was not an issue till it came to the shower. It was not a good experience. The towels had stains on them and we woke to a roach coming out of the electrical plug.

Room was beautiful. Staff friendly and the text feature to communicate is convenient. I would stay here again!
- 5/5
Seriously could not be a cuter hotel. The lobby, the rooms, and the rooftop bar were all unique and stylish. Cannot recommend enough!
- 4/5
Sadly the roof top bar closed early on a Monday. The Hotel was very nicely decorated, breakfast was good. Just over a mile to Honky tonk area
- 3/5
I have stayed there several times and it’s always been great but our room was a handicapped room with a bed a foot or two off the ground (low) and shower was handicapped so water all over the floor. No lip to shower.
- 5/5
Everything place was amazing. And everyone was very nice. 10/10 stay

Beautiful hotel, clean cute room. Helpful staff. Great all round.

The staff was amazing, the hotel was picture perfect, and the amenities they offered were great. Highly recommend the Cross-Eyed Critters Watering Hole and the White Limozeen, two places inside the hotel. Would stay here again.

This hotel was incredible! The room was clean and decorated so cute! It would be perfect for a girls weekend or bachelorette party! The bed was sooo incredibly comfortable and clean . The rooftop bar was so fun and cocktail menu was great! The staff was friendly but not super helpful at times , it seemed they didn’t have enough staff, no one to bring a luggage cart or help with luggage

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. This is decorated with the female crowd in mind. My wife loved the Dolly Parton decor.

- 4/5
Coffee bar downstairs was one of the best lattes I've ever had! Hotel design and rooftop wedding were well worth the stay on site Front desk was not as accommodating as we'd hoped. Called weeks ahead and set up adjoining rooms with friends to share childcare. When we arrived, they had no note of the request and could not even get us on the same floor which made logistics quite tricky as we were attending the rooftop wedding. Also had no note of our request for a crib and took quite some time, multiple reminders to bring up to the room.
- 5/5
The location is perfect — close to everything, easy to get around, and surrounded by great food and nightlife. And we have to mention Critters, the hidden karaoke bar inside the hotel… it’s a total vibe! 🔥 Fun atmosphere, great music, and the energy was exactly what we wanted for a night out. If you’re looking for a playful, stylish, all-around memorable stay in Nashville, Graduate is definitely worth it. We’ll be back! 💕✨
- 4/5

- 5/5
Loved it
- 5/5
The cutest boutique style hotel Loved the karaoke bar! The room was clean, cutest decor, staff was great! The overpriced valet $$ & parking situation where basically you have to valet.
- 5/5
My daughter and I are both artists, and we loved the decor. I especially appreciate the fact that local artists had a hand in creating the unique look of this very chic hotel.
- 2/5
Tv did not work, black dust coming out of vent and people next door to use were not adhering to rules
- 5/5
All the above
- 3/5
Expensive and white limousine pool needs to be more affordable
- 4/5
We had free breakfast? No one told us.
- 1/5
We stayed for two nights and the entire time during our stay our television was not working, we did not have hot water until it was fixed by the building engineer and our sink constantly held water. Seems the management of this location is poor at best.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
The decir of the hotel is beautiful. Staff was super friendly. Spaces are clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
It’s a cute hotel
- 5/5
Such a cute room! Whole place was a vibe. Definitely planning on returning!

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. The karaoke at night was a really good time!

Clean and friendly service
- 5/5
The hotel was amazing with a beautiful eclectic vibe. So much to do and see just within the building! Enjoyed the onsite cafe with great coffee, drinks, and food. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Can’t say enough about this place. It’s a vibe!
- 5/5
Overall this was such a wonderful stay! Adorable decor, friendly and helpful staff, easy parking, quiet location at night and nice amenities. The elevator room card touch screen thing is confusing and really slows things down. Every other guest I met in the elevator was also struggling with it. Our bathroom smelled less than fresh and the sink was stained and had a bunch of small cracks where the water flows.
- 4/5
Great hotel and decor. Staff was really great. Bar service was slow at the rooftop restaurant. Our room was right next to the housekeeping so it was very noisy. We would definitely stay there again just request that our room isn’t next to housekeeping again.
- 5/5
Had a lovely stay

Loved It!
- 5/5
Absolutely perfect for my daughter‘s 18th birthday trip! Very clean and perfect
- 5/5
Quirky and cool!

Room was very clean. Shower head was high on the wall, no ducking for tall people. Great area and the staff is great.

Stayed at this property for the darling decor!! The small coffee shop was perfect for breakfast and the location was perfect as it was right off of West End ave!
- 3/5
I didn’t appreciate the picture of the creepy white lady staring down at me and my wife while sleeping all night. You should give an option for removing that stuff from your sleeping area. It’s just weird. The people were nice though.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Wonderful place.
- 5/5
Great overall experience! 10/10, would recommend!
- 5/5
Amazing hotel super pretty and cute and unique
- 3/5
The place is incredibly overpriced for what you think the theme is. The rooms are tiny, the 1 bar is constantly full, you can’t even sit at it to enjoy a cocktail. The pool is also tiny. There aren’t any vending machines to get drinks for your room. I’d recommend just going in to the upstairs restaurant and bar, take a photo with the Dolly statue and stay somewhere else. Not worth the money at all.
- 5/5
Love the hotel, but my favorite is how comfortable the beds are how nice the shower is and the rooms are just so cute. The rooftop bar is very cute. The pool is cute. Love the hotel.
- 4/5
The hotel was beautiful and clean but the tv and a set of lights wasn’t working and the bathroom had a leaky faucet. I was also surprised by the extra daily charges. In the past, when I have purchased rooms on Expedia, everything was paid for with the exception of incidental charges.
- 5/5
Looking forward to our next stay.
- 4/5
Great place
- 4/5
We like this location because it is close to Vanderbilt and our daughter. It has become very touristy with lots of bridemaids' parties and outsiders flocking to the rooftop bar. Had to wait for elevators. Decor is fun!
- 5/5
We had a blast. The highlight was our dinner and drinks at The White Limozeen. Staff was extra kind and made for a great evening. The hotel is so fun, pretty and comfortable.

Friendly staff. Love the hotel. Very comfortable rest and beautiful rooms. Quiet rooms. The valet parking is too expensive.
- 5/5
Wonderful visit! My only complaint was that a scent had been sprayed in the room, and that bothered by allergies. When I mentioned it at the front desk, they immediately made it better and didn’t spray it any more.
- 5/5
The Graduate was a great choice lace to stay. The unique decor was perfect as well as the usage of local artist. The coffee bar was better than Starbucks. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was above reproach. We had a great experience.
- 5/5
No other word than excellent!
- 5/5
We visited for my friends birthday and it was the perfect stay! So cute and girly. White Limozeen was so pretty and the food was fantastic. Will definitely be back!

- 1/5
Disgusting
- 5/5
Great location for walking around Vandy. Such a cute hotel! Parking was a little confusing, but no big deal.
- 3/5
They were able to provide an in shower seat, but my sister who is in a wheel chair, had to step up into the shower and was unable to shower without assistance. This was a huge disappointment. They didn't do much to accommodate us beyond the in shower seat. Luckily she is able to move on her own with assistance, but if she wasnt it would have been impossible to use the bathroom in our room. The bathroom had no bars on walls, and in order to exit the room with the wheel chair, we had to push her into the bathroom. The door was also extremely heavy and she would not have been able to get out of the room on her own.
- 5/5
This is a beautiful hotel near Vanderbilt. It has a stunning lobby, my room was beautiful, the coffee shop and rooftop restaurant were also beautiful and the food was great! Highly recommend this hotel.

This property was very fun. It really captures Nashville and it fun how it is inspired by the Women of Country Music. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Fun ambiance and decor, bad mattress and pillows
- 2/5
We were so excited to stay at this property, but were disappointed in the room and so many hidden fees. The bedding was ripped and had holes in it and walls had lots of scuff marks. Seemed very worn for the cost we paid. Beware that reservations are required to access pool area. Be sure to read the fine print as a minimum food/beverage order of $100+ is required to access pool through the White Limousine. Hotel shows images of pool, but it is apparently not part of the hotel. Valet parking was listed online for $55, but they charged us $65 + hidden fees for our SUV which ended up being nearly $76 just for parking. Will not stay at property again or recommend.
- 5/5
Super cute room!
- 5/5
We were on a girls' trip in Nashville to see "Dolly: A True Original Musical," of course, we needed to stay at a hotel that featured Dolly Parton! We brought our Dolly PJs and even went to the lobby in them, where we had fun pictures made by other people staying there. Coldplay was also playing that night, so the hotel was full of fun people going to both events! It was a great experience! I would definitely recommend staying here!
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Friendly staff at the front desk and Valet. Will come back again. Thank you!

- 5/5
It is so beautiful and it just make you feel good inside.
- 5/5
Very cute and close to everything!
- 5/5
This was such a fun hotel to stay. The staff one was extremely friendly and pretty much said yes to everything. Not to mention the hotel is so cute and beautifully designed. The only issue is the pool situation. You have to make a reservation ahead of time for the pool. Which is very difficult to get into and very expensive as well. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here. You do have to Uber everywhere but it's only a five dollar Uber wherever you need to go.
- 4/5
Food selection was not great. Boring hotel. It did have a nice look to it. Clean
- 5/5
All around great!
- 5/5
All the staff (front desk - especially Anna), restaurant, bar, cafe, housekeeping) were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Decor was so much fun!
- 3/5
The hotel is beautiful but I wouldn’t stay here again. The air conditioning was creating so much condensation in the room that the sheets felt damp. We were also overcharged from our visit at white Limozeen.
- 3/5
Hotel was super cute but did not like that pool was not open for guest to use without a paid reservation, I wish this had been highlighted before making the booking.
- 3/5
The hotel itself is very cute. I do think probably more women frequent this hotel with girls, trips, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, and things of that nature. With that being said… We all wish that the bathroom vanity was a little bit bigger and that there was better lighting for make up.
- 5/5
The only downside is that the rooftop lounge and pool are separate from the hotel, so you still have to make a reservation to use that. It would be a nice perk if guests had some type of priority access or passes to the pool.
- 5/5
Love this place and the room are so good has a lot of unique things that offers the other hotels don’t
- 4/5
I don’t think the property should be sharing pictures of the pool. The pool requires separate booking and was going to be $200+ for 2 people for 3 hrs! The pool is also a lot smaller than the photos. Very disappointing.

We loved the decor and vibe of the hotel! White Limozeen on the roof was amazing too. The main negative for us was that the rooms weren't cleaned each day. When we asked the staff about this they said it was only available upon request at check in (which was never communicated to us.) This was really disappointing for a 4-star hotel and we had to remind the hotel 3 times before it did eventually get cleaned on day 3 and then it was done each day after that. Other than this downside, we had a pleasant stay.

My girlfriends and I had such an amazing stay at The Graduation Nashville! The attention to detail was nothing short of remarkable and the staff was incredibly friendly! I would love to enjoy another stay at this establishment!

A fun happy hotel. Everyone and everywhere is bright cheerful and welcoming. Rooms are packed with personality. White limozeen restaurant was great.

Usually we have great experience this visit we didn’t get to check in at 4 and got into our room at 5:30 and caused us to run late to dinner. The tvs didn’t work in our rooms unfortunately.

Very well maintained, lots of character and staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great time!

Loved this property!! Not that close to the main strip so uber was our best friend but well worth the trip to this hotel. It’s just so fun and beautiful. Very clean, nice staff and all restaurants/coffee in the hotel was great! Nothing bad to say; would return!!

This hotel is everything if you’re into girly vibes, pink decor, and all things Dolly Parton! From the moment you walk in, it’s a total dream—so many adorable photo op spots everywhere you turn. The decor is stunning, super glam, and playful in the best way. The rooftop and pool area were such a vibe—perfect for hanging out during the day or grabbing drinks at sunset. The bars were fun, the drinks were great, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was just as cute as the rest of the hotel, with sweet little touches that made it feel special. Such a fun and unique place to stay in Nashville—can’t recommend it enough for a girls’ trip or anyone who loves a little sparkle and sass! 💖✨🌟

The hotel is so cute and the rooms are great! However, the prices of drinks and food in any of the restaurants was insane!! Pool is very small if you plan on swimming. Not family friendly in any way! Lots of strange men hanging out at the front and half dressed women throughout.

Honestly, it was by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, elegant, and unique. And White Limozeen—amazing food! 10/10

This hotel is beautiful and clean and was perfect for a quick girls weekend trip. We were however disappointed in the front desk staff. We had an incident where a maintenance man entered our room unannounced while we were getting ready one night. This really scared us and made us quite uncomfortable the rest of our trip as we were a group of 3 women and literally changing as he came in our room. We also were disappointed to not be able to take full advantage of our daily $20 food/ bev credit. We messaged the front desk about this issue and they were less than accomodating. We literally spent $1100 for a 2 night stay at this hotel and they vehemently would not honor one of our $20 credits. Very disappointing to say the least. Overall the hotel is beautiful but I do believe on our next trip to Nashville we will stay at another establishment that is more understanding to their customers when issues arise and willing to take their complaints seriously.

Staff was wonderful, great room.

Check in was problematic. Keys didn’t work but was fixed as quickly as possible. Elevators were slow and always extremely crowded. Stayed at several hotels in Nashville this was my least favorite so far. Rooms were cute but no reservations were available for white limousine even 2 weeks before trip. Should consider giving people who book a room that option after they book. Overall fun experience but maybe over hyped.

The Graduate is beautiful! The staff were all amazing! The experience was above expectations. I look forward to staying there (and other Graduate hotels) again!

Our stay at the Graduate Hotel was perfect. The hotel was new and clean , the room was beautiful. We did not see anyone come and clean our room the all time we were there (3nights) , but we had plenty of fresh towels in the closet. The area around was very nice and walkable to the Broadway. It took us 20 to 30 minutes to go to the Broadway but we mostly used Uber. The university was near by and the grounds were very nice to walk around.

Nice themed hotel. But coffee girl was rude

In a great way, not like other hotels. Very unique and the friendliest staff I've encountered in a long while. We had to take our dog at the last minute and they were extremely accommodating. My wife and I are looking for other cities with Graduate hotels to visit.

Staff are very helpful and accommodating

Stay was great! Room was very clean, housekeeping would come by everyday and tidy up. Loved the Critters bar and the White Limozeen! Zee at the front desk was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time! Location was great and within walking distance of many restaurants. Stay was overall great, we will definitely stay at the Graduate next time we visit Nashville!!

We love The Graduate! The decor sets it apart from other hotels. From the handmade rug depicting Minnie Pearl in the lobby down to the squirrel drawer pulls on the furniture, ever detail is curated. We took some of my daughter’s senior photos on the rooftop and it was the perfect backdrop.

Unique, modern, fun hotel! No complaints at all. So clean! We forgot toothbrush and it was late to go out and they provided at 2am. The karaoke bar so fun and cool to have in hotel. Second graduate hotel I stay at and love.

The property was super-cute and the staff was great. Coffee bar was exceptional.
