Great service

My wife and mother in law had breakfast at the hotel. They said it was awful and that they greatly would have preferred a Waffle House. This is a major hotel and is quite expensive, but they had no concierge. The hotel was under construction with constant construction noise (think jackhammers) throughout the day. The main entrance was all blocked off. Yet they continued to charge full rates for the truly miserable experience of staying there.
- 5/5
Great access to Vanderbilt. Construction was a tad annoying to have going on but was quiet in our room and out most of the day so little to no impact
- 5/5
Fantastic everything earth gym
- 2/5
I was unaware that they were starting construction when I booked the hotel. Nothing like sheet rock dust in the air and being woke up early by jackhammers on a Saturday.
- 5/5
Rooms were freshly renovated was a convenient location right next to centennial park

The room size and bathroom weas adiquate. Bed was confortable and the pillows were great. breakfast could have started earlier. due to not being able to stay for breakfast as I ws on call and had to be at the hospital a refund for breakfast or a voucher could have been offered.

Very clean and safe environment. Kind helpful staff. Best beds I have ever slept on.
- 5/5
Top notch hotel to stay at of your in Nashville!
- 5/5
The room was great, service was excellent! Food was good, and the coffee bar downstairs was some of the best coffee I ever had.
- 2/5
The hotel was very clean and well maintained. I ended up having to leave unexpectedly for a family emergency and stayed one night instead of two - yet was still charged two nights.
- 5/5
The room was fantastic, spotless restroom, comfortable and clean, fresh beds and bedding. We really enjoyed our short stay.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and comfort!

Everything was wonderful excellent staff
- 4/5
Lovely recently remodeled room, but ac vented right to pillows and was very noisy running and turning on and off. Although I had no trouble with my room service, my friends' order took more than 80 minutes and after being reassured that it was on its way, twice. It was comped, but still not a good start.
- 5/5
The hotel was well kept but in the middle of construction so it was not fully operational. Knew this going in so not a problem. Staff may have been slightly overworked.

Wonderful team. Enjoyed our night and will be back

Without a doubt the best place to stay in Nashville. We were in town for the Eagles concert. The most comfortable bedding and the nicest staff you can find anywhere. Met a doorman named Van who has been working there 31 years. An awesome kind hearted gentleman. You just don’t see that often anymore unfortunately. We are back in two weeks to see Chris Stapleton and Lainey Wilson.
- 3/5
I am just complaining because of the construction. Needs a cooler bar and restaurant - maybe that is coming. Nashville so cool and location great so needs to elevate the amenities. Rooms fine

I wasn’t told that this hotel was making extensive renovations in the lobby. It was not good. The doorman and valet parked were nice. It was average at best.

The staff was A+ in helping with anything that we needed. There was construction going on and we hardly heard any commotion while in the room. We will stay here again when in the area.
- 4/5
The idea that you pay $55 per night for parking was alarming! Great looking hotel though.
- 4/5
Undergoing construction. Should have been told previous to booking. Should have received discount of drinks voucher or free breakfast.

- 2.5/5
We have stayed here before. It's a lovely hotel. The hotel was under major, major construction which eliminated the lobby almost completely. There was one reception desk and the one person behind it. It took way too long to get help/check out etc. While we did get a message about the construction, it was very close to our stay so we were not going to be able to change anything (it was admitted students day at V and pickings get slim.) That being said, the newly renovated rooms are beautiful. But I did miss the lobby access.
- 3/5
Of all the Loews this is the one that needs the most attention. It shows its age, there are better options but would recommend a Loews anywhere else.
- 5/5
Construction, but wasn't a huge deal.
- 2/5
Wish I’d known the hotel was under construction. Seems like something they would have shared when making a reservation.
- 5/5
The hotel was great but the best part was the staff. Super friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Overall stay was great! 10/10 recommend booking the package with valet. Only complaint was the construction, we love walking around the hotel and seeing the beautiful architecture but that is not possible right now as the front lobby is completely blocked off.
- 5/5
Got a renovated room- MUCH nicer than last time! Lobby is under construction but wasn’t much of an inconvenience. Staff was very kind and polite.
- 4.5/5
Location is a good distance from downtown about 30 mins brisk walk. Hotel has a courtesy car which is available on a first come basis breakfast was really nice. Good selection and well presented. Rooms are spacious clean and well equipped Building works underway in reception and places badly signposted
- 5/5
Spacious room, very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. AC kept room cool. Would definitely stay there again.

Never had breakfast, wait was too long. Not sure why, dinning room always looked half empty, 20 to 30 wait times !
- 5/5
Love the convenience to Vanderbilt. Loved our newly renovated room. Loved that you didn’t have to ask to have your room cleaned. Loved how helpful Kenyan was. Love their Tennessee tea! If I had to pick one thing I would say it would be the water pressure. It wasn’t bad but I am used to more pressure.

Hotel being renovated
- 5/5
There was construction going on but it didn’t take anything away from the room. We didn’t utilize any of the amenities except room service which was quick. Room was amazing.
- 5/5
This was a very nice hotel and the staff were all so great!
- 5/5
The experience was superb. Welcoming & flexible staff. Clean hotel and room. Fantastic location with easy access to Vanderbilt University and nice restaurants.
- 5/5
The only thing was the construction….. The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean
- 5/5
It's undergoing a rental but the staff was very nice.

Clean smelled so good upon entrance into the hotel. The robes were plushed The gym is the best feature awesome equipment especially TRX and kettlebell

Very nice stay and accommodations.
- 1/5
This hotel is under construction and nowhere does Expedia or the hotel warn you about this online before or after booking! The beautiful lobby you see in these pictures is closed off. You can only see two elevators when entering this hotel. I paid full price for the experience of a beautiful hotel and did not experience any of that. Also promptly at 8:30 every morning loud construction begins and continues until 5pm. When eating breakfast in the tiny restaurant (half closed off for construction) debris fell onto the tables from the ceiling being vibrated by the construction.
- 2/5
The valet parking attendant didn't offer to get bags out of vehicle nor upon check out did anyone offer

- 5/5
While we were there, Loews was undergoing some renovations, but staff made sure we were not impacted. Their customer service is impeccable. I will always choose to stay here.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and the restaurants were great! Loved the vibe of the Hotel. We will be looking forward to staying here again and more in other cities.
- 3/5
The hotel shuttle to downtown was nice. The construction limited the front door space, and the room needed updated.
- 5/5
My only complaint is a really small one...the bathtub is so slippery when you want to shower. A bath mat in the tub or something to allow you some traction would be a real blessing.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 3/5
This was not like other Loews. Noticeable 1 inch gap in new carpet to the right of the TV stand. We weren't made aware of construction work when booking the tickets. It was loud in the morning.
- 5/5
Great service all departments
- 3/5
I hope with renovation, they maybe keep one floor just for dogs.
- 5/5
Everything was good.
- 5/5
Great service, easy check-in and checkout. Meals and drinks in restaurants were delicious!
- 1/5
First room had a bad thermostat; second room had construction noise. Both rooms were very dated. Parking didn’t work right and food choices were terrible and the restaurant was freezing. But the gym was great!
- 5/5
Room was clean. You can tell it needs some sprucing but it good shape- I would assume that’s what the construction is for. I felt comfortable. The hotel is in a great area with plenty to do nearby. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville.

Staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate. Room were run down, dirty and bathrooms had mold in shower and shower floors. There was construction going on while we were there and no one made us aware of it. So the bathroom light fell out and onto my head as I was brushing my teeth! Bathroom sink was filling with water so fast it was all around bad. Breakfast was decent but not what I excepted for a “Lowe’s” brand hotel. Def not 5 star hotel.
- 4/5
Had a wonderful stay
- 2/5
The hotel's location is ideal for attending Vanderbilt football games, which was the primary reason for our visit. Its proximity allowed for a convenient walk to the game, and numerous restaurants are within walking distance. The lobby and in-hotel restaurant are impressive; however, the overall quality of the accommodations was disappointing. The room was unclean, with rust present in the bathroom. The furnishings appeared old and deteriorated. Stains were evident on the curtains and the ice machine room, and the bathroom featured a standard shower and bathtub combination rather than a walk-in shower. Having stayed at several Loews hotels, I had expected a consistent level of quality, but this property did not meet those expectations. It appears to be an aging hotel that has been superficially renovated through painting and renaming, resulting in a dingy and poorly maintained environment. The room rates are excessively high considering the condition of the facilities. This is the least satisfactory Loews hotel I have experienced, and our stay was notably uncomfortable. Additionally, the second-floor hallway had an unpleasant odor, likely due to smoking and the presence of garbage and fecal smells. I would not recommend this hotel; in future visits, we plan to stay at the Marriott further down the street, which offers better accommodations and comfort.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Super efficient check-in.
- 5/5
Loved the Hotel. Top notch
- 5/5
Staff excellent
- 3/5
I liked the staff text options and text check out. However, staff at front desk unable to answer most questions. Specifically called front desk and Expedia to allow family members who we rented a room for to check in. Assured by both the hotel and staff it was no problem and yet upon arrival our family had to wait for us to come back to check them in. Disappointed
- 5/5
I Love the Loews! They're Pet Friendly and they pay close attention to details. They've made some renovations/upgrades that enhance the beauty of the hotel! This is my hotel of choice when I'm in Nashville!
- 5/5
Common areas and restrooms were clean and tidy. I will definitely be staying again highly recommend!
- 5/5
this was a great hotel

Breakfast was excellent.

- 5/5
Amazing experience at this hotel. Everything was clean, staff was friendly and check in/check out was simple. Would definitely recommend again!
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Friendly service. Great location
- 1/5
I tried really hard to get a hotel with the amenities needed and paid what I felt was a higher price than average for an optimally comfortable stay but the room was outdated and the night life side of Nashville seemed more prominent in this location than the calm quiet atmosphere we were seeking.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Convenient to anything in the West End. Outstanding staff.
- 5/5
Property is immaculate. Staff warm and friendly. Needed an outlet and they brought immediately.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 5/5
Great property! The room was very clean and staff was very friendly
- 5/5
Excellent property and well managed. Enjoyed the location and added conveniences within the hotel. Look forward to coming back for a longer stay or to just pass through again!
- 3/5
Could not access the internet or cast my phone to the tv for two of the three days I was there. Unacceptable
- 5/5
Perfect location for me. I felt safe and was able to walk to Vanderbilt University in minutes. Will definitely be back soon. My son has 5 years here.
- 5/5
Parking too expensive
- 5/5
Cleaned great service
- 3/5
The property was in a good location and the common areas were great. However, I was given a room where the bathroom shower door leaked profusely, causing major floods each time I used the shower. This appeared to be a known problem. I brought it to the staffs attention, and as a result I was moved to a room with a tub, which was undesirable.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean, staff was super helpful and pleasant, hotel food was excellent, within walking distance to nice places.
- 5/5
Gorgeous and excellent property
- 5/5
Beautiful property and the staff was top tier
- 5/5
So close to Vanderbilt University. It was wonderful! From our check in to check out the staff couldn’t do enough for my son and I.
- 5/5
Check-in went really smooth, the staff were great!

Kindness of the staff cleanliness of the hotel close to everything Uber is 10 min to broadway where all the action is !!

Fabulous stay! Great location, friendly and welcoming staff, love the fruit tea in the lobby, so refreshing for a hot summer day! Would definitely return for another stay!
- 5/5
Great staff, very clean rooms.Nice place to stay for a short period
- 4/5
The accommodation was basic but definitely met our needs. The online check-in was convenient. The bath was dirty on arrival but was cleaned the following day and the signal on the TV dropped in and out.
- 5/5
Far enough away from the main attractions to be quite, most things are walkable
- 5/5
Super nice property and amazing stay. Rooms are comfortable and the gym fitness area is better then most gyms I have seen.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect the property was very accommodating with everything we needed.
- 5/5

But my 5 star rating is primarily due to the excellence of their staff. Every single employee I came into contact with was outstanding at their job!
- 5/5
Great stay. Always a pleasure

Front desk personnel were very sweet, professional…
- 5/5
Loved the property- really nice rooms and great coffee shop in the lobby! Great distance to broadway to walk, scooter, or cheap uber! Alexis was the best!!! Everything was amazing we will be back.

Overall stay was excellent. Only area for improvement is the room plumbing. There were water leakage issues in the bathroom that caused some inconveniences.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Really nice hotel. Location right across the street from Vanderbilt. 30 minute walk to Broadway. Restaurant was good in the hotel. Gym was better than 90% of hotel gyms. Service was great. If you want to stay out of the core, this is a great option.
- 5/5
Customer service was amazing. Coffee shop quick and delicious. Shuttle service very helpful
- 5/5
Nice staff and clean rooms.

Very welcoming staff. Room upgrade was amazing as part of VIP, also gave food credit and free parking. Loved that it was pet friendly for our grandpup. Excellent location and stay
- 5/5
Staff were great!
- 5/5
Extraordinary on every level! Each staff member from the valet to the front desk to the room service to the waiter in the restaurant was AMAZINGGGGG. Its hands down one of the best we've ever experienced! The European girl at the front desk went above and beyond for our stay. We couldnt be happier with Loews Nashville!

I expected more. The room was very basic. And the bar as well. And the gift shop didn’t have very many choices.

Located in Vanderbilt University campus. Rooms are dated and small. Mattress needed to be flipped. Need Better options for shampoo and body wash.

Hotel staff is excellent! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in very early. The hotel itself is very clean and nice. Our room was just ok and there were some things that could use updating. Overall very pleased

- 4/5
Staff was nice. Food was pricy.
- 4/5
Great location and rooms and service. Important to us is a hotel with a gym and this hotel’s gym was 10/10
- 1/5
Our dog was taken out of our room without our permission. We didn’t sign a release for this and no one called us to let us know it was happening!!!!
- 5/5
The entire experience was great. The staff made you feel so welcomed and were always there to greet you and provide any assistance. You ever is in charge of staff along with the staff are all doing a great job.
- 4/5
Ok hotel.
- 5/5
Loews Nashville was great! As soon as you walked in the lobby smelled amazing and the staff were nice and helpful. We loved the robes in the room and all the pillows.
- 5/5
The view from my room included the nearby university, which in itself was impressive. I had breakfast a couple times, once with pncakes and bacon, and the other with an open faced sandwich with potatoes. Both times with the house coffee and both times the food and wait staff were wonderful. The only drawbacks were that the parking garage elevators felt very run-down. The controls were unresponsive at times and you could not tell where they were from the outside. I ended up finding it faster to just walk up to the parking spot level. The other was my check-in person had a strong french accent and it was difficult to understand everything she was telling me. She was pleasant and helpful so nothing against her, I just had a difficult time understanding. All in all, it was a very good stay and would recommend it to anyone else.
- 5/5
Perfect stay can’t wait to go back. Walking distance to many restaurants and Broadway.
- 5/5
We traveled to Nashville to enjoy a concert at the Ryman. The hotel is situated away from the hub bub of Broadway but just a 6 minute drive. We found the hotel staff to be very friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and the bed was divine. There is a good coffee shop in the lobby serving Frothy Monkey coffee...a local favorite. We would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 5/5
Our dog and we were treated amazingly well. We'll always stay there when we go to Nashville
- 5/5
Our second stay at Loew’s was quite good. We appreciated the upgrade and VIP rewards. Only complaint was lack of food service available on arrival (3 pm on Wed before Thanksgiving). But it was a holiday eve so understandable…
- 5/5
The staff is amazing: friendly, efficient, and very accommodating!
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
Outstanding hotel.
- 5/5
Great place, friendly staff. My husband and Mark got along great!! And our hotel driver was also great!! I think his name was Jeff!!
- 3/5
We stay in Nashville near Vanderbilt University frequently. I really wanted to love this hotel but unfortunately I did not. The room and bathroom were small but the real issue was the awkwardly placed furniture making the desk difficult to access. The decor was nice but again awkwardly placed - not centered over the furniture. The room was very noisy which is not something that I normally am aware of in hotels. There was only one staff member available at checkout and, weirdly, that’s when we were told of our $20 per day credit as VIP guests. This benefit should have been explained at check in. Overall the location is great and the fall decor outside the hotel was very inviting but the negatives make it unlikely that we would stay there again.
- 4/5
I stayed here to be close to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. It was expensive; but only a 16 minute walk.
- 5/5
Very helpful staff especially the outdoor greeters and valet staff. Exceptional location for my purposes. A lot of good activity in the neighborhood.
- 5/5
From the time we walked into the doors and were greeted by the staff it was the perfect experience! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and every detail of the property was great for us. We would love to go back and stay again.
- 5/5
Love this hotel! Staff is wonderful and it’s super close/convenient to Vanderbilt. Food is great, amazing customer service and very comfortable. This has become our “go to” hotel in Nashville
- 5/5
Great experience after visiting for the Texas football game! Excellent staff as well.
- 5/5
Loved the stay
- 4/5
Carpet should be removed and replaced with more hygienic option like vinyl plank.
- 5/5
Great place. A bit far to walk downtown. Close to mid town
- 5/5
Convenient to Vandy and comfortable!
- 5/5
I had a lovely stay in the superior room with a king bed! It felt really spacious, and I have to say, the bed was incredibly comfortable—those sheets were a dream! I also appreciated having a desk and a cozy little sitting area. The shower pressure was just perfect, too! Plus, having a restaurant right on site was a lifesaver since I was too tired to venture out on my first night. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience!
