This was the second year Ina row we have stayed. We just love the atmosphere here. The rooms are comfortable, the staff incredible and the location right next to the MANN incredible.

The staff was absolutely awesome. location was near everything.

Very nice staff Quaint and cozy setting once you get into hotel . Comfortable beds and very clean. Wonderful staff . Organized cab ride to and from hotel .

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us with respect to dietary restrictions and luggage issues after some baggage delays flying into Naples. Very attentive to our needs and I would definitely recommend staying there if you want to be in a very walkable area if Naples. I would have loved somewhere comfortable to sit in my room other than the bed, and the outlet by the bed was sort of blocked by the headboard making it unusable with my adapter/converter.

Very charming and great location. Breakfast is great, staff is very helpful and goes out of their way. Decor is very cool and has a nice sitting area if you want some downtime outside of your room. Only downside was shower. It’s not fully enclosed so water gets all over.

Luigi was so kind + helpful in so many ways, answering so many questions + making our stay a delight

The concept of helping artists appealed to me which is why we booked the place. It was also listed in CNT as one of the recommended places to stay in Naples (what a mia characterization…). The location was very good being right next door to the archaeological museum. The bed, mattress and pillows were disgustingly dirty and smelled. They had not been cleaned in ages even though the covers were clean. When we complained to the staff they dismissed it saying it was the smell of clorine(!) as if we didn’t know what the difference was. We spent one night and left the next day having paid for two nights. The hotel would not give us a refund for the second day even though the room failed the basic requirement of a hotel ie proper and clean sleeping facilities.

An oasis of calm after the madness that is Naples Well located for the old town and very close to metro Lovely large rooms This is not a regular hotel / it is an art space / there is no reception as such . Staff were very helpful giving lots of advise on where to go and recommending restaurants etc. Breakfast is ok Shower is very poor - though there is a hand held which is better but not ideal No fridge in your room

This was a lovely, unique hotel in the heart of Napoli, right next door to the National Archeological Museum of Naples. I loved the space and the focus on local and contemporary art. Would return for longer next time!

It is near the MANN, within walking distance of the center of old Naples, Piazzas. Like an oasis in the busy city. The art and plants in the space is beautiful. Our room had a bright airy feel. Lovely breakfast too. It was hard to find. Their check in times are small.

Nice hosts and place perfect for artists as they explained they have artist workshops, and examples of art all over showcasing work. Great position right next to archaeological museum and main shopping street. Many restaurants etc and suggested places by hosts. Just let down by the below problems. Kept awake all night by stuff happening in the courtyard, probably 2 hours sleep. It’s difficult to control as the courtyard isn’t owned by the hotel. Breakfast very basic, with stale croissants and yoghurt. Nothing wrong with simple but make sure the pastries are fresh and there is a selection.

My room was absolutly beutiful! I stayed by myself, but the room is big enough for 2 people. The room is compleatly new, with some vintage furniture and artworks all around! The stuff was very nice SND friendly, wifi worked great even for my computer. Bed was very confortable! It was definitely one of the most beutiful hotels I ever stayed at! There was some noise coming from the outside, like everywhere in Italy, but as long as I used my earplugs I didnt hear anything anymore. The breakfast was quite minimal, but I always had some fruit, and you could make tea all day. Also please keep in mind that there is extra charge for checkin after 19:00.

La location, il design

I really like the style and layout. The plants are a very nice touch Breakfast was a slow and very limited in quantity

We loved the location and the staff were super friendly. A really cool communal area to relax in too. The only one thing was the breakfast. Although it was tasty what we had I think there could have been more options, and maybe a bit more of it in general. Maybe we eat more than others for breakfast, but we used to have a coffee and more food elsewhere after.
