Good location for walking around the historical center. Very clean. Easy checkin and checkout. Free wifi. Breakfast was plentiful (although none of it was warm food). Bed was super hard. Shower is tiny. Coffee must have been the cheapest packets imaginable (or perhaps the machine is old and really needs to be cleaned), because the coffee tasted bad. (The coffee machine also leaked while in use.) There were tea bags, but we didn't find a kettle.

The bed is very uncomfortable, probably needs a mattress topper or something just so it isn’t so hard. Main breaker kept being tripped by any guests using the coffee maker.. so the mornings were a bit hard as the lights in our room kept turning off.

The property is really nice inside. It’s clean and confortable, the staff is really nice and everything works well in the room. They leave some snacks for the guests which is convenient I wouldn’t recommend this place for families with children. The area around the hotel is noisy, full of people and it’s not the nicest area in Napoli. Feels a little insecure. If you are looking for a nice walkable and easy experience this is not the area to stay.

The beds were hard, the shower flooded and wouldn’t drain. Also the shower was weird. They didn’t clean our room 2 of the days we were there and we didn’t get clean towels.

The accommodation was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. It’s conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore the main attractions, cafes, and restaurants on foot. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. I especially appreciated that they adjusted the breakfast to suit my dietary restrictions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience – I would definitely recommend it!

The Air BNB was updated. It was a convenient location to both the market and the museum. It was a little difficult to locate even with Google maps.

No indication in listing that this lodging was not staffed. The Booking.com reservation confirmation included a PIN that, when the need to access a key drop box became apparent, was not the drop box key code. Shabby, poorly lit, barely marked entry to the apartments.

The room is very nice and clean, the breakfast is complete and the shared kitchen is very practical! The location is great, a little away from a busy road so less noisy than the rest of the city. And the host was perfect with us which made our stay even more wonderful. The only fault I found was that there wasn't much hot water, but otherwise everything was perfect!

The location was right in the middle of old Naples....fantastic atmosphere. The facility was in an old building but completely modernised.....clean,comfortable, secure. Our room was spacious and well appointed....very comfortable. Ariana was welcoming and helpful with any queries that we had. It was initially difficult to find the facility due to a lack of adequate signage at street level.

- lovely welcome upon arrival - daily juice and bottled water in the fridge - treats at breakfast (biscuits, cakes, etc) - Arianne really was on hand for any problems at all, and ensured that the issues we encountered were resolved as quickly as possible - clean, spacious room - everything needed was provided, even toothbrushes etc in case you have forgotten yours! - room cleaned whenever you request and bedding changed regularly - right in the middle of the historical centre - the air conditioning unit happened to break, but this was fixed quickly and we were re-roomed until it was fixed (and we are so grateful!!) - the shower doors didn't quite close and the shower head is above the glass so sometimes water gets out - bed not the most comfortable

bed was comfy and breakfast plentiful and fresh everyday the cleaner who look after our room did a good job my granddaughter loved the little cartons of juice. The room facilities were not what you would want them yo be . Had a broken lamp and we did not have a full nights sleep Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday, Friday or Saturday . we were woken by a faulty part on the hot water system that screeched continuously ever hour loud enough to wake us up' We reported it to Arianna on the day we arrived Sunday the 7th of July and she promised after hearing the screech to get some one would fix it on Monday the 8th of July but nobody came and despite us leaving notes in Italian for her it was never fixed and trying to ring her but we never got through to her on the phone Also both the shower heads the over head one and the hand held one were loose and leaking we also reported this to Arianna in a note wrote in Italian and again nothing was done to fix them we were also awakened as couple of nights as two people came and refreshed the help yourself breakfast buffet bread eggs milk etc at 1am in the morning We were so exhausted through lack of sleep on the Thursday morning that if we had not been going on a overnight stay in Capri , we were going to leave the apartment and get a early flight on Thursday back to Edinburgh . and we think that we should be entitled to at least a 50% percentage refund as a Genius club member as our holiday was completely ruined by only having one nights full sleep in 7 days as the owner of out apartment never came anywhere near to repair the boiler and the shower that were faulty
