Amazing staff :)

The location is good. You can go to many famous places very quickly or take the metro. And stuff is super nice and welcoming and warm hearted. Especially Jose, he’s super nice.!!! and help me a lot with my missing item and this Hostel. I will recommend this Hostel to all my friends. Maybe about the washroom in the room can be more clean. But it’s OK.

I loved the multicultural environment. The staff was great and very helpful. It is a safe place with no chaos and arguments. It's also seriously close to the central part of Naples and the Napoli Garibaldi station, being only minutes away from many famous food spots that offer absolutely delicious meals.

Very pleasant helpful staff. There is a guy from Colombia there who accosts you to buy his empanadas, They aren't particularly good and his dough, and filling sit uncovered in the fridge for days. Staff don't say anything to him or about him to warn guests. An elevator would be nice, but I'm sure that would be very expensive. No breakfast is available.

This was my third year there. Best location. I love being right in the middle of Centro Storico. Because it was so hot this year all the windows were open and I got bit by mosquitoes so bad I couldn’t sleep all night, but I was able to move to a different floor with a room with no windows so that solved the problem. It’s hard to say something bad because the staff us so great. They did have some problems this year with electricity going out, hot water not working and broken fridge. But they remedied the situation swiftly.

I stayed for about 3 weeks, I was very pleased. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful, they tried to help with everything. The hostel was very clean. The location is very good, walking distance to everywhere.

Very good

Great location, on a quiet street, so it's silent at night and good for sleeping. Little dark rooms, lamp didn't work in the room and there's no curtains on individual beds.

I'm sure many people would love the mattresses as they were very soft, but they were too soft for me. The location of the Hostel is in a fairly quiet area. I personally found the mattresses too soft. The cleanliness of the showers and the size of them are pretty bad ngl. There was a blocked drain in both showers (don't particularly like walking through someone else's filth). And the Hostel was not the easiest to find, even with google maps. Signage could be clearer.

Exceptional

It was centrally located. The doors don’t lock so anyone can enter into your room at any time. It’s a big problem of security. It was not clean. I woke up with bug bites. After one night of zero sleep, I decided to give up my other two nights and find a new place.
