The bed was very squicky, the room had one window facing a wall.

The shower was leaking when used, and at some point, we didn't have hot water.

Very nice apartment in the heart of historic center of Napoli. Annie was very helpful with answering any questions. I’m happy with my choice.

Clean and responsive host. In a very good location Check in steps could be sent in advance. However still a very good stay and the host was very responsive.

The only good thing about this place was the location since we were just in the middle of everything - crowdest street of Naples with access to all restaurant and shops but very polluted and noisy around the accommodation. Where to start? We got to the main door (which we took time to find) and we had to ask a delivery guy to let us use his phone to be able to call the owners. They basically expect tourists to pay for data and minutes to call them once you get there. We never got a message in advance but we were expecting to either have someone there waiting for us or see a reception where to do the check in. WRONG! Absolutely no one welcomed us, the delivery guy called on our behalf and we got sent the codes as a complete scary game to follow with videos quite long to see and understand how to get up to the house. We still thought up there, there would be a person greeting us. WRONG! Dark and full of rubbish entrance, lift not working so had to lift our heavy cases up for three floors and then another video to decode. We managed to get inside the room - dirty smell coming from the interior patio through our windows from some restaurant kitchen downstairs. We get to read on a few papers in a folder left in the room that towels and sheets won't be changed for our three night stay - we are not that fussy and at this point, I think that was the last thing we would be worrying about. The following morning, when we realized our towels were not properly drying because of the humidity in the room, then the thing changed a bit. To make the whole experience even worse, we left a 20 euro note on the bedside table the first day and the following morning, it was gone. Apparently the lady who came to "clean" the room, thought this money could be to pay for the tourist taxes and just got the money. In the "amazing" folder in the room, it was clear that money was meant to be left in the room on the last day but this lady decided to just collect the note without even asking. Lastly, on one of the nights we had to wake up and open the door ourselves to another group of tourists that were also struggling because, remember, THERE IS NO RECEPTION WHATSOEVER IN THE PLACE.

Location was very good exactly at the old centre of town. Close to lots of traditional pizza places and to lots of places for food and drinks. Early on the afternoons, there are lots of markets to shop right at the end of the street. Room is small but comfortable enough for two nights that we stayed. Water and refreshments was available in the hallway which was nice. The bathroom and toilet in general was too small and tight. There was a misunderstanding with the tickets for breakfast but landlords solve it relatively fast.

Our room was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The owners were always available to answer our questions, and the employees were very friendly. The position of Bienbì in the city is amazing: You can reach the main attractions, food spots, bars, metro and train stations by foot.

Location is good and central, perfect if you want to be in the middle of the activities and street food. It is overwhelming as a location but very easy to get used to as the noise is during the day as most of the shops/cafeterias close early so it's quiter at late hours. Bathroom/shower was quite tight and crammed. The amount of steps/stairs to the property are quite a challenge. Noise can also be an issue from others in the room or upstairs. Albeit, we did enjoy our stay.

We’re very happy we chose this B&B for our two-night stay in Naples. It’s located right in the heart of the old town, making it perfect for sightseeing and easy access to restaurants, yet it wasn’t noisy as our room’s window overlooked a quiet courtyard. Check-in went smoothly thanks to the clear and informative instructions provided by the host, as we arrived after regular check-in hours. While there are several flights of stairs to climb, this wasn’t an issue for us as we didn’t have heavy luggage. The surroundings felt safe in the evening, which was very important for us as female travelers. The complimentary snacks and water were a nice touch from the hosts! We would gladly stay here again when we are back to Napples.

Nice place Clean Location Staff The stairs. They need to share the conditions, they don’t have elevator you can go up with the suitcase you need to be e very good condition. It’s not for people up 50. Tuesday they don’t have the breakfast near the place. I’m leaving this that and it was imposible to walk with the suitcase more than 6 block in the Napoli streets. They need to improve the communication for example they send a google maps location for the breaks fast hit without details. Another point it’s the shower didn’t work and if imposible to enter to take a bath smaller ….

Passable

Location is very central and nearby to main attractions and places to eat Clean property with nice touches like refreshments upon arrival and during your stay in a communal area. Not that I didn’t like this because the location really makes it worth it, but there are A LOT of stairs to the apartment which was really difficult with large suitcases. Flagging for those with accessibility issues. I would absolutely stay again.

Exceptional

The location is great. Very clean and helpful and kind staff. Coffee machine, snacks, and mineral water are satisfying. Although it is in the middle of a very old and crowded area, but you don't hear anything. If you have lugages, please consider these things: 1- All the way to the property is in paved streets! So it is better to take a taxi which is somehow impossible except early in the morning or late at night. 2- There are about 70 steps to your room. It was better if we could have a manual including the entry codes and keys for self check in.

The location was fantastic The room was clean and quiet. There were 50 very steep steps leading to the room.and there were no lifts .

The location was really good because it’s in the center. The breakfast was a coffee and a muffin and that’s it. I wanted to get a juice, but they told me I have to pay extra for it.

Despite there being a lift in the premise, the place cannot be accessed by the same and hence was inconvenient

The location is excellent, right in the center of Via dei Tribunali, and the room is fair and clean. You can easily walk everywhere. There were snacks available in the common area and the room. The only downsides are the bed, which was noisy and uncomfortable, and the lack of a minibar to keep your drinks cool. bed and minibar
