Great host Wonderful apartment Beautiful city

The location is very central, and I loved how cozy the apartment felt inside. It may not look like much from the outside, but it’s actually very charming. Nothing much

Great location, amazing space!

The location is very central. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Had a great time staying at Nanà Bed and Breakfast!! They were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to my messages. I appreciate the wonderful hospitality! Highly recommend.

Good location and lots of space in the rooms. Slight smell of cigarette smoke every day. Also, the walk from Università or Duomo metro are both uphill to Nana. Which is hard pulling a suitcase. I found the Dante stop better and more flat.

It is located in the very centre of old Naples, where you can reach everything by walk! We couldn't have been more comfortable. Lorenza kept asking us if we needed any help and tried to disturb us as little as possible. The bed was very comfortable and we had the option of switching off the a/c if we felt hot. Nothing really!

Centrally located, in the very heart of the city. The bed was comfy, the shower is spacious. We could leave our luggage at the place before check-in time. The kitchen equipment should be reconsidered; for example, there are four coffee makers, but no microwave oven. Sometimes neighbours are loud during the night.

Location perfect Might as well have been staying in Covent garden Too many options of places to go

Perfect location, nice flat, all amenities you need, very good a/c. Staff was amazing, e.g. arranged our taxi back to airport and managed to modify it in middle of the night when we had flight changes. Welcomed us as soon as we got there, answered any question promptly by whatsapp.

Location, apartment Nothing really

Location was perfect walking distance to many historical sites and Metro. Decor was modern and room spacious with everything you needed to self cater. Surrounded by restaurants and shops with supermarket around corner. Lorenza was a great host, very helpful and always checking if we needed anything. A special touch was the pastries she supplied in our room on arrival.

We liked everything about our stay at Nana. Communication with the property was excellent, and we were met outside the main entrance to show us how to get in/out. The apartment is very well-equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and we were kept in regular contact about when cleaning would take place. Lorenza was super-helpful at every stage of our visit, checking in on us every day and helping us to arrange our taxi to the airport. The apartment is centrally located on Spaccanapoli, with excellent restaurants right outside the door, and plenty to see and do. It really is an ideal place to stay and we can't recommend it enough: we can't wait to visit again! The only downside was that the piazzetta outside can be a little noisy at night: so sleep with windows cosed or take earplugs!

The location is very good - in the heart of Historical Quarter. The house - outside - old, but apartment (situated on a third floor)- inside - totaly renovated, big bed and comfortable mattress, new bathroom, kitchen with necessary utilities and products (tea, coffee, sugar etc). The owner is very friendly, helpful and polite. Lift is available (renovated). Apartment is located in the noisy historical center but it's quiet because the window (very narrow) faces the opposite side. Everything was so good that I don't have any negative comments.

We loved the location in the Centro Storico. If we had stayed in the room for longer periods, it might have felt claustrophobic because there was little natural light but plenty of artificial light. Lorenza was fine as a host. I used the induction hot plate for the first time to warm up leftovers and was glad the manual was nearby. I spent quite a while understanding how it worked. I would have liked to receive a map of Napoli. The room and inn were very clean but the building had clumps of dirt on the stairs the entire three days we were there--not Lorenza's responsibility but not welcoming.

Central location was absolutely perfect, walk out of the apartment straight into centro storico with lots of restaurants etc nearby Fresh ground coffee was provided with a coffee percolator so a proper espresso was available - a lovely touch. We didn’t find it was noisy like some reviews suggest but we felt this was likely dependent on which apartment you get; ours didn’t look out onto the central square but it did mean it was very quiet at night It’s clearly not a 5 star hotel but that wasn’t what we wanted - if you’re after a nice stay in a secure apartment in the central area of Napoli with all the essentials then it’s perfect. While we understand it’s for hygiene, the bed did have a plastic sheet underneath it, which meant it felt a bit sticky and crinkly. Lift is also scary so take the stairs!
