The staff during the day was very helpful and professional. A1 quality and that’s the only reason why I’m giving it a 3 stars in summary. Staff at night was not impressive. AC wasn’t working. We asked for help and the staff reset the breaker. We had to reset it again 2 times during the night. Couldn’t open windows as it was way too noisy. The bed isn’t comfy at all and there’s no soundproof between the rooms. We heard the people next door partying at 1:30 am and it woke us up. Get ready to hear digs barking as well.

The ataff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was within an enclave, and the enclave was loctaed on a narrow road in the historical old town. The eating places were not satisfactory. Informations were not given

Great central location in the historic district, close to everything and full of local vibe. Friendly staff, good value for the price, and a unique, colorful interior. What I didn’t like — access to the reception was a bit difficult to find, especially on arrival. Also, the street entrance at night felt more like an open bar scene, which made it less comfortable

Great location and very friendly staff. Bed was super hard and uncomfortable. Also weird entrance.

The bed had no cushion whatsoever, felt like I was sleeping on a box spring (minus the springs). Unfortunately, I was assigned the room right next to the the cleaning staff's room which meant I could hear constant chatter, movement, machines beginning early in the morning and throughout the day.

I did not like the location. While it what close to tourist areas, I did not feel safe having my family in that area. The elevator is tiny, which required multiple trips which our luggage. The electricity in the room required the key to be on, so the a/c would only work while in the room.

Lot of things 1. Location is bad and scary. 2. The parking place is so small and streets are very very narrow. 3. The hotel should inform that parking is a paid parking. 4. Parking is far from the hotel so luggage has to be carried by ourselves with very bad streets to walk by. 5. The bathroom is below average 6. Too noisy it’s all night flight sounds
