located in old city area, very easy to walk around the city. There's so many restaurant and bar, such as the famous pizza Sorbitol. The restaurant O'SECMO is so good food and waitor and waitress. 1 the location 2 reciption 3 room and facilities

The room was spacious for a European room and it was nice to have a separate area for our kids in an upstairs loft. One of the loft beds was very springy and could use replacement.

This place was near perfect for Naples. It’s super close to everything. The host was super available and helpful in getting me things accommodated. I absolutely relied on them for everything and they helped with everything. Literally nothing. The elevator luggage was hard to use, but the team helped us carry everything for us.

We spent two nights at A Casa Del Principe and were so happy with our stay. We were met by the owner Giuseppe, who was so welcoming and made us feel at home. The apartment is located right in the heart of the old town. There are restaurants literally just metres away. The apartment is very modern and clean. Air-conditioning and is nicely decorated. Though the apartment is in a busy neighbourhood, it was very quiet at night. When we next return to Naples, we will definitely be staying here again.

The communication with the owner, location and perfect room cleaning made our stay amazing! Everything was perfect!

Breakfast wasn’t provided although we had paid for a voucher for coffee and a pastry in a cafe to be told it wasn’t provided. But you could make tea and coffee in the little shared kitchen. Tea bags and coffee provided Paying for a breakfast voucher that wasn’t provided. Room on first floor up very steep narrow stairs felt like an accident waiting to happen. The noise outside. Only telephone contact. No personal presence. The owner Barbara didn’t materialise only Mario to let us in. Not what we expected by the description on booking.com. It was more air B&B than a hosted property.

Being in the Historic Area … no big signs; cabs couldn’t enter the area unless the owner set up with taxi. The taxi driver; Mario , was terrific taking me to the airport ! Since it’s not a hotel … no one around to help you figure out where to go, what to see and more importantly… how to get there . No taxis without walking blocks, with luggage … difficult!!! I was afraid to go out to restaurants at night. Street was dimly lit, graffiti on walls everywhere…just not what I imagined in a “historic area” . Difficult for a single travler.

perfect location in the historic quarter - close to Dante station. basic facilities but little Juliet balcony for morning coffee was a nice way to wake up. staff allowed us to leave luggage after checkout. Soundproof windows were effective.

The location was great The communication was poor

The location was perfect, right in the centre of the old city. We arrived by train/metro and walked from the station. Light rain was falling as we walked and it was very comforting to hear a friendly voice calling out my name as we turned the corner into the little cobblestone lane/street the unit is in. Despite the ancient surroundings the unit is very modern and clearly recently renovated and very clean and comfortable. The small luggage elevator is very welcome. The accomodation has a web site setup for guests with recommendations of restaurants, attractions, etc. that is very well done and very useful. I noted other reviews referred to a breakfast voucher, Italian law changed at the start of 2024 and it is worth noting that this is no longer able to be offered. However, we would still highly recommend Pasticceria Giovanni Scaturchio just around the corner in Piazza San Domenico Maggiore. Nothing, would love to stay again one day and would recommend to couples.

Noisy at night.
