Gians was very attentive, he looked after us very well and exceeded all of our requests. Lovley short tours and recommendations of his favourite places to eat. Without gians we may have missed our flight as he drove us to the airport when no taxis were available. The snacks provided were a nice touch. The location is great and it is easy to reach most of the city.

Gian was very helpful with the check-in process. Great location in Vomero. Clean room with a great bathroom. Very good air conditioning. Refrigerator was very good to have.

The location of this apartment is excellent. In a nice, safe district (Vomero), plenty of shops and restaurants, its really vibrant. Its close to the Metro too. The room was very nice, beautiful bathroom, air conditioning, TV, balcony, and plenty of refreshments left for us, like lemonade, cakes, coffee etc. Our host was so very helpful, offering travel advice before we arrived, meeting us and even messaged that evening and the next day to make sure all was ok and if we needed any help with anything. It was fabulous. There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was great! Safe, friendly neighbourhood, close to the metro station. Very convenient. Gianni was a very nice host, interactive, and helpful with all our questions and concerns about staying in Napoli. You can hear loud noises from the neighbours in the other rooms, especially at night. It was hard to sleep sometimes. Maybe bring some ear plugs with you.

Exceptionally clean. Host was helpful and polite. He offered us snacks and cakes and juice. Also there were shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. All without extra charge n/a

Exceptional

Location was good It was nothing like the photos and not at all what is advertised. There is no 24-hour frontdesk. In fact there is no frontdesk. You have to call the guy to come and let you into a private apartment. He came late when we arrived, so we had to wait in the very busy street for 10 minutes. The towels were worn out, not white, not even matching. The shower had no toiletries except toilet paper. There was no shampoo, or shower gel. There was not even a bin in the bathroom! There is no common area or any such thing. The balcony is made into a kitchen and there was coffee and some supermarket cake as breakfast. I attached a photo of our breakfast that was left under the sun for days. The bed was tilted to the middle. So, we could not sleep, because we were rolling towards the middle all the time. The sheets were also not white, so not sure if they were clean.

We had a great, unforgettable experience at Gians B&B! The room was very clean, renovated, comfortable and in an excellent location. It was only 3 minutes walk from the metro station, and the neighborhood was really nice. I think the most important thing is having your host available for communication, and Gian exceeded our expectations! He is really kind, welcoming and willing to help!

Very nice place, cool place, comfortable and in a good central position . It's very hard to find something bad... If I have to choose, I'll speak about the mirror in the bathroom: , it is really cool, but it is quite opaque; in fact there is available a little mirror on a stand in order to made the girls makeup without busy the bathroom? Then I can say that there is the air conditioning only in the bedroom and not in the other room, but it was not so much an issue cause however the house was not warm (note: we spent a night during an hot summer) As well as I can say that, obviously, the sofa bed was not the most soft, as all the sofa bed. So in the end, if these are e wors "defects" , you could imagine that the piece was really nice.

It was clean, bed was comfy, balcony was big and nice. It would be nice to have a table and chairs on the balcony and a towel rail in the bathroom. But these are minor things.
