Breakfast was an Italian classic (croissants, some cookies, gem, honey, butter etc..). The Location is close to metro station, groceries stores, restaurants, coffee shops. There is a lot of activity in that area.

Love the location along a pedestrian only street with a great variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. An outside terrace was very nice to have. Only a short walk to the metro and taxi stand. Room was a nice size and very comfortable. Quiet as well. Staff were very helpful before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and nice rooms Mold in the shower. Morning staff announced that checkout was at 10 though documents in the room said 11:00. I took a shower and the hot water ran out two minutes in - I was the only person in our group who showered, so it wasn’t because we used it up.

Location, very clean, everything worked well. Check in a little bit complicated until staff could be reached via telephone. Check in instructions should be made clearer. Shower could have been bigger

Breakfast is good a mix of breads, croissants, cakes, cereal, meat ,cheese etc with juices ,milk ,coffee and tea. The location is perfect its 20 minutes by metro from the centre of Naples, its mainly a residential area with plenty of shops and restaurants and a few good supermarkets It's a very safe and clean area. You can walk up to Castel Sant Elmo in 15-20 minutes (there are 2 elevators) it has a wonderful 360 view of Naples and is only €5;00 entry when we arrived.The flush to the toilet wasn't working properly ,but hey fixed it quickly

The small terrace that is has. The lack of security that the hotel has in the facilities and on the background of the guests, the narrow stairs and not elevator, the bustle of the street, small rooms.

Location was perfect, great breakfast, beautiful balcony and perfect size. It was nice and clean and easy to get to. Shower cubicle is small if you're a bigger person, cannot get a car to drop you at the property directly as it's on a pedestrian only street.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was very close to vanvitelli metro station with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. The staff were friendly. Rooftop terrace was available for use. Breakfast was provided. Although the bathroom was private, the bathroom was located down the hallway and was not attached to the room. Breakfast could be improved, some fruit would be good.

The location was very good as it was in a safe neighbourhood, the air con worked very well, and everyone was pleasant and gave good recommendations of things to do.

The Location of this loft is very Good. It is very clean and comfortabel. The Bathroom is not included to our Hotel room. We received a Key for a separate Bathroom locates at the end of the Hallway. So if you Need to go to the toilett, you Need to go to the Bathroom Ober the breakfast area Through to get to the toilett. Same procedure going to the shower.
