The location of the property was perfect, the room was so comfortable and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Made for a perfect few days in Naples.

this is a horrible experience. We traveled with our 80 years old grandma. While the bathroom is upstairs, not in the main floor. And the parking is a big headache. There is no parking nearby. We contacted the owner, she provided a nearby parking garage. We visited there but it is full. We have to drive around and around in this area, spend two hours to find one parking spot. The roads /streets nearby is too narrow, and up and down a lot. So hard to drive around.

Location, cleanliness The bathroom is a loft with a small ladder to access. I have knee surgery and found it difficult to climb up, specially in the middle of the night

The staff was generally nice and tried to be helpful. However, they did not speak fluent English, so it wasn’t always easy to gather information. The room was clean. The main and most important issue is that the apartment is located directly under the metro. This means that while you are in the room, you can clearly hear the train passing and even feel the room shake when it goes by. This was not mentioned during the booking process and was only discovered upon arrival. Considering that the metro operates until 23:00, this alone would make me hesitant to recommend this place. Additionally, the apartment is part of a complex with several similar rooms very close to one another, which creates a noticeable lack of privacy. While the bathroom being on the second floor was visible in the photos, it was still not very comfortable in practice.

Exceptionally well located b and b just beside the metro. Bathroom with spa bath was a treat. Good communication about check in and help with taxis. Noise from the underground below. Breakfast at nearby cafe not really ‘ luxury’. Only very basic coffee and croissant included and what was included wasn’t clear. On one occasion when I had sfogliatella ( as you would want to in Naples ) they charged me for it even though I hadn’t had a croissant! Seemed a bit mean!

The location and facilities were amazing. The location from the metro is a short walk. The inside is very elegant with great lighting, heating and excellent wifi. The rooms had a Tea bar with mugs, a HUGE TV, firm mattress and memory foam pillows. The bathroom had a large toilet and bidet, large body towels, face towels and a hair dryer. The shower was extra wide and had a waterfall shower head. They provided dental kits, small shampoo/conditioner bottles, soap and shower caps. They offer a typical Italian breakfast of a coffee and croissant at a local cafe using a voucher. We came during a holiday so we didn't get welcomed or told any instructions in person about the Bnb. The windows are very tall with a door to close out light. The space between the window-door and window echoes sound which makes hearing street noise at night inevitable. If you are a light sleeper book elsewhere. The stairs to the bathroom are steep, I had to keep an eye on my younger children to make sure they didn't slip or trip. Make sure you turn on the water heater 15 min prior to showering. The bathroom has a waterfall shower, I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. This was an inconvenience because I didn't want to get my hair wet. The shower caps provided weren't big enough to cover afro hair. My husband likes a more hardy breakfast so if that is you as well keep this in mind.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and in a very nice location. We loved the high ceilings, the large bathroom, and the big bed. The customer service provided was outstanding. Lucio was always polite, friendly, and responded quickly! ?

The noises and vibrations from the metro are unbearable

Modern room, great bathroom, spacious. Roberta was great at providing instructions and helping out with Naples. Great location- very close to the underground station and shops. A bit noisy outdoors but overall great.

Everything. Beautiful room, lovely bathroom and fantastic Tea in the room but no milk. Italians don’t drink tea with milk so can only say it’s a personal preference to have had it.

Nice room in perfect location close to the Metro, shops and many restaurans. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The host Roberta was very kind and helpful. Next time we visit Napels we will defintly stay again at Miluar. ---

Loved the design of the property - very cool that the bathroom was lofted on a second floor from the bedroom. It was extremely clean and comfortable, with huge windows overlooking the street in a central location. The staff, especially Roberta, were very friendly, personable and helpful. Roberta even took the ride to the airport with me to make sure it all went smoothly. The staff was also multi-lingual, which made communication seamless. Would 100% recommend staying here! No complaints at all!
