Easy communication, everything worked as agreed to pick up keys and get in. Good location, we reached everything comfortable by walking. Also liked the vibe of the whole building, it was not like staying in just another hotel.

Good communication with the host, location in the center, close to public transport, clean and comfortable :) and wi-fi works!

The beds, the cleanliness, the shower temperature were very good. The place itself is great. However, the neighbourhood is central, but extremely rundown and uncomfortable to walk around. Partly why I chose the place was because of reviews for a nice reception. But I was guided by mesages to an Indian-owned shop, where I was thrown the keys, waiting on a queue after a guy with a stolen phone. Not the greatest of beginnings. Would not repeat.

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Everything that you need when you are sightseeing. I had a few issues with the lift taking my 10 cents but the stairs are not a problem.

Great location from train station and central Naples. Very clean and comfortable room with en-suite. Breakfast provided is from local cafe 50m away. Wasn’t easy to locate from street unless using property number. It’s located inside a main door and on 3rd floor. There is a lift but you need 10 cents to operate it.

I liked the convenient location. Easy to get to from the airport, just a short walk from Ali Bus. The cleanliness of the room and how quiet the room was considering the location. The shower size could be just a little bigger.

The location was pretty good, walking distance to many lovely food spots as well as the main station to head to other attractions around Naples. Also very surprised that the place have a kitchen included, I originally thought it was only a room not a studio so that's always a bonus! Not really much, only thing is lack of sockets available.

This is a perfect little spot in Naples for small friend groups or couples traveling! Alessandra is so great, we had some flight delay issues and rental car problems and she stayed up until she knew we were able to get access to our room. We stayed in the room that can accommodate five people, it's a single bedroom with a queen bed, single bed, and pullout couch. There were three of us, and the space was fine for us. However, if there are five people just be aware that it is a single room so limited space and storage. There are four shelves for clothes as well as a clothes rack with hangers, it worked great for us as we were only there for a couple days. The unit has air conditioning which was great, the bathroom is renovated and very large, and the windows have shutters that block out the airplanes flying overhead pretty well. There is a cute coffee/pastry cafe a minute down the road from the air b&b, and the central train station is about a 10-12 min walk. The beds were pretty stiff, but not to the point of extreme discomfort. The pull out couch was surprisingly comfy. There are not a lot of outlets available in the room, I would definitely bring an extension cord or power strip of your own.

The B&B was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Alessandra is a very kind and helpful host, she send us some ideas, where should we going out, restaurants, bars or what food or beverage we must try. It was very kind of her. The check-in and out was easy, and the communication too. Every second day was cleaning. Absolute recommend Civico Vesuvio B&B.

We stayed in King studio sofa bed room with city view. We got excellent instruction how to get in via WhatsApp. Hotel manager is reliable, caring and communicative. Room equipment was OK, WiFi and especialy air conditioning was working well. Hotel neighborhood is quite OK with no excessive noise in the night. Location not too far from public transport. Very good price-performance ratio. Nothing important was bad.
