They offer free breakfast redemption card that you can go to cafe about 10 minutes walking away. The cafe is cute and they give you a drink and a large croissant/sandwich. Also in the email I got you can have a free glass of Prosecco from the same cafe. The room was nice and big. We reserved the one with a bathtub and it had a nice view. Small free snacks and free water bottles in mini fridge. Getting to the hotel was confusing and felt kind of sketchy. You have to go into a small door inside of a huge door that opens to a courtyard. On the left there is a tiny, shaky elevator that you take to the four floor. The elevator sometimes didnt work because people would forget to close the inner doors and that would be annoying. The shower could use some demolding. We ran out of hot water for the bathtub pretty quickly.

Everything was perfect! The room was wonderful, very clean, comfortable, and well organized. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcomed. Highly recommended!

Location

Location is good as access to old Napoli for the tours is good. There are restaurants and a whole street of local food not too far and walkable. Enrico is a friendly host. The room we had was small and basic. It is also located on the 4 th floor and you need to use coins 20 cents to use the elevator. Enrico gave us 3 coins so that is all we used. Good exercise after a good meal. The breakfast was just a small piece of tart. The shower is a trickle and my wife did not get any hot water. Tried contacting Enrico but no response ( was around 7 AM on an Easter Monday) The contact on the site is that of of Enrico’s Dad who answers the phone but speaks only Italian. He does get him to call back. Overall, value for money considering the location.

Amazing room for an affordable Price

Charming building. Clean and comfortable. Great service at reception desk! Many things are poorly installed, e.g. the toilet paper holder fell off, the wall plugs and light switches are wobbly, the bathroom mirror is dark and has hanging wires behind it. The shower has a window in the bedroom… I mean fine, cool, whatever, but please include a curtain for those who need to share the space lol The breakfast was disappointing, just skip it.

Clean modern spacious appartment with comfortable beds

It was in a strange and didn’t seem that great for restaurants etc - getting into the building was very strange and hard to get suitcases through a tiny door within a door - the neighborhood seemed sketchy - but our host was lovely once we figured out how to get into the building Getting into the building and the sign for it is tiny The rooms were very nice but we didn’t leave that evening because we wasn’t sure if we could get back into the room as the code on the outside door to the building didn’t seem to work and the area seemed a little rough

Interior was as pictures. It was advertised that they woukd have a receptionist till 8pm to check me in but They send me a message by WhatsApp to follow a quiz instructions to access the room in a different location! Yes different building and instead of a view I had a wall in front of me from the window.

The location was great - close to several pizza places and not far from the train station. We only stayed one night, and it worked well for our four-person family to stay in one room. Nothing, for one night it was great! Longer stays we would have wanted to have two rooms for the four of us.

Modern and sleek, large comfortable bed, AMAZING BATHROOM AND SHOWER… Elevator although that’s not their problem. WIFI was annoying with the connection to the rooms

The room was beautiful with large windows and small terrace. Getting into the property required us to use an intercom that didn’t seem to work. We were let into the courtyard by the cleaning staff and shown to our room. Outside the property was a beautiful church at night it was a gathering spot for homeless people or people hanging out. The area outside the property was also dirty.

Shower takes long to make hot water and very little amount of water comes out.
-
Road noise loud. TV didn't work on the last day of the trip. There were no tissues in the bathroom.
-
The apartment is on the 4th floor and the lift was very old and a bit scary for us to use. It works fine so maybe just us. there were stairs which we didn't mind using

Room style decor and cleaniness The lack of a traditional reception: all communications have to be done via text. The room setting for the breakfast was not very convenient (there was not a table were to sit and eat more confortably), enough dishes, utensils and/or napkins). Also the breakfast included was not too satisfying.

Very modern, clean, comfortable bed and the staff very nice. Vitolo recommended a few places for dinner and even provided us with a converter for our phone charger. The first night the AC didn’t work but it was fixed and worked fine rest of stay. Close to city center so our room was very noisy at night. There were also many people gathering by a tree next to us to drink and maybe do drugs. However, we never felt unsafe.

The property was in the perfect location. It was incredibly clean and the hotel itself was very quiet.

We only stayed here for like 16 hours as it was just a stop over before flying home the day after. I liked the the decor of the room, we had a lime wash effect with some dark wood panelling. The bed was comfy and there was just enough room for the double bed that in there for our 2 kids too. The room was clean if not a little dusty under the beds, the bathroom however was lovely and clean. I didn’t like the location but we chose it as it was next to the airport. I felt really unsafe walking the streets. I also didn’t like that the location is classed as one place but then your host comes to get you and takes you across the street. This felt a little suspicious until we got there and realised it was legit.
