Location and cleaning staff and rooms felt new The front desk staff didn’t feel trustworthy and didn’t act like the staff of a luxury hotel. Upon check-in, they put me in another room type and didn’t tell me. The second floor room was loud and I could feel rumbling from the metro. No facility for airport pickup.

Friendly staff. Rooms ok but I expected a little nicer for the money. Breakfast was mediocre.

Nothing They cancelled our long-standing confirmed reservation a few hours before check in. They said it was because the credit card didn't process but we gave them 3 different cards and this was never an issue for any other hotels booked through the site.

Beautiful property and clean Unfortunately the neighborhood is littered with trash, broken bottles and graffiti

Nothing Everything

We were kindly given an upgrade and it was extremely quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. We opted not to have breakfast simply because there is a DELICIOUS pastry shop called Il Capriccio across the street which offers some of Napoli's best baked goods!

The breakfast was very good. The hotel was clean. The staff was exceptional! The room was on the small size and needs to be updated.

The room was very nice and big. The breakfast was good. Ivana at the reception was pleasant, always smiling and accommodating. We will return for another trip at Caracciolo. The heating system

Several rooms were not remodeled. No hot water in my room for one day. Toilet broke in one room. Room locations were not close at all.

The hotel is lovely and the staff friendly. It’s relatively close to the central train station and the Spanish Quarter. However, the immediate surrounding area is less than inviting

A great location and extremely nice staff. Highly recommend it!

We had a delightful stay at Hotel Palazzo Caracciolo in Naples. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Our room was spacious and comfortable—plenty of room to relax and unwind—with strong attention to modern comforts. The hotel is located only about a 15-minute walk from Napoli Centrale station, which made getting in and out of the city very convenient. We dined in the hotel’s garden-style restaurant, which offered an especially lovely setting—surrounded by greenery, it felt peaceful and charming. The food was outstanding, showcasing classic Neapolitan flavors with flair. It truly elevated our dining experience. The property itself is housed in a former grand palace—originally built on the foundations of a medieval castle dating back to the 13th/14th century. All in all, this hotel combined history, comfort, and friendly service seamlessly. We highly recommend Hotel Palazzo Caracciolo to anyone visiting Naples and would gladly return ourselves! N/A

Sea bass dinner was just okay.

Knew little of Naples. Needed only one night. Traveling solo as female worked out superbly. First rate hotel. I had a duplex room! Everything was in order. Nice amenities! Bed and bath were divine. Water etc in mini fridge. Staff was kind and very helpful as I needed ferry, and taxi detailed information. Beautiful historic building, renovated with that Italian flair. Naples is chaotic...Went to eat pizza and joined the chaos in a local cafe a few blocks from hotel. Kind service and a classic Napolitano pizza took my breath away: beautiful..plus waitress put my leftovers in a box, which made one satisfying breakfast with in room coffee.

Do not recommend. Was checked into an old cave room. Needed renovations badly. Bed was uncomfortable, bathroom shower was not draining and room had multiple issues. This hotel did not meet a minimum standard. We were switched rooms only after complaining a few times.
-
Hotel located in an architecturally interesting building. Close walking distance to old town Naples and a longer walk to the archeology museum. We had dinner there and the food was excellent. A bit confusing to find your way around.
-
Location for ease of access from airport. The internal courtyard areas are stunning Room wasn’t anything special, windows in room are not opening wide.
-
The Queen rooms are very old and tired, this hotel is the worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed at.

The staff was kind. The location was not pleasant at all, but what bothered me the most was the noise from the street and the heat in the room. You can't control the air conditioner, which was set to heat, so we just turned it off, there is no soundproofing in the windows, which made it feel like we were sleeping on the street, sirens, whistles, shouting, the whole street inside the room.
