- authentic experience - living in o'vascio on the ground floor - responsiveness - early check-in, the host provided a portable heater upon request - can accommodate up to 4 people - has a kitchen - cold apartment, especially floors and bathroom - AC/heater is not enough to heat the whole apartment - no place to dry clothes/towels (if leaving in the bathroom they remain wet) - audibility - one can hear everything happening outside (due to the building being old and o'vascio being at the ground floor) - no safe for valuables - coffee machine, although mentioned in description, was under repair, and we found out about it only after asking by ourselves - mould in shower cabin, dust on some surfaces - rooms have no doors in between - not enough towel hooks in bathroom (especially for max capacity of 4 people) - boiler capacity is not enough for 4 people taking shower in a row - squeaky bed - free toiletries: hand soap, shower gel and shampoo in family packs (not in personal packages) - property facilities state "view", but there is no view (almost no windows or they are facing a back street) - property facilities state "hardwood or parquet floors", but the floor was linoleum

The apartament has perfect location, you can reach everything in the historical centre by foot. The communication with Massimiliano was accurate and he even helped us with some problems. The beds are really comfortable! A little bit noisy during night but that's normal for Napoli.

super clean and the owner is very caring + supportive! he made it very easy for us to check in and prepared water and coffee. felt really appreciated! it’s in the ground floor so you can hear people outside when it’s loud unfortunately

Massimo, the owner is fantastic, available for any question & need. The location is best - by foot to almost every important site in Napoli. The apartment is excellent - trendy & clean. Just take into consideration - you are in the heart of the old city - lively until very late hours ?

Great location, clean, spacious and host was extremely helpful. Recommend a kettle, however we were able to make do with microwave and coffee machine.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Great position right in the center, it's close to the biggest monuments of Naples. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the subway. Equipped kitchen with fridge. Perfect communication with Massimo before arrival, during the stay and upon departure. Massimo is a very willing and pleasant host who really helped us a lot during our stay. He also gave us tips on what to see in Naples and what trips to go on. We were glad to meet Massimo, thank you :) Nothing, it just occurs to me that there could be a kettle in the kitchen.

Clean, spacious and fully equipped. Location was good. Massimo was also a great host providing us with pointers on where to eat and what to do. Highly recommend!!
