The water in the shower was unstable—it was cold at first, then very hot for 2 seconds, and then it became cold again, so I couldn’t shower properly. The entrance door looked old, like it was from the 90s, as you can see.

I loved the location of this hotel, lots of restaurants near, the bus terminal is near also. I liked the cleanliness and the staff. Vittoria answered very fast the Whatsapp messages and there was good communication with her. I did not like the humidity of the room, once you enter the room you can feel its very humid.

Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay thanks to Vittoria, who was incredibly kind and friendly. She provided us with excellent recommendations for authentic Neapolitan restaurants and gave us helpful directions to explore the city. This place is a true gem! It’s quiet, well-located, and allowed us to experience the most original and typical side of Naples. We were able to walk to nearly all the attractions. Without a doubt, we will return!

Close to metro and old town. Coffee and light breakfast at the place. Fast wifi in the room. Room is with the small balcony to the street.

I was very happy with this accommodation Breakfast was good enough, It was nice to have a little cupboard with snacks, tea and coffee. Location was perfect. Was close to the local restaurants and most of the monuments and main street. Stuff was very kind and friendly. I highly recommend for couples and families. Room was just a little bit too dark in my opinion but comfy enough for our needs.

Werry nice place. If you want to know how woud be to live in Napoli go there. Apartman is in one old haus and you have there privat like in your home. It is on safe location close old city. I was there alone 3 days an every night come alone home and not gave any problem or incovenice. Really love Napoli.

The B&B is in a very central location, close to the metro and city centre. There’s coffee, tea and fruit available in a small common area. Unfortunately the room was very dark and gloomy. The bed also was not very comfortable and made a lot of noise whenever one turned over making it quite difficult to get a good night sleep. And while there was WiFi, it was very weak.

You have a variety of options for a quick bite like croissants, cookies, fruits and cereals for free. There is also a coffee machine. The host was super friendly and helpful. First - the location. Even though the metro station is basically in front of the apartment, my friend and I weren’t feel safe during our stay. The area is full of homeless people sleeping in the park, the place is very crowded during the night and it is very noisy and creepy. Second - air conditioning. We booked our stay in July and like it says - the property has the air conditioner. Well, not in our case. When we checked in, the host told us that the AC does not work and she suggested to call the repair man while we are out. We agreed but during our stay nothing changed. The room was smelly, boiling hot and the air was suffocating. Third - the room is so SMALL. You barely have space for walking. Our suitcases had to be closed because otherwise we could not move. Also, the bathroom wasn't clean, the shower was mouldy, unhygienic and we felt unsafe walking barefoot in the bathroom.

Good size room, host was awesome and the facilities were fantastic! Had everything I needed there plus more! The bathroom was not well ventilated, and there were some bugs in the room that couldn't fully get rid of

Breakfast and coffee were available 24/7. Host was easy to communicate with. Fun bathroom! But of a rough location so travelling alone may not be the best here.

The location is central, close to everything. The accomodation is clean, has all necessary facilities. It is a real value for money. I highly recommend it.

Loved the location, location, location and the communication from and to the host. The host was very welcoming and I felt very safe at the apartment and walking around the local tourist sites and using the metro. Sadly it does smell of damp and the hot water is not reliable

Location. Very close to Piazza Cavour metro station Irresponsible host Diego never showed up. The shower was NASTY, full of mold and fungus. I asked for a clean-up. Diego told me he'll send the maid and never did. It was so disgusting and unacceptable

The location is great, one street from a metro station. The hosts were lovely, allowing us to check in early. Overall, the room was clean. However, the shower was not. It looked moldy and it gave off a strange smell.

The room was good, clean and had nice amenities. The host was greeeeat! He gave us a ton of great recommendations! So, we would highly recommend it and would love to return!
