It is close to the airport. The night staff was super rude. The first room they gave us the toilet drain didn't work, so we asked for another room and the staff told us to just use a glass and pour water down the toilet instead. When we requested again another room since we paied more than 500 Euros for it and we deserve at least a proper bathroom, they gave us another one which was clearly under renovation with wall paint in the floor and very dirty. Finally we asked for a third room and that we really needed it since a member of our group was sick and it was really late and needed rest, the night staff called us rude and unpleasant to our face, even though we just wanted a working room. We asked several times that he just gives us the keys and let us go instead of having us listening to his random tirade insulting us but he said he wanted us to listen it before giving the keys. The next morning they gave us a complimentary breakfast for the problems, but it was not ok at all. If you still want to make the mistake of going to this place, do not get the breakfast, they dont even have a working coffee machine and you can find more food and variety in a homeless encampment under a bridge.

Room had a fun balcony overlooking the crazy Italian drivers below. 1. Physical keys for all rooms are a pain and a liability. 2. Location is sketchy and remote from Centro historico. 3. Room safe was inop. Instead of replacing batteries they gave me another physical key to drag around. 4. There was a large group of unsupervised kids staying there that kept me awake last night before a 6 am flight. 5. There was no air conditioning. There wasa wall unit, but no way to. Turn it on or off or control it. 6. They give you a tv remote at check in. Do they have a problem with remote theft?

Staff, Location Hotel desperately need restoration and very noisy (Window on main road).

Location The hotel was dusty and could have been cleaner. The bar was never open, it took about 10mins to find someone to open it then we would be served one drink then they left!. The restaurant only opened for a no very good breakfast fruit pies and cake, dubious meats and cheese the only good item was the fresh small bread rolls, never opened for lunch and only served dinner if you were with a group of 20 or more, this is not made clear on your info. The bedroom was large but not much furniture only a dusty wardrobe to put clothes in, no AC unit in the bedroom. The advertised terrace bar and restaurant was closed, this was a problem because there were not many places to eat close by that were open in the evening.

Nothing The hotel was located on a main road which I wouldn't have a problem with. However the hotel does not have double glazing which means that you hear every car, every car or scooter horn until 2am in the morning, music from the bars below. Literally every noise of a city. The shower also was poor and leaked. The fridge still had goods inside from previous room occupants

That was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. Absolutely awful. I’m not going to go into details about the bathroom…as it was terrible. The room they gave us was for disabled people, I don’t know why. The staff at the reception were nice. The room, the floor, the bathroom, the pillows- all awful

The hotel is an oasis in the mist of the chaotic city center of naples. Everything works properly and on time, the stuff is super kind and helpful and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our room was actually very big, with big wardrobe and 3 huge windows that had a view in the city center, the capodimonti hilll and the botanical garden. The water pressure and the temperature of the water in the bathroom was absolutely perfect!!! Since it was really cold these days in Naples, we enjoyed this a lot. Also the breakfast is value for money. A lot of sweet options and a few savory (this is quite normal in Italy, to have a sweet for breakfast). Extra bonus: They stuff was also flexible when we requested to add breakfast only for one person of the room. Some minor restorations(not even a renovation) in the bathroom could be of use.
