Flavia was an excellent host. She helped us locate the property and was quick to answer any of our questions on whatsapp. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a perfect location within the city with a lovely balcony to watch the street from! Such a lovely stay! From Olivia, Grace and Elina

Central , very clean and host was very attentive and communicative. Room is absolutely tiny for 3 people, pics may be a bit misleading, outdated and extremely noisy as the windows are single glazed

The accommodation was lovely and central. The rooms were clean and large . It was really difficult to gain entry to the accommodation when we arrived. We had not been given any instructions and our Uber driver kindly called the owners to help us get into the building. Then the owner spoke to us through the intercom but we couldn't understand him so we really struggled to understand which room was ours and how the key and card worked. We should have been sent instructions beforehand to avoid this frustration. We had been assigned the room with the remote bathroom which wasn't great. The bathroom had no window and had to be left open to air so we couldn't leave our stuff in there. The shower is tiny. The first three nights, we slept well despite the city noise outside. The next three nights, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, were extremely noisy. It sounded as though there was a nightclub close by and people were talking loudly on the streets outside well into the early hours so we couldn't get much sleep.

It all started so well! I made this trip with my two adult daughters. Our first impression could not have been better: Excellent communication via WhatsApp, clear instructions. Once we got to the place, a very pleasant scent and impecable room was ready for us. Even some delicious treats from the lady owner, Flavia. The room was spacious, with a wonderful balcony, comfortable beds, clean linens and towels. At some point we requested some fresher towels before walking out, when we returned, the fresh towels had been delivered. Maybe just like with the towels, one has to make a request about having the room cleaned and beds mad? We did not make the request. Great location to walk to various sites, or to walk to and from the train station, or to the ferry port to visit the islands. There is a very nice place for a quick, reasonable priced breakfast and wonderful people right next door, at Federico. For information, there are cameras, they are evident. I do not like it or dislike it. It pains me (really) what happened towards the end, at time of paying... It was the night prior to our departure. The owners have an adjacent kitchen (with cameras) where they have POS for the guests to pay (all is done remotely). I followed their instructions sent to me. I turn on the POS .. but then it died. A sudden message from the owner, pops up and she lets me know that the POS isn't charged, that other guests have stolen the chargers. She asks us to try with our chargers. We more than gladly did, she saw us through her camera, I am sure. I took all the time needed even though we needed to pack as we were leaving very early the next day. It didn't work. Then she suggests a bank transfer, which I did not want to do. Then they ask if I have cash with me, which I did not. Thinking now, if I'd had the cash, I suppose they would've come by right away to get it. Why couldn't they bring a charger for their POS to receive my payment(?). I had my card in my hand, ready to pay, just as I paid the other hotels where we stayed. Well, then they wanted to email me a payment request via PayPal. I said that I did not want to make any payments that had anything to do with PayPal because of their fees and additional charges that I don't even understand. That's why I had my card with no foreign transaction fees (and rewards). Francesco then calls me and we talk, and he says that it's just a PayPal link, that I could still pay with my card (obviously), and assures me there will not be any additional fees and it will be just as utilizing their POS. Tired, I reluctantly gave up, he sends the link followed by "Did you have received?"" Can you pay now please?" I make the payment. Once home I see the "pending transaction" $ did not match. PayPal informed me of their fees. I will stop here because what came after that is complicated and really saddened me. This could have been avoided.

Needed a phone with service to contact host for location, how to get in, and payment. Never saw them once. Advertised as bed and breakfast but no breakfast. Public bathroom had no key to lock it the first night. Shower flooded each use.

Remote host, available through WhatsApp for all needs and local tips. Large comfortable room. The Toilet of the pink room was detached. It was on the main corridor with a video camera, which was slightly weird privacy wise.

I liked the location of the the apartment, because it was in the city center. Also the owner of the apartment was very helpful and friendly. I didn't like the fact that the kitchen had no equipment, for example there no plates to eat your breakfast and no pot to cook something simple.

Francesco is a great host. We ere very well received and gave us great tips on where to go in Naples. The room was very comfortable and clean. The entrance of the building was confusing. Great to have the host to explain better how to get in
