very good value for money and location - perfect to explore the city

Locations is perfect and the staff were incredible!!! Our plan in Napoles was more than perfect because staff help us a lot, with tours recommendations, help to get taxis or Ubers, and also my wife got sick and the staff help me to get a pharmacy options, next day gave us breakfast to help her to get better, so love it. Very secure and nice place! Closer to everything in Napoles and very close from Metro università stop, which make everything easier. NO applicable

The staff were very helpful and happy to help. This place was a major blessing! Even with a last minute booking due to a stressful travel mishap, they were immediately there and able to guide as needed.

Very central accommodation, which made getting around on foot really easy. Very comfortable and cozy, with a delicious breakfast served in the room, which truly made a difference. I must also highlight the host's kindness and willingness to help with anything we needed. A wonderful experience!

The room was stylish, beautifully decorated, and kept very clean. Mattia, the host, was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the smart check-in process easy and fast with his clear guidance. Check-out was also straightforward, and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage securely before our return flight. The location is excellent—very close to the metro station and within walking distance of Napoli's main attractions. We felt safe during our stay, as the external door of the complex is locked and monitored by a security guard, the B&B floor is accessed via a passcode, and the room requires a key card. Breakfast was provided in the room on the first day at the agreed-upon time, which was convenient. From the first evening, the room had a noticeable smell of humidity, which was unpleasant. Additionally, breakfast was only provided in the room on the first day. On the second day, we were asked to have breakfast at a nearby coffee shop. We understand the change but the offering of just a snack and a drink felt very basic, especially considering we had paid extra for breakfast. The most significant issue was the lack of warm water. It was rather lukewarm. We were unable to take a proper warm shower during our stay, which was quite inconvenient and disappointing.

Mattia was very responsive and always easy to contact. We were able to get laundry done same day at very reasonable cost. Breakfast was plenty of food for us, delivered to room. Room basic but adequate, good location. Nothing negative to say

We had an amazing stay. location is great, close to a metro station and right in the center. The staff is very nice and the room was very clean. The guy on the reception explained to us about the places we must see at Napoli and his information was very helpful. we had free water, juice and other things for free. recommended! The rooms were not big enough and the walls are not sealed, you can sometimes hear what is happening in the next room or in the corridor..

Nice location, close to the all main areas in Naples. Breakfast is included, and snacks & water. Super quiet to sleep A bit ascetic room, hai dryer is week one:(

Very clean! We’ve always received fresh water. The bathroom was insanely perfect. It has a good location. You can park your car nearby.

The property is in an amazing location in the city centre however it is very peaceful. It’s very close to the port where you can very easily get a ferry to several islands and locations ! The owner was very helpful and kind ! Went above and beyond from providing welcoming snacks and drink’s and amazing breakfasts ! Gave amazing advice on where to eat and what sights to see ! Room was always clean and the air con works great.
