My husband and I booked very very early morning same day because we checked into a terrible Airbnb and the staff immediately accommodated us and allowed us to check in early (keep in mind it was low season). They also helped us change our ferry tickets to Capri. The finishings of the hotel are high end and the rooms are spacious, modern, and beautiful. The staff could not have been more helpful Nothing

Good location, just steps from Universita station. Close to centre but not too hectic in the middle. The studio 7 is spacious with pantry to handle some light food. Good balcony to the street. Bathroom is good. All in all , comfortable stay We checked in 9pm+ which is off reception time. Was told that elevator down 1day before arrival. And we ended up struggling with lifting 3pcs of 18kg luggage from level 0 to level 2 of the building. Yes, we’re told but that’s that. No other preparation was suggested at all. For first timers in Napoli, I recommend some other places you can get assistance from a concierge or just professional reception.

Welcoming, elegant and clean, exactly what we needed for a 2 days stay in Naples. Ideal for those who come to explore the city. It’s not a hotel, so there isn’t someone 24/7 at the reception, in case you need something, but it’s very easy to communicate with WhatsApp

Everything: beautiful modern airy rooms in an old building in a great location with attentive and helpful staff. Nothing!

Clean and modern. Traveled with a friend and we had blinds in the bathroom as it’s clear glass into the room! The restaurant on their website is 5 minute walk use google maps as it’s tricky to find. Great food!

The desk manager was extremely helpful. She not only helped me book a tour, but also helped me with a laundry issue. She was truly outstanding and appreciated by this weary traveler. The elevator was a major hassle dealing with coins to operate it. I had trouble entering the hotel space until I was shown that I could passkey to open the door instead of the 6 digit code. I could have saved a lot of headache if this had been throughly explained and demonstrated on check in.

Luccia was an excellent host. She communicated very well with me before arrival and gave us great tips for our stay in Naples. The location is about a 10-15 min walk to most sites in the Centro Storica. The rooms are new, modern and very comfortable.
