We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The check-in process with Diego and Daniela was very easy and helpful. They gave us last minute instructions and made sure everything was ready for check-in. The place is located on walking distance from the historical center and there are lots of bars and restaurants around. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Overall a very good experience. No bad things to say!

.They were very friendly and chatty making us feel welcome when we arrived and was flexible with our check in time as we got delayed. The bathroom cabinet and sink was not attached to the wall and it literally fell off at 11pm, when I was brushing my teeth for bed, then we had to change rooms. It had obviously been like this for a while and had not been properly repaired or replaced, it had rotted away from the wall brackets. I would have expected an offer of at least a partial refund. She also offered to 'book us a taxi on her app' got her phone out and pretended to book one, then said you pay me 40euro and I'll pay through the app. Her husband walked in 10 minutes later and said ok i'll see you at 3pm tomorrow for the ride to the airport. Which felt dishonest. If she had said my husband can give you a ride to the airport for 40euro I would have been happy and not felt like I was being hustled.

The staff was amazing, greeting us and providing us with tips and extra features like transport to the airport and late check out.

IT IS SO CLOSE TO UNINA UNIVERSTIY AND YOU CAN HAVE A LARGE COOFEE AND BREAKFAST FROM THE PLACE!!! THERE IS NO IRONING MACHINE

Quiet, perfect location, clean They asked us 40€ cash for a 'late' checking at 19.30....................... Cannot open the window blinds of the 4 people room as it opens towards the stairs and entrance of the apparent.

Close to Spanish Quarter and Centro Storico. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great air conditioning when it’s hot Could have had more cups for hot drinks

Hi, we spent here 3 nights. As far as the location is concerned, it is really perfect for walking in the old part of Naples. Also underground is relatively close as is also a bus stop, where you can catch the bus to the airport.. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Despite description during reservation, there was no coffee machine, no kitchen, no plates, cups, forks, knifes, no microwave, no cattle, no toaster. This complicated our logistics a bit. OK - you can always eat and drink outside, but do not mention these things if they are not there. Also the bunch of young italian boys in the other room was very annoying. Despite asking the owner to keep them quiet, the party went on until 5 am!!!! So the rooms are NOT soundproof, as mentioned in the description.

The bedsheets had a weird smell and didn't feel that clean. The towels felt also old and too much used.

Location is superb for old city. Lovely communal kitchen with tea/coffee. Supermarket 80m away. Well equipped spacious rooms. Excellent host who provided everything we needed to know.

where it is situated, clean , felt safe & secure. there was everything you would need to cater for your stay e.g cork screw , extra toilet paper,. proprietor was helpful with information about the area . any questions would be answered.There is traffic noise but it didn’t bother us . cleaner came very early . (7.30 in the morning)

The location of the apartment was fantastic! Really close to the metro and a supermarket across the road. The air conditioning was brilliant to get us out of the heat for a while!! n/a

Good location close to the historical center and via Toledo. The apartment was clean and renued with 2 bathrooms. The rest is medium, including the 2 double beds ... We had another couple getting the room in the complex, not so private ...we were surprised
