Fiorella and the staff are the nicest! They were super welcoming and very helpful, from the information provided before the check-in to the daily interactions at breakfast (which was delicious!). Location is perfect, you can easily walk to the main points and there are a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Rooms are accessible by stairs -- it is not a problem, just something to consider.

Fiorella is AWESOME! Yuri was so great! Fiorella went ABOVE AND BEYOND to give me directions, recommendations, and accommodate me however she could. God bless Fiorella! All was great! Minor detail...the left side mattress was much more firm. Right side not bad...but left side felt newer/fresher. No big deal!

Great location just at the edge of the historical centre, very clean, and Marta was always happy to give recommendations and tips for the day.

Marta was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not worth getting up for. It consisted of stale croissants and tiny muffins, shop bought toast, and Nutella. There was nothing savoury. The first morning, there was no hot water in my bathroom. The next day, the electricity and wifi were off. It was dark in the room, and it was difficult to pack for our day trip. There is not a 24-hour reception. All in all, the place is okay, but it is overpriced.

The room was spacious, clean with very comfy pillows and mattress. They allowed me to do an early check in. The lady manager was very nice with me, she wrote to me in WhatsApp and help when she could On the first night the electricity cut out in the middle of the night. As there was no one at reception, I had to get ready in the morning and leave in the dark, around 7:30am as room had little natural light. I wouldn’t call breakfast what they offer, just a few packaged mini muffins and other snacks, no bread or savoury. I would Have liked to know that there wasn’t 24h support in the building for issues such as the electricity

It was really nice that a small breakfast was included, some baked goods, tea/coffee, juice, and joghurt, gave a nice start to the days of city exploration. Location was perfect, close to most of the attractions and souvenirs. The neighborhood also had great food places. The personel was really friendly and helpful and the rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. We also had a mini fridge which was really great! The city is loud, not really the hotels fault, so just be ready for that.

my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable~beds pillows(especially the pillows) very nice! could open my window at night, wonderful location(near many sites, stores,restaurants etc... a little noisy but tolerable! Light breakfast on the roof top which was delightful to sit up there on a sunny morning~the neighborhood felt safe , staff was pleasant enough! A could of things I did not appreciate! I stayed here 2 separate times within a week of each other and every morning I had 2/3 cups of coffee and it was never an issue. On my last morning when I ordered my second cup of coffee I was told that the policy was only one cup was allowed for free. They did give me a second cup for free after I confronted them about it. I have stayed many places around the globe and have never encountered this. So just be aware of this~ if you are a 2/3 cup person. Also my nephew~ who did not sleep there, but came to visit me in the morning~ had a cup of coffee, and washed up in my room before we went out thru the town, had to pay an additional $30. I thought it was a bit high just for 1 cup of coffee and to wash up!

We had a really nice stay at Il Taschino. The location was perfect. Napoli is such a busy town and Il Taschino gave us a central place to catch our breath :) We felt very safe. The staff is very friendly and serviceminded. Great location, walking distance to most must see places. Napoli is a fantastic town. We had a great vacation. Nothing
