San Felice Palace

After exploring Naples, the location does seem to be in a "less-touristy" part of town, however it was completely fine for us. We were able to reach all main attractions by foot. Also, there are some great restaurants nearby. We had to issues with this location.

It’s in a vibrant location and in a beautiful, although dilapidation. There are several nice wine bars and restaurants around. The room was clean but basic. The bed could do with more pillows and there was no extra toilet paper provided. There is a communal coffee machine in the hall.

Property was clean and well kept up, host was super friendly and attentive :)

Exceptional

San Felice Palace may not impress from the outside – it’s just a regular old townhouse – but the room itself was clean and comfortable. Fabricius was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Sanità district, which is full of character. There were a couple of small issues: the shower cabin was leaking, and the bedside shelves didn’t feel very sturdy. It might be worth paying some attention to those worn-out details. Overall though, considering the price, the value for money is very good.

Amazingly clean, easy to reach, super modern interior in fascinating building. Even the smell inside is nice, warm, comfy and safe! The host is always reachable and really helpful! I liked absolutely everything!

The location was really good and walking distance to most of the sites we intended to see. There were no shampoos in our room, that was the only thing missing in our apartment.

Only the room was renovated recently I believe. Room and bathroom was clean. Very Bad Location. Building was literally falling apart.Room and bathroom heating was not proper. Tried charging me half the room price for a late check in even though there was no one to give me the key or check me in. A neighbor whom I could not even communicate with gave me the key. Not secure since it is a house with 2 rooms and we don't know who is staying the room next door and we are locked in with them next room and we had no keys to the house, just the ones to our room.

Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Entry steps were hard to negotiate especially with luggage,there was a leak in the bathroom which made the floor constantly wet, the entry to the shower was hard to get into,it was very noisy on Saturday night due to the constant stream of motor cycles to around 3am.

The room was very modern and clean. The bed was cosy we liked it. Air condition was also good. It was a bit difficult to find an entrace to the place. There were no signs to the apartmant. We were pasing by severel times because people were point us in wrong directions . After we called the number from the site and the man step out to lead the way to the entrance.

-It was pretty clean; -Good location; -Had air dryer; -Noisy (walls are thin so you can hear everything from your neighbors); -No cleaning during 3 days; -Asked to pay for water from the fridge even though it wasn’t specified anywhere in the aggressive manner by the cleaning lady; -By the time of check out the cleaning lady was kinda forcing us to leave when we were late only for 5-10 mins; -No facilities (shampoo, for example)

Very happy with the stay.
